مولوی فضل اللہ کا تحریک طالبان پاکستان کی باگ ڈور سنبھالنا حکیم اللہ محسود کے مار ے جانے سے کہیں زیادہ اہم خبر ہے۔ اس تبدیلی کے نتائج صرف فاٹا کی ایک ایجنسی تک محدود نہیں رہیں گے بلکہ نام نہاد امن مذاکرات، تحریک طالبان کی کارروائیوں کے اہداف، سوات میں امن، پاکستان افغانستان تعلقات کے علاوہ پاکستان اور امریکا کے درمیان فوجی سطح پر مذاکرات اور بات چیت بھی ان سے متاثر ہو سکتی ہے۔

مولوی فضل اللہ ان عسکریت پسندوں میں سے ایک ہے جو پاکستان کی ریاست سے ہر طرح کی ٹکر لینے کے لیے اُس وقت سے کمربستہ ہے جب سے وہ پراسرار طور پر سوات کے گرد پاکستان آرمی کے تنگ گھیر ے میں سے مکھن کے بال کی طرح نکل کر سرحد کے اُس پار کنڑ صوبے میں جا پہنچا۔ اِس معاملے پر اُن دنوں میری پشاور میں موجود عسکری حکام سے طویل بحث ہوا کرتی تھی۔ میں دوسر ے صحافیوں کی طرح یہ جاننے کے لیے بیتاب تھا کہ اتنے کامیاب آپریشن کے باوجود مالا کنڈ ڈویژن اور اردگرد کے اضلاع میں ریاست کے خلاف شورش برپا کرنے کے پلان کا سرغنہ پکڑ ا کیو ں نہ جا سکا؟ مولوی فضل اللہ جو اس وقت بعض خبروں کے مطابق زخمی حالت میں تھا، کبھی بھی ان پھرتیلے لڑاکوں کے طور پر نہیں مانا جاتا تھا جو گھائو کھانے کے باوجود بڑی مہارت سے اپنی جگہ تبدیل کر لیتے تھے۔

لحیم شحیم، فربہ جسم کا مالک مولوی فضل اللہ مشکل راستوں پر چلنے کا عادی نہیں تھا۔ اُس کا کام ریڈیو کے ذریعے واعظ کرنا اور اپنے کمانڈرز کو احکامات جاری کرنا تھا۔ مجھے اپنے سوال کا جواب کبھی نہیں ملا۔ جب بھی مولوی فضل اللہ کا قصہ اٹھایا جاتا تو یا خاموشی اور یا پھر عدم دلچسپی کا اظہار بطور ردعمل سامنے آتا۔ اُس وقت ایک انتہائی قابل اور ابھی بھی حاضر سروس عسکری لیڈر اکثر صحافیوں کے فضل اللہ سے متعلق سوالوں کو ’’غیر ضروری‘‘ یا ’’غیر اہم‘‘ قرار دیتے تھے۔ اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ مولوی فضل اللہ جیسے لوگوں کے پیچھے جانا وسائل کے غلط استعمال کے زمر ے میں آتا ہے۔ وہ سمجھتے تھے کہ مالا کنڈ ڈویژن میں عسکریت پسندوں کی شکست بھرپور تھی۔ مولوی فضل اللہ بطور خطرہ مکمل طور پر ٹھکانے لگ چکا تھا لہذا اس پر توجہ دینے کی ضرورت نہیں تھی۔

پاکستان کے فیصلہ ساز اداروں میں اس قسم کی سوچ اُس وقت بھی تبدیل نہیں ہوئی جب فضل اللہ نے صحت یاب ہونے کے بعد کنڑ کے گورنر کی سربراہی میں ایک بڑا لشکر تشکیل دیا۔ جس کو نہ پیسے کی کمی تھی نہ سرحد پار جنگ کے سامان کی۔ باجوڑ میں فضل اللہ کی طرف سے بڑھتی ہوئی کارروائیوں اور مسلسل جھڑپوں پر ہماری طرف سے احتجاج تو کیا گیا مگر کبھی بھی تسلسل کے ساتھ یہ مطالبہ نہیں کیا گیا کہ ہمار ے ملک میں اس دراندازی کو روکا جائے اور فضل اللہ کو ہمار ے حوالے کیا جائے۔ اس کے برعکس حکومتوں نے یہ جانتے ہوئے کہ صدر حامد کرزئی اور غیر ملکی انٹیلی جنس کے ادارے فضل اللہ کو پاکستان کے خلاف ایک زمینی ڈرون کی طرح استعمال کر رہے ہیں۔ کابل کے ساتھ تعلقات بہتر بنانے کی خواہش کو ترک نہیں کیا۔ اب یہی فضل اللہ افغانستان میں سے اس تنظیم کی باگ ڈور سنبھالے ہوئے ہے جسے حکیم اللہ محسود اور اس سے پہلے بیت اللہ محسود نے وزیرستان میں رہتے ہوئے ملک اور قوم پر حملوں کے لیے استعمال کیا۔ دوسرے الفاظ میں مولوی فضل اللہ کی صورت میں تحریک طالبان پاکستان اب تحریک طالبان پاکستان افغانستان بن گئی ہے۔

