Russia Authorizes Black Sea Fleet to Shoot Down USAF Aircrafts

A new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin has authorized the Black Sea Fleet CCB-201 Vishnya-class intelligence ship Priazovye to use all offensive/defensive measures needed to protect itself, and civilian lives, against any and all “detected” aggressive combat aircraft, including those operated by the US Air Force, in the current Yemeni combat zone.

According to this report, this extraordinary order by President Putin authorizing the potential shoot down of US military aircraft was necessitated by the refusal of Saudi Arabia to allow the evacuation of Russian citizens trapped in the Yemeni combat zone after the deliberate 1 April destruction of the Russian consulate in that nations largest city Aden by US-directed Saudi warplanes.

To the specific American warplanes placed in danger by this shootdown order, this report continues, are the US Air Force KC-135 Stratotankers that have begun daily aerial refueling of Saudi warplanes to allow continuous airstrikes upon the Yemeni people in this latest example of the Obama regimes continued unauthorized and criminal wars against nearly every nation on Earth who disagrees with them.

Upon their receiving permission to target any warplane, including those of the US Air Force, attempting to interfere with their humanitarian mission to evacuate refugees, MoD experts in this report say, the Priazovye arrived a few hours ago in southern Yemeni port of Aden where it successfully boarded over 300 foreign nationals, including Americans, seeking to leave this combat zone.

Most astoundingly of these evacuated foreign nationals, however, this report states, are the large number of US citizens seeking Russian protection to save their families lives as the Obama regime has ignored the pleas of up to 4,000 American nationals who are believed to still be stranded in this war torn nation.

According to one of these US citizens trapped in Yemen, Arwa Al-Iraine, who spoke to Russian media sources about their plight, “Nobody will help us evacuate. The reply [of the US government] was an automated message that they do not have any evacuation plans. Basically we are left on our own.”

Not lost to the MoD in their report is the irony that Federation military/naval forces may have to shootdown a US Air Force warplane in order to protect the lives of these thousands of American citizens abandoned in Yemen by the Obama regime.

More seriously though, this report notes, are that The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus (ALC) on Thursday announced the filing of a lawsuit against Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter seeking US government action to evacuate these thousands of American citizens trapped in Yemen.

This lawsuit personally targets US Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter for failing to protect US citizens in Yemen and names 41 plaintiffs in the case, and estimates the total number of US citizens currently trapped in Yemen at between 3,000 and 4,000.

As to why the American people aren’t in revolt over this monstrous abandonment of thousands of their fellow citizens by the Obama regime in this most dangerous of war zones, this report concludes, is simply because their propaganda media has still failed to inform them of it.

Russian Ministry of Defence: Germanwings Flight 4U9525 Destroyed by Failed USAF Laser Test

The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting that dispatches from the Northern Fleet (NF) appear to show that yesterdays downing of Germanwings Flight 4U 9525 in southern France yesterday was the “direct result” of a failed US Air Force test of its High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS) attempting to shoot down an ICBM reentry vehicle, but which, instead, destroyed this civilian airliner killing all 150 aboard.

According to this MoD report, the Northern Fleet, which is already on full combat alert, was alerted to this incident yesterday by the Severomorsk submarine chaser, currently operating in the Mediterranean, who reported that widespread atmospheric electrical anomalies over southern France, western Italy and southwestern Switzerland were being detected.  The area where these detections were made by the Severomorsk, this report notes, also happens to be the combat operational area of the US Air Forces 510th Fighter Squadron operating out of the Aviano Air Base in Italy.

Curiously, this MoD further notes, these anomalies occurring in the 510^th Fighter Squadron’s combat operating area of southern France yesterday came within the same time frame that British civilian radar systems went black; which was further confirmed by a Flight Emergencies posting stating:

“Doing a bit of spotting at MAN, I look up and see an A380 passing overhead just past the BA, but nothing on radar? Hm”

This MoD report clarifies that US-UK-EU radar systems frequently go black upon the takeoff/landings of B1 bombers, and which in yesterday’s case, where this incident was reported in Manchester (MAN), it likely coincided with the deployment of a British B-1 Lancer Bomber, some of which are able to utilize the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System too.

The MoD further notes that the US-UK-EU military structure frequently endangers civilian flights with their war games over the continent, such as last year when about 50 planes temporarily disappeared from radars in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia between 5 June and 10 June.

Slovak air traffic services in their statement about this radar blackout admitted at the time:

“The disappearance of objects on radar screens was connected with a planned military exercise which took place in various parts of Europe...whose goal was the interruption of radio communication frequencies.  This activity also caused the temporary disappearance of several targets on the radar display, while in the meantime the planes were in radio contact with air traffic controllers and continued in their flight normally.”

