HYDERABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf appears to have found common
ground with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, ANP, PML(N) and PPP as far as balkanization of Pakistan through the creation of new
provinces during a time of 4th generation war is concerned and has sought an amendment in the Constitution
for the purpose. “The present constitution has no room for creation of new provinces
and the 18th Amendment has made it impossible for the centre to take any
initiative,” PTI's naive leader Makhdoom Javed Hashmi said at a press
conference on Thursday. Whether he is being a foolish friend or a cunning enemy, we leave it upto you to decide. But one thing is for sure that during these times of economic collapse, infrastructure collapse, collapsing state institutions under massive corruption and heavy foreign funded insurgencies raging across the country, making new provinces is a simple recipe to break the country.
“If political leaders sincerely want to form new
provinces, they will have to sit together for an amendment to the
Constitution”, the lunatic Hashmi carried on. It is important to note that PTI has finally found common ground with the Qadiyani supporting MQM which is one of the most blatant enemies of Pakistan with its head Altaf Hussain busted on conspiring against Pakistan and hatching conspiracies to convert Karachi into a city state in order to let the Americans exploit one of the largest oil reserves discovered in the Arabian Sea. The MQM wants to so-called "empower" the federal legislatures by amending Article
239 (4), which has vested the provincial assemblies with the authority
to form the province. The PTI, on the other hand, wants to replicate
India’s States Reorganisation Commission to carve out new provinces in
Pakistan. Both however, just like other Pakistani mainstream political terrorist parties, want to somehow break Pakistan to make it an easy target for a foreign invasion.

ISLAMABAD / KARACHI: Petitions seeking the prime minister’s disqualification poured in courts across the country on Monday. A petition filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday sought
the court to order Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani to stop "serving" as
prime minister after his conviction in the contempt of court case. It states that the premier defied the court’s orders by not writing a
letter to the Swiss authorities asking them to reopen graft cases
against, the ultimate thug Stooge, President Asif Ali Zardari and thus he should be disqualified. The petition maintains that according to Article 63(1) g of the
constitution, the prime minister stands disqualified from being a member
of the National Assembly and thus, his cabinet also stood dissolved. The petition filed by Advocate G M Chaudhry will be heard by Justice Shaukat Siddiqui on May 2. According to the petition, the cabinet, its advisers and ministers of
the state cannot exercise power or continue to perform since Article 91
of the constitution would deem such actions to be unconstitutional. It
added that all federal ministers, advisers and special assistants should
be asked to quit their offices.
The petition numbered CP-D 1600/2012 cited the NA speaker, the chief election commissioner and the federal law secretary as the main respondents. The petition reiterated that the Supreme Court has left the decision of unseating the premier up to those who hold constitutional offices. It, thus, requested NA Speaker Fehmida Mirza to ask the chief election commissioner to declare the seat vacant. The petition also requests the commissioner to convene a meeting to exclusively discuss the issue of Gilani’s disqualification after he was convicted and sentenced.

Kybar Pakhtunkhwa AG Asadullah Khan also apprised the court about his province’s preparations for the polls. Balochistan Advocate General Amanullah Kanrani said that Balochistan was ready to conduct LB elections; however, it wanted to hold it along with other provinces. At this, chief justice said that Balochistan was facing more problems than other provinces so, instead of waiting for others, it should go for the polls at the earliest. On the occasion, Punjab Advocate General Ashtar Ausaf apprised the court about the difficulties and hurdles they were facing in holding local bodies polls. The chief justice remarked that Punjab government was required to conduct LB polls much earlier, pointing out that even Balochistan government, which was facing serious security problem, was all set to hold the elections. Punjab AG admitted Balochistan was first province to legislate in this connection.
The chief justice said that amendments in law was “yours responsibility” and, "If any citizen approaches the court with a plea that government is not adhering to constitution… then action could be taken against such government". After hearing the stance of advocate generals of the four provinces, the bench observed that governments of all provinces have principally committed to fulfill their constitutional obligation and they have pledged to hold local bodies elections as soon as possible. However, they have apprised the bench of some problems in conducting the polls thus a thorough consultation would be made before next date of hearing, he added. Issuing notice to Chief Election Commissioner, the bench said that the court be apprised about the voters’ lists on next date of hearing.