افغانستان، انڈین اور امریکی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیز کے لیے اس سے اچھی خبر شاید اور کوئی نہ ہو۔ یہ تمام ممالک پچھلے کئی سال سے یہی الزام لگاتے چلے آ رہے ہیں کہ حقانی نیٹ ورک اور ملا عمر پاکستان میں رہتے ہوئے نیٹو اور آئی سیف کے خلاف جنگ میں مصروف ہیں۔ پچھلے دنوں امریکا کے خصوصی ایلچی برائے افغانستان پاکستان جیمز ڈوبن نے پاکستان کی وزرات خارجہ کو چند صفحات پر مبنی ایک دستاویز دی۔ جس میں امریکا کی طرف سے حقانی نیٹ ورک کی بڑی بڑی کارروائیوں کو پاکستان کے کھاتے میں دکھایا گیا ہے۔ یوں لگ رہا ہے کہ مولوی فضل اللہ کو اب پاکستان کے ساتھ حقانی نیٹ ورک کے معاملے پر پیشرفت کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔

مگر اس سلسلے میں  اس دبائو کو بھی نظر انداز نہیں کیا جا سکتا جو مولوی فضل اللہ کا تحریک طالبان کی کمانڈ سنبھالنے کے بعد اوباما انتظامیہ پر پڑ سکتا ہے چونکہ حکیم اللہ محسود کو مارنے پر واشنگٹن نے یہ نقطہ نظر اپنایا ہے کہ اس کے قتل سے انھوں نے پاکستان کی تحریک طالبان کے خلاف کارروائیوں میں حصہ ڈالا ہے جو ان کی طرف سے اچھی دوستی کا ثبوت ہے نہ کہ مذاکرات کو ناکام بنانے کی کوئی سازش۔ لہذا امریکا کو منطقی طور پر یہی فارمولا مولوی فضل اللہ سے متعلق بھی اپنانا ہو گا۔ بالخصوص ان حالات میں کہ جب تحریک طالبان کا یہ قائد افغانستان میں موجود ہے جس کی ہر طرح کی نقل و حرکت امریکا کے جدید ترین ریڈارز پر  چوبیس گھنٹے تصویروں کے ساتھ نظر آتی رہتی ہے۔ اگر پاکستان کی طرف سے مولوی ٖفضل اللہ کے خلاف امریکی مدد کا مطالبہ کیا جائے مگر مسترد ہو جائے تو واضح ہو جائے گا کہ اب تحریک طالبان کس کا اثاثہ بن گئی ہے۔ مگر مولوی فضل اللہ کو پکڑنے کا مطالبہ کرے گا کون؟ میاں محمد نواز شریف کی حکومت نے تحریک طالبان کو عملًا اپنا منہ بولا بھائی بنا لیا ہے۔ پاکستان تحریک انصاف پہلے سے ہی اس نظریاتی رشتے میں بندھی ہوئی ہے لہذا اس ماحول میں افغانستان کا تحریک طالبان کا اڈہ بنایا جانا موجودہ حکومت ہضم کرنے کی کو شش کرے گی۔

بہر حال اس کے باجود طالبان کے ساتھ بات چیت کے عمل کو آگے بڑھانے کی راہ میں موجود نئے مسائل سے دامن چھڑ انا ممکن نہیں ہو گا۔ ریاست کے عہدیداران کے مطابق مولوی فضل اللہ قانون کے تحت مطلوب اور ایک خطرناک مجرم ہے جو ایک غیر ملک میں بیٹھ کر وہاں کی انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیز کی مدد سے پاکستان کی سرزمین پر قتل و غارت گری کا مرتکب ہو رہا ہے۔ اگر ریاست پاکستان کا یہ موقف برقرار رہتا ہے تو فضل اللہ کی قیادت میں چلنے والی تنظیم سے ’’بھائی بندی‘‘ والی بات چیت آگے کیسے بڑھے گی؟ اس کا جواب وزیر اعظم نواز شریف اور عمران خان کو دینا ہو گا۔ اس دوران سوات کے اندر اضطراب اور خوف کی جس نئی لہر نے جنم لے لیا ہے اس پر توجہ دینے کی ضرورت ہے۔ مولوی فضل اللہ ایک ’’غیر اہم مفر ور‘‘ کے مقا م سے اٹھ کر تحریک طالبان کے قائد کی مسند پر جا بیٹھا ہے۔ وہ اس وقت وہ تمام بدلے چکا سکتا ہے جو اس سرزمین سے نکلتے وقت اس نے اپنے ذہن پر نقش کیے تھے۔

