The Lahore High Court
A petition was filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC), seeking the expulsion of the USZ envoy. According to media reports, the petitioner’s lawyer, Iqbal Jaffery, maintained that the USZ raid in Abbottabad was a violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty so the court should order the government to take the matter to the International Court of Justice. The petitioner demanded that the USZ envoy should be expelled until the USZ would apologies for violating Pakistan’s territorial boundaries and Pakistan should also call back its envoy from Washington. The petitioner also said that Pakistan should cut the supply line of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization forces in response to the attack on the national sovereignty.