Patriots blast Nawaz (not so) Shareef's pro-India & Anti-Pakistan statements
LAHORE - One of the leading workers of the historic Pakistan Movement, Pakistan's Daily The Nation's Editor-in-Chief and Nazria Pakistan Trust (NPT) Chairman Majid Nizami has condemned the statement of PML-N leader Nawaz (not so) Sharif wherein he has termed the gods and culture of Indians the same as that of Pakistanis. He said Pakistan was achieved on the basis of Two-Nations Theory and questioned how the culture of two nations could be the same. “We worship one God and Indians believe in idols and their gods have five heads”. he added.
He was addressing a ceremony held in connection with 65th Independence Day of Pakistan at NPT on Sunday. The ceremony was also addressed by NPT Vice Chairman Dr Rafique Ahmad, grandson of Allama Muhammad Iqbal Walid Iqbal, Col (r) Amjad Hussain, and activists of Pakistan Movement. Mr Nizami in his address said that by issuing such statement, Nawaz has achieved nothing but only damaged his vote bank and it was very surprising for him (Nizami). He said that if Nawaz had such soft corner for Hindus he should shift his Jati Umrah residence to Amritsar and then he would be in better position to differentiate the Jati Umrah of Raiwind and Amritsar. He said Nawaz also mentioned line between the two countries, Mr Nizami questioned the PML-N leader whether he wanted to remove this division line. He said Nawaz was dreaming of being alternate leader of Pakistan and after issuance of such statement, one can pray for him that may Almighty Allah grant him wisdom.
Nizami said that once he was invited by Khawaja Saad Rafique to attend PML-N function where leaguers chanted slogans Quaid-e-Azam Saani Mian Nawaz Sharif. “I was also asked to speak on the occasion. I said in my speech that Nawaz first joined Tehreek-e-Istaqlal Party and now PML-N was his second Party, what to say of Quaid-e-Azam Saani. May Allah make Nawaz true follower of Quaid-e-Azam”. Earlier Dr Rafique Ahmad in his welcome address said that Majid Nizami was less recognised in the different circles due to Nawa-i-Waqt and more recognition was due to his role in promotion of objectives of Pakistan Movement. He led all his life confronting with dictators and never compromised on democracy in the country, he added. He said that after a successful completion of Aiwan-e-Iqbal, now Majid Nizami was struggling for the construction of Aiwan-e-Quaid-e-Azam. Ground-breaking ceremony of this Aiwan would be held on coming Friday. It would be a state-of-art centre with best facilities of education, research, and training.
Col (r) Amjad Hussain also paid rich tributes to Hameed Nizami and lauded the services of Majid Nizami rendered for the promotion of democracy in the country. He said Majid Nizami is a brave man who despite passing through three bypass operations was struggling for the promotion of Two-Nations Theory. Waleed Iqbal in his address said, we should promote the concepts of Quaid-e-Azam and also treat well minorities in our country. Activists of Pakistan Movement were also present on this occasion including Col (r) Ikran Ullah, Muhammad Yousaf Ghazi, Ghulam Jaffar Salaar and others. They were garlanded and also asked to share their experiences with the audience.

Army concerned over Karachi
The military voiced concern for the first time on Monday over ethnic and political violence in the country’s financial capital that has killed 800 people so far this year. The military spoke out after generals met during 141st Corps Commanders’ Conference with Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani in the chair at Army Headquarters in Rawalpindi. The participants of the conference were briefed in detail regarding ongoing law enforcement operations in Kurram and Mohmand agencies within the perspective of evolving security dynamic. The participants also discussed the security situation in the country in general and Karachi in particular.

“The forum expressed concern over the law and order situation in Karachi and its ramifications or implications on the national economy”, the military said in a statement. Parts of the Arabian Sea port city have become battlegrounds with authorities struggling to stem the violence. The independent Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) says 800 people, most of them poor, have died since January, including 300 last month alone. The HCRP says the violence in Karachi is the deadliest since 1995, when more than 900 killings were reported in the first half of the year. The HRCP previously said 490 people were killed in the first six months of the year and on Friday that another 300 people died in July. Much of the violence has been blamed on tensions between supporters of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the Awami National Party (ANP).
The government launched a peace drive and sent hundreds of extra security forces into the troubled neighbourhoods, and calm has held for a week. The military said recent government measures were expected to “help redress the situation”. The violence has also affected economic activities in Karachi, the country’s largest city. Several political parties, including the MQM and ANP, have urged the army to conduct operations in Karachi to end the violence. Accusations and counter-accusations have continued between the leaders of the MQM and those of the ANP in particular and MQM and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in general.

Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-N Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif while advocating maximum provincial autonomy to the provinces has stated that PML-N fully believes in providing equal importance to all provinces of the country. He called for creation of new provinces and stressed that objectives of his party are the same which are being carried out by the nationalist (separatist) political parties of Sindh. He said this while talking to media men at the residence of the Chief of Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party Dr Qadir Magsi here on Tuesday. Nawaz Sharif who held meetings with the leaders of nationalist political parties including Dr. Qadir Magsi of Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party, Ayaz Latif Paleejo of Awami Tehreek and local PML-N leader Nawab Arshad Talpur.
When questioned for his party’s stance on creation of the new provinces, Nawaz proposed that an academic dialogue should be held on the matter. ‘I am not against new provinces as smaller administrations are able to perform better’, he added. He praised nationalist leaders for their struggle for the rights of the provinces and said all cultures should be proud of their languages and vibrant traditions. ‘Sindhis have maintained their tradition of Topi and Ajarak which is quite impressive’, he said. He considered the complaints of nationalist leaders about the census as justified and lamented ignoring the natives of the province in the process. Earlier, Dr Qadir Magsi expressed gratitude to Nawaz Sharif for acknowledging the problems of small provinces and assuring his support. MNA Khwaja Saad Rafique said the purpose of Nawaz Sharif’s visit was to make new alliances in the province. Senator Pervez Rashid, Ghous Ali Shah, Salim Zia, Mamnoon Hussain, Afzal Gujjar and other leaders of the party accompanied Nawaz Sharif during his visits.

The current situation in Pakistan is of a forced anarchy and chaos slapped upon us by the CIA, MI6, RAW and Mossad nexus. Countless reports have been released regarding CIA, MI6 and RAW's involvement with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, MQM in Karachi and Balochistan Liberation Army in Balochistan who claim to be a nationalist party but ironically enough their headquarter is in England. Let's compare our current situation to Yugoslavia. After Marshal Tito's regime was toppled by CIA (just like several headless states today in Middle East), a corrupt and incompetent government was placed at the center as we have today in Pakistan. Massive corruption, Law and order situation was created in the country like we have in Pakistan. Several terrorist and linguistic/ethnic militant groups were prepared and unleashed in various provinces of Yugoslavia just like we have today in Pakistan (JSQM, BLA, MQM, JSMM, ANP, and all other parties are the same, just better disguised). In this situation, Yugoslavia's economy was manipulated by IMF to an extent that:
- The country started drifting towards economic collapse and soon to be run over by hyper inflation shattering its economy
- Under the pretext of provincial autonomy, the friction between various provinces was increased to massive extent
- Military's funds were choked at a time when it was fighting insurgencies within its own territories
- Linguistic and ethnic groups were cut loose amid the battle for securing their own interests and those of their masters
- Finally, when the country's foundation was trembling, the country which used to be one of the world's largest military power, the international oil vultures with their humanitarian and security charade attacked the country and balkanized it into 6 countries.
How is this similar to Pakistan? Well:
- Our current budget details are set by IMF who have recently exempted every single consumer product from subsidy, electricity prices are soaring artificially and under the pretext of "load shedding", industry is being destroyed
- Under the same pretext of provincial autonomy, the friction between various provinces are being increased to a massive extent, supported by linguistic / ethnic parties who have multiple times threatened to declare separation from Pakistan and this is on record.
- Pakistan Army and paramilitary funds are gradually being choked by Pakistan government, especially in NWFP province where CIA-MI6-RAW-Mossad backed TTP have their strong hubs
- As a final step, the country's largest parties have now jumped into this linguistic/ethnic division game as per the title of this report. PPP plays Sindh card, MQM plays Muhajir card, ANP plays Pushtoon card and PML(N) has now played all cards by these statements from traitor Nawaz Sharif. It's not a coincident that the leaders of all these parties have been busted on-record serving the enemy's agenda.
[Altaf Hussain of MQM currently living in London under Scotland yard's surveillance network, has called making of Pakistan the biggest blunder of history, has been busted several times provoking linguistic facade in order to facilitate ethnic friction between Balochistan and Sindh to help separation of Balochistan through BLA, giving shelter to BlackWater and organizing target killing campaigns in Karachi; ANP's founder has his statements on record in which he said that "we were not involved in the sin of making Pakistan", PPP's head Zardari has been involved in heinous crimes e.g., choking finances of military, stealing billions from Pakistan and depositing in swiss bank accounts (more than $1.8 billion by now), involved in sabotaging Pakistan's submarine deal with Germany forcing Navy to buy French subs so that he could take his cut, imposing corrupt zombie ministers and envoys in USA who are agents of CIA, busted giving illegitimate visas to CIA terrorists covertly for Pakistan, allowing USZ to openly continue drone strikes killing thousands of women and children, and the list is not going to end before the day of judgement; and PML(N) chief Mr. Nawaz was not ready to carry out nuclear attacks until forced by nuclear scientists panel (busted by Dr. A.Q. Khan, video available on youtube), responsible for Kargil withdrawal, responsible for promoting M(B)usharraf's coupe by illegally bringing him up for the sake of serving CIA's post 9/11 agenda, and now this]
Do you see where it is all heading? It's about time that our courts and people in power step up and identify their enemies or else they're going to pay with their blood sooner or later, here or in the hereafter for sure.