وہ بدلے کیسے ہوں گے، یہ سمجھنے کے لیے آپ کو اسلام آباد کی پرامن فضا اور لاہور کے باغات اور رونقوں سے باہر نکل کر سوات جانا ہو گا۔ یہاں کے باسی اِس سو چ میں پڑ ے ہوئے ہیں کہ اگر میاں نواز شریف، عمران خان اور مولوی فضل اللہ نے ایک ہی تصویر کے تین رخ بن جانا تھا تو ان کو نواز لیگ اور تحریک انصاف کے بجائے، تحریک نفاذ شریعت محمدی کو ہی اپنا سیاسی والی مان کر منتخب کر لینا چاہیے تھا۔ ایک خاتون یہ سوچ کر پریشان ہو رہی تھیں کہ ان کے خاندان نے خواہ مخواہ سواتی طالبان سے جھگڑا مول لیا اور اب حضرت مولانا فضل اللہ کابل، اسلام آباد، لاہور اور پشاور میں حاکم سیاسی قوتوں کے منظور نظر ہو کر مینگورہ کے بیچ اپنا پرانا دفتر دوبارہ کھولے گا تو کیا ہو گا؟ میں نے ان کا غم غلط کرنے کے لیے کوئی تجویز نہیں دی۔ نہ ہی تسلی کہ ایسا نہیں ہو گا۔ نواز لیگ اور تحریک انصاف کے حلقوں میں آجکل طالبان کی محبت عروج پر ہے۔ محبت میں سب کچھ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

NATO confirms Kabul-Delhi Nexus Sponsoring Suicidal Bomb Attacks, Killings in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Amid some encouraging behind-the-scene developments in the dialogue process between the government and Taliban, Pakistan got an endorsement from the US-led Nato-ISAF top command about the existence of a nefarious Kabul-New Delhi nexus harbouring “safe havens” across the Durand Line. This nexus is being used for subversive activities inside Pakistan to derail the peace process.

The recent arrest of Latifullah Mehsud, the TTP’s second incommand, by the US forces and his subsequent interrogation has in particular badly exposed how Kabul has been fueling terrorism inside Pakistan by exploiting certain militant elements amongst the Pakistani Taliban.

Informed sources said that not only it has been confirmed that the recent attack on Maj General Sanaullah Khan Niazi and two other army men in Upper Dir was the work of Kabul and New Delhi but the later attacks on the Peshawar Church, in Qissa Khwani Bazaar and on an official bus of the Peshawar Secretariat were masterminded by the same nexus and by using the local militants.

Pakistani authorities have a lot to share in regard to the recent post-APC terrorist attacks but it is deliberately not making such information public to ensure that the peace process does not get derailed.

What is, however, seen as encouraging for Pakistan is the fact that the US-led Nato ISAF commanders have confirmed that there does exist “safe havens” across the Durand Line where some Pakistani militants are trained and equipped to launch subversive activities inside Pakistan.

The recent arrest of TTP’s second-in-command Latifullah Mehsud by the US-led Nato-troops and his subsequent interrogation has endorsed the Pakistani viewpoint on how the Kabul-New Delhi nexus was actively involved in terrorism inside Pakistan.

Shortly before his recent capture by the US-troops, it is said that Latifullah Mehsud had met key figures in Kabul, including top Afghan intelligence officials. According to reports, Latifullah Mehsud was arrested by American forces as he was driving along a main highway in eastern Logar province’s district of Mohammad Agha. It is said that American forces seized Mehsud while he was with the Afghan army.

Although, Pakistan has opted to keep silent on the issue, the New York Times on Wednesday reported how the US raid in Afghanistan exposed Kabul’s plan to turn the tables on the Pakistan Army.

The report said that a bungled attempt by the Afghan government to cultivate a shadowy alliance with Pakistani militants escalated into the latest flashpoint in the troubled relationship between Afghanistan and the US.

“Tipped off about the scheme, United States Special Forces raided an Afghan convoy that was ushering a senior Pakistani Taliban militant, Latif Mehsud, to Kabul for secret talks last month, and now have Mr Mehsud in custody,” the report said, adding: “Publicly, the Afghan government has described Mr Mehsud as an insurgent peace emissary. But according to Afghan officials, the ultimate plan was to take revenge on the Pakistani military.”

Kabul is really upset over this American forces raid and due to what a source called “singing” of Latif Mehsud. Aimal Faizi, a spokesman for Mr Karzai, is reported by the New York Times to have admitted, “Mr Mehsud had been in contact with officials from the National Directorate of Security, Afghanistan’s Intelligence agency, for ‘a long period of time’.”

“The Pakistani Taliban leader ‘was part of the NDS project like every other intelligence agency is doing,” Faizi said in an apparent reference to the support provided in the Afghan Taliban by Pakistani intelligence. He added, “He (Mehsud) was cooperating. He was engaged with the NDS — this I can confirm.”

These developments are an endorsement of Pakistan’s viewpoint that external hands are involved in terrorism and no less than Washington has now undeniable proofs, but for the sake of the dialogue process Islamabad is careful.

As hinted by the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, groundwork for a formal initiation of the dialogue process has almost been completed and within the next few days some major development towards the dialogue process would take place.

Indirect contacts have already been established and those involved in the facilitation process sound optimistic. The government is keen to pursue the option of dialogue despite serious challenges and major hiccups whereas different militant groups are also prepared to positively respond to the government’s peace initiative.

To pre-empt conspiracies of those out to derail the peace process, not much is being made public. Though for others nothing has moved since the All Parties Conference, a lot has been happening behind the scenes and now the stage has come where a formal initiation of the dialogue process would be kickstarted.

ISLAMABAD: Recently retired Indian Army chief General Vijay Kumar Singh has admitted that India sponsored bomb blasts in Pakistan and doled out money to the separatist elements in Balochistan, a disclosure downplayed by the Indian media so far.

Buying silence of Kashmiri leaders in Indian held Kashmir and phone tapping inside India were also part of the sensitive report.The ex-army chief reveals this in an inquiry report prepared by India’s DG military operations shining light on activities of an army unit raised after the Mumbai attacks.

VK Singh last month announced a political alliance with BJP leader Narendra Modi who was responsible for the massacre of the Muslims in Indian Gujarat.A portion of the explosive report indicting the former army chief of terrorist activities inside Pakistan was downplayed by the Indian media that largely used ‘neighboring country’ as a reference and instead highlighted its parts relating to his activities of phone-tapping inside India and buying silence of politicians in Indian-held Kashmir through loads of cash.

The dirty tricks sanctioned by the top Indian general were carried out by Tactical Support Division (TSD), an Indian army unit raised after Mumbai attacks on the directives of the Defence Minister and National Security Adviser Shev Shankar Menon in order to “perform a particular task to secure borders and internal situation in the country.”

TSD consisted of six officers, five JCOs and 30 men and operated out of an unmarked two-storeyed building within the Delhi Cantonment dubbed the ‘Butchery’, that was a refurbished slaughterhouse of colonial times, The India Today reported.

“The division was headed by Colonel Munishwar Nath Bakshi, a tall, flamboyant intelligence officer in his early 40s, better known by an unusual nickname, ‘Hunny’,” it said.As the inquiry body was set up to investigate, Col Bakshi, a confidante of Gen Singh, got himself admitted in a mental hospital pretending that he was under serious mental stress.

Former Army Chief VK Singh allegedly used TSD, a clandestine collective of handpicked military intelligence personnel, to settle scores on both sides of the contentious Line of Control (LOC) between Pakistan and India, reported The India Today, in its October 7 edition.

Between October and November 2011, India Today reported this month, TSD had claimed money “to try enrolling the secessionist chief in the province of a neighbouring country” and “Rs1.27 crore (Indian currency) to prevent transportation of weapons between neighbouring countries”. In early 2011, TSD claimed an unspecified amount for carrying out “eight low-intensity bomb blasts in a neighboring country”, according to this weekly Indian magazine.

The Hindustan Times earlier reported about the covert operation inside Pakistan by TSD and quoted its former official stating it was assigned to nab Hafiz Saeed of Jamaatud Dawah but didn’t mention TSD’s involvement in terrorist activities in Pakistan as has been revealed through inquiry board.

Since there was no explicit mention of Pakistan, it didn’t emerge on the radar of Pakistani media. The News spoke to different journalistic sources in India privy to details who confirmed that it was about Pakistan.

India’s Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) Lt Gen Vinod Bhatia, who headed a Board of Officers’ inquiry under the direct orders of Gen Bikram Singh, current army chief, to review the functioning of the TSD submitted the report in March this year to the Indian government. While report is not being publicised, however, TSD was closed in December 2012.

An RTI request filed for the copy of this report was also denied, stating that sharing this information was prejudicial to national security and can harmrelations with the neighbouring countries.

“In so far as your request for supply of order regarding setting up of ‘TSD’ and enquiry etc, is concerned, it is regretted that the same cannot be supplied in terms of Section 8 (1) (a) of the RTI Act,” the ministry said in reply to an RTI query as quoted in an Indian paper.

“The section bars disclosure of information which would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the state, relation with foreign state or lead to incitement of an offence,” it further stated.

The inquiry report on TSD started leaking after former army chief’s disclosure in a TV interview that the army had “transferred funds to all ministers in Jammu and Kashmir since 1947”. His comments triggered a firestorm of indignant counter-allegations all the way from Delhi to Srinagar. The payouts, he insisted, were not “bribes” or for “political purpose”, but part of the larger initiative to promote stability in the insurgency-ridden state.

BLA - Raping Their Way Towards "Freedom"

Poor BLA victim Rehana Baloch

On January 20th, 2013, the India-UK backed Terrorist Organization Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) attacked the house of Qasim Baloch at pre-dawn time in Wahsuk district Basima as they were looking to abduct him. Upon their resistance the attackers first beat him down, tied his hands and savagely raped his sister Rehana Baloch right in front of him.

Reportedly 5 armed men from BLA raped Rehana Baloch while her brother Qasim Baloch was forced to watch. What came next was even more barbaric as the terrorists then shot her 3 times in her chest and killed her in Cold Blood. They then also killed Qasim before leaving their house.

The BLA claimed responsibility for the Brutal Murder of both siblings after terming Qasim Baloch to be an informer of Pakistan Army. They reminded the natives that they will face the same consequences if they choose to support the government, which they consider a treachery against what they term a Baloch freedom struggle.

This is how they are artificially manufacturing consensus for separatism by cowing the Baloch down with terror and Mass Murder. Take a good look at what those implacable, irreconcilable beasts did to Rehana. This is a preview of the “freedom” that BLA has to offer to the Baloch people.

The sad part of the whole story is that no Chief Justice or Chief Minister took notice of this case because the entire state machinery of Pakistan seems to be working for the forces that want to break up Pakistan into bits and pieces, thus facilitating the terror activities by turning a blind eye towards such massive tragedies while taking suomotu notices on two bottles of whisky at airport and abolishing capital punishment against Al-Qur'an 2:178, 2:179, 2:194 and 17:33.

Indo-Zionist War against Pakistan: Karachi-bound Truck Full of Bombs, Drugs, Rockets seized

SUKKUR  – A truck carrying a huge stash of arms and ammunition was seized and two culprits arrested in a Thursday noon raid on National Highway near Ghotki district of Sindh province. Besides hashish, hand grenades, rockets, suicide vests and detonators were seized from the vehicle. Initial investigation suggested that the explosive material was being transported to Karachi from Peshawar. Sources said the arrested culprits, Riaz and Ghulam Hyder, belonged to South Waziristan, adding that they had been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.

An excise police team spotted a suspected truck on Punjab-Sindh border and upon search found hand grenades, suicide jackets, rockets, launchers and other arms covered in a quilt in it. The Bomb Disposal Squad was called from Sukkur to ascertain the actual number of suicide jackets and other explosive material.

Scotland Yard Raids MQM's London Office over Imran Farooq's Murder

In quite an important development in Dr. Imran Farooq’s murder case, the Scotland Yard a raided at the office of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Edgware road and carried out a search in an office. According to the reports, the UK police conducted a search of an office and also carried out interrogation but no arrests were made. The police officials said that they were committed to unearthing the murderers of Dr. Imran Farooq. A police team tasked with the arrest of the assassins of Dr. Farooq is constantly at work, they added.

Farooq was murdered on 16 September 2010 in London. The authorities had launched an investigation and had also arrested a suspect who was released later for lack of evidence. Farooq had co-founded the All Pakistan Mohajir Students Organisation (APMSO), the parent organisation of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, with Altaf Hussain. He was deputy convener of the party, technically next in line to the MQM chief.

But he was believed to have left the party in 2009 after developing differences over organisational matters. However, police claimed that the slain high-profile leader attempted to actively participate in politics by pursuing his political career independently might have led to his murder. Dr Farooq made a profile on a social media site which could help foster his political career, two months prior to his murder, police said. Police in London are still hunting an attacker who, one witness said, appeared to be an Asian man.

ISLAMABAD - In sheer violation of Islam and the objective resolution of the constitution of Pakistan, the filthy so-called Ministry of "Law and Justice" is actively working on a draft bill seeking conversion of death penalty into life imprisonment, in a blatant violation of the Glorious Qur'an 2:178, 2:179, 2:194 and 17:33, sources said on Thursday.

The proposed document if approved by the American Stooge president Asif Ali Zardari would be tabled in the National Assembly meeting from December 10. Under the Constitution, the President is empowered to pardon death penalty of a person convicted under the law but the government move to consider conversion of capital punishment in life imprisonment came in the wake of serious criticism by the international Zionist rights organizations and because of problem Pakistan has been facing in securing extradition treaties with western Zionist puppies who ironically call themselves sovereign countries.

The notorious ruling PPP discussed the issue in one of its party meetings and it was decided that the issue be discussed threadbare because of Pakistan’s "image" which ranks fifth in awarding death penalty. Pakistan has awarded death sentence to 1497 people during the years 2007 to 2011 and of them 171 have been executed so far.

Apart from criminal cases, Pakistan has been subjected to severe criticism by the Zionist Anti-Islam war mongers for awarding capital punishment for blasphemy etc and it is likely that existing blasphemy laws are also reformed.

Army, Supreme Court to Supervise Next Elections: ECP

ISLAMABAD – The upcoming general elections will be held under the supervision of the Supreme Court (SC) but the army may also be called on sensitive polling stations, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Additional Secretary Afzal Khan said on Monday. Addressing a news conference here, he said it is the topmost ECP priority to hold free and fair elections in the country and the apex court is raring to help out the commission in this regard.

However, he clarified that the elections will take place under the aegis of the ECP alone but any institution could be approached for help in this regard. The Army may be called in on sensitive polling stations but this should not mean that elections will take place in its supervision, Afzal Khan said. The Election Commission led by Justice (r) Fakhruddin G Ebrahim enjoys complete support from the higher judiciary, the ECP official asserted.

Missing Persons & Death Squads in Balochistan - Detailed Analysis

Amidst the murky environment in strife-torn Baluchistan, sudden appearance of Balochistan National Party (BNP) leader Akhtar Mengal from his self-imposed exile since 2009 was a surprise for many. He is relatively moderate and wants to settle grievances remaining within the framework of federation of Pakistan. Assurances given by Nawaz Sharif, Imran Khan, Jamaat-e-Islami and above all the tough stand taken by the Supreme Court against the Army and agencies and chief justice softness for the Baloch nationalists must have encouraged him to make a brief four-day sojourn. The apparent purpose of his short sojourn to Pakistan was to reinforce the case of missing persons taken up by the Supreme Court and to give out his loaded six-point plan, which he intends to play upon in the next general elections and reinvigorate Baloch nationalism at the cost of Army’s reputation.
 
He came out with a six-point program as a means to a political settlement, but it contained hints of secession. His six points are being viewed with mixed feelings both within the general public and the nationalist Baloch leaders. Those having apprehensions are drawing parallels with late Sheikh Mujibur Rehman’s six points which divided Pakistan. Even the military see him with suspicious eyes and is not sure of his motives since Mengal has been advocating right of self-determination for the Baloch. Those in favor argue that he has broken the ice and has given a political roadmap for reconciliation which helps in building trust between estranged Baloch and the government. 

Brahamdagh Bugti, Harbyar Marri and Suleiman Daood in exile in Geneva and London respectively along with other hard-line Baloch nationalist leaders are quite vexed and view it as a sellout to the government, and a blow to their separatist agenda. Even the Baloch Sardars in the government are feeling edgy that the nationalists allegedly backed by the establishment may snatch power from them. Talal Bugti led JWP and Mir Hasil Bizenjo led NP too are having reservations. Given the conflicting perceptions, Akhtar Mengal will not have a smooth sailing. Once Akhtar decides to take part in the forthcoming elections, his opponents will dub him as a collaborator. However, the Baloch nationalists are a house-divided and stand on a weak wicket. In response to Akhtar’s demands, the Chief Justice demanded that all missing persons should be produced before the court and all proxy death squads created by the ISI and MI should be disbanded. His directive implied that he had accepted Akhtar’s contention without being furnished proof.

Chief Justice’s stance together with the visit of UN team has encouraged vested groups and external power centres harboring ill-motives against Pakistan in general and Balochistan in particular to go-ahead with their agenda. Doom-Sayers say that the final act will be played before the departure of US-NATO troops from Afghanistan, and that the UNand the US will start making overt moves in 2013 leading to declaring Balochistan an "occupied area".

The trend of enforced disappearance and involuntary disappearances in South Asian states is an old one. In Nepal where Maoist rebels had battled government forces for over a decade was confronted with this issue. In Sri Lanka where Tamil Tigers fought a secessionist war for over 30 years had one of the highest levels of unresolved enforced disappearances in the world. Well over 10,000 enforced disappearances have taken place in Indian-occupied Kashmir. However, this issue has been blown up out of all proportions in Balochistan and the figure excessively bloated to over 14000. It is strange that despite JWP leader Talal Bugti furnishing a list of just 600 missing persons to the two-member UN team, the latter remained glued with the imaginary figures of 14000. The visitors who had come with preconceived notion took no interest in the evidence presented to them about most of the missing persons hiding in Farari camps both in the mountains of interior Balochistan and in neighboring province of Afghanistan but lent receptive ears to the imaginary tales narrated by foreign paid NGOs and vested interests. The initial assessment of the UN team given in the preliminary report in which the entire focus is on law enforcement agencies indicates a clear bias.

In 2008, the propaganda on missing persons was initiated and at that time it was claimed that 2390 persons were missing. Once the judicial commission took up the case the figure dropped to 392. By the close of 2010, the figure further slumped to 134. In March 2011, second judicial commission was formed to authenticate cases of 755 missing persons including 138 noted by the first commission. Out of 755 persons, 256 persons have been located. Investigations reveal that most of the missing persons are either underground, or involved in insurgency and in heinous crimes. Many have been killed in family or personal feuds. Evidence of several missing persons present in Farari camps in Baluchistan and in Afghanistan was presented to the UN Group but this aspect was not inscribed in the UN report. It has been gathered from some of the militants who managed to escape from Farari camps that those showing inclinations to give up militancy and return home are tortured to death by death squads of BLA, BRA, BLA under the supervision of CIA, RAW, MI-6, RAAM. They revealed that the killers wore FC uniform. It is also well known that Blackwater is also involved in mysterious killings of Baloch nationalists.

Moreover, among the 77 big and small Sardars of different tribes, bigger and powerful tribes like the Bugtis, Mengals and Marris are immersed in inter-tribal rivalry. They operate private militias and jails and have death squads. Fifty tribes in Balochistan are deeply involved in major feuds because of which 14 districts are restive. Among the Sardars, Khair Bux Marri remains the fiercest proponent of separatism. He also vehemently hates Punjabi settlers in Balochistan and now it is common strategy of the dissidents to rid the province of the presence of Punjabis. He was the only one who had refused to sign the 1973 constitution. Although majority of Sardars are pro-establishment and are in the government, most are involved in corrupt and criminal practices. They are least interested in running the government machinery, and have politicized the police and levies because of which, law and order has broken down in the province.

In 2011, 565 violent acts including murder took place in the troubled districts and the number rose to 1157 in 2012. During the last six years, 1400 settlers (Punjabis and Urdu speaking) have been killed. Under the obtaining volatile environments where the security forces and agencies are battling the foreign supported insurgents under adverse conditions and are the victims of terrorism, it is indeed preposterous to make an allegation that death squads are operating under ISI and MI. Military and intelligence agencies are not to prop up armed non-state actors but are mandated to identify, operate and nab terrorists.

A thorough probe should be conducted by an independent judicial commission to trace the real culprits. It will not be difficult for the investigators to ascertain the last destination from where and for what duration the calls on mobile phone were made by the victim. The Supreme Court needs to take cognizance of the tragic incident in Chamalang coalmines where a security party of 14 soldiers under the command of Maj Shehzad Amer providing protection to mine diggers belonging to different provinces was ambushed, the security members kidnapped and brutally killed. It was a pre-meditated act by foreign agents to undermine the highly successful Army’s project which has made the people of that impoverished region prosperous and educated. The judiciary and media should strengthen the hands of law enforcement agencies rather than discouraging them and encouraging the insurgents supported by foreign
agencies.

Is Balochistan Really on "FIRE"?

When my house was looted, the first person naturally I doubted was the potential thug next door instead of doubting my Guardians who would give me protection at all times. But amazingly and ironically, that's not the case when it comes to Balochistan. There is chaos, anarchy, upheaval, mismanagement, bad governance, corruption, looting, bad law and order in Balochistan. Interestingly the entire media, the whole of the corrupt government, the complete population and the partial Judiciary are raising fingers at the defence and security institutions, all at the same time, for the worsening of situation in Balochistan. 

The media has been making heightened claims of the Premier state intelligence agency being involved in "kidnapping" and "abducting" persons who later become "missing" persons. These missing persons are then brutally tortured and more tortured while in the mean time, the family members of these missing persons somehow come to know from God knows what supernatural source that those persons are abducted by only  the ISI or MI alone.

Although the separatist terrorist organizations like BLA/BNA/BRA have been working parallel in Balochistan yet people are cent per cent confident about ISI and MI being responsible for "missing persons". The terrorist proxies of BLA, BNA, BRA are known to have strong connections with the notorious RAW and CIA. The leading figures of these separatist insurgent groups like Bramdagh Bugti, Harbiyar Mari, Shehzain Bugti etc confessed on record of having friendly relations with the Indian RAW.  Why would someone on Earth have alliance with the enemy intelligence agency when he/she claims of working for the betterment of the country? For sure, your cunningly proactive enemy would not think of your welfare even in your dream.

From the heated claims, loud hues and cries, intense hullaballo being made by the media, it smells as if a new era of disinformation, PSYOPS, and dirty propaganda is in the making! The revival of the dead Bugti case, the advent of Akhter Mengal with 6 point agenda along with the hype of the missing persons lead to deliberately created situation like that of Former East Pakistan. 

Akhter Mengal.. Here comes a new hardcore admirer of so called "Human Rights"  with his treacherous 6 points agenda like that of Mujeeb-ur-Rehman's which forms an easy formula to disintegrate Balochistan on the Bangladesh doctrine. Intrestingly, Akhter Mengal pops out from no where twisting the facts in his sugar coated statements full of pain and sorrow for his fellow Baloch "missing persons" and then his straightforward and blunt advice cum desire of disbanding "death squads" of the ISI and MI. Sarcistally its yet to be proven before the respected apex court if the state intelligence agencies are the  responsible elements having created "death squads" and kill the innocent civilians. 

What forms the most obnoxious part of the entire Balochistan episode is the 100% confident claims of the privately owned free media without any authentication or solid evidences being produced before the Supreme Court. At the very same time, all the Political Parties along with the media filth fed masses got unleashed instantaneously and  started to call to disband the establishment. If we ponder deeply and logically, it seems the gradual and subsequent steps are directed by a driven agenda. Note the timings, they are critical. UN intruding gang to probe into the "missing persons" case?  Later, Bugti Case. What is the purpose of reviving the dead Bugti Case after a span of complete 6 years from his death?! Subsequent emergence of Akhter Mengal? Anti-Army Propaganda being propagated on the social media by the SAFMA and other BLA terrorists? Prior to this was the resolution passed by Pentagon?

This entire drama being staged on the Baloch front seems to be a part of the bigger game. Blame game is being put on the responsible state institutions particularly the Army and the ISI. In this way it would be much easier to pave way for the final stage of deployment of the 4GW, target being the defence institutions of Pakistan and then the nukes ultimately.

BLA Killing Balochs, Wearing FAKE Pak-Army... by BalochPatriot

In the recently leaked video above, a gang of maddened terrorist insurgents are brutally torturing and butchering human bodies even after they have turned dead. The tortured bodies are the innocent Baloch civilians on which BLA terrorists are taking out their frustration in forged and bogus disguise of men in "Uniform". They are trying to give an impression as if the mad soldiers are the men in Pak Army uniform who butcher  civilians mercilessly and this is the sole reason for recording this pathetic video.

On a lighter note if we analyse the Geo Political scenario around the globe, the premier spy agency of America, Israhell and India have been fully deployed against the rival countries, massacring their people overtly. For instance, the Iraqi people, the Afghani people, the Libyan people and many more have been openly butchered at the hands of these humanatarian zombies in the name of killing terrorism. But not a single TV channel takes notice of their brutal acts or reports their inhumane behavior?!! Despite claiming to be free and fair press, they don't say a word against their state institutions even if they commit disastrous sins because they have certain boundaries. They don't start waging a war against NATO for massacring innocent human souls unlike the Pakistani Media which has gone at war with the Armed forces institutions for a case which is yet to be proven before the world!