And to how dangerous these Western war games can be to civilian airliners, this report continues, was evidenced on 3 March when, in an eerie pre-simulation to the demise yesterday of Germanwings Flight 9525, the US Air Force, while preparing for yesterday’s failed test over southern France, Lufthansa Flight LH1172, an Airbus A321 operating at a normal flight altitude, plummeted out of the sky in minutes, and as evidenced by its radar charts.

To the explanation of Lufthansa Flight LH1172 plummeting towards earth in southern France barely a fortnight ago, we can further read from the Airliner Reporter article titled Catching a Lufthansa Airbus A321’s Rapid Descent Live which, in part, says:

“There were a few moments where I thought I may have been watching a crash of some sort occur in real-time, from thousands of miles away. But thankfully, the pilots were just quick acting, and diverted to a nearby airport.
Lufthansa confirmed to AirlineReporter.com that LH1172 had 151 passengers on board and the captain decided to stopover in Nantes (NTE), France, “due to a medical case (sick passenger).” They confirmed that there was no emergency requested and that the aircraft landed safely.”

Unlike Lufthansa Flight LH1172 before it, however, this MoD report continues, Germanwings Flight 9525, yesterday, wasn’t able to recover from its rapid descent…instead it was obliterated in tens-of-thousands of pieces of metal and human flesh upon the side of a mountain in southern France.

To what caused Germanwings Flight 9525 to be so thoroughly destroyed, this report says, was first evidenced on 3 February when a US Air Force test of their High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System targeting one of their older weather system satellites completed obliterated it by heating it from within causing to it explode while in orbit.

However, MoD experts in this report say, chemical laser systems, such as the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System which brought down Germanwings Flight 9525, and nearly crashed Lufthansa Flight LH1172, are notoriously known for being extremely difficult to aim at long range targets as their “effects” tend to spread throughout the atmosphere affecting anything and everything in their path.

And to the exact scenario causing the destruction of Germanwings Flight 9525 yesterday, these MoD experts continue, was a combined Western alliance attempt to target a “test re-entry vehicle” simulating a Federation nuclear warhead attack upon them yesterday.

The specific “test re-entry vehicle” used in this failed US missile test, this report says, was launched the day before on an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) fired early Monday from a US Air Force facility in California, and which the Obama regime stated was a “message to the world about Washington's nuclear capabilities”.

This “message to the world”, however, the MoD in their report state, was, instead, aimed directly at the Federation for their crippling of the USSTheodore Roosevelt using the superior “magrav”technology, and that aside from previously destroying this aircraft carrier in a war game a few weeks ago, likewise disabled the USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea last year.

Sadly, this report grimly states, of the nearly 37 NATO aircraft taking part in this US missile test yesterday, just a single Italian military jet switched its transponder to the emergency code of #7700 upon seeing Germanwings Flight 9525 plummet towards the ground.

And as many German pilots are refusing to fly today because of these US war game actions against the Federation, this report concludes, the likelihood of the Western people being told the truth about what happened to Germanwings Flight 9525 is about the same as their being told the truth about Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which was proved by satellite photos to have been shot down by a Ukrainian fighter jet, is about the same…Zero.

And to if the Western peoples even want to know the truth of the countless lives being destroyed on their military leaders alter of war?  No one really knows the answer anymore.

Russian Submarines Disable USS Theodore Roosevelt, Forcing it to Flee to UK

The Naval Surface Forces (NSF) of the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) are reporting today that three nuclear-powered Akula-class submarines belonging to the 24th Submarine Division of the Northern Fleet (NF) successfully “war-gamed” the American aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt causing it to “flee in terror” towards the waters off the Hampshire coast in the United Kingdom.

Within hours of the NSF reporting this critical incident, it’s interesting to note, British press sources confirmed that this US Navy behemoth of “100,000 tons of firepower” did indeed dock off Stokes Bay in Gosport stunning the thousands of spectators who jammed roads and lined the banks of the River Solent to see it, but which they, also, described as a port call, though none had been scheduled.

According to this NSF report, the USS Theodore Roosevelt, and its combat escort ships, had been detected on a course towards the operating zone of the Northern Fleet which President Putin had put on full combat alert last week in response to a “State of War” threat detected from the United Kingdom…a threat, the MoD adds to this report, was, likewise, in response to the Federations “Shock of March” battle plan revealed on 4 February.

With NATO forces, literally, lining the entire western border with troops, including the unprecedented US Army’s “Dragon Ride” armored convoy currently winding its way across six European nations, and Norway’s equally unprecedented “Joint Viking” combat war moves against the northern border, this report continues, President Putin himself gave the order to “target and disable” the USS Theodore Roosevelt.

As Russia had warned its citizens last week to prepare for nuclear war, and Moscow’s bomb shelters began to fill in response to the dire first-strike nuclear attack being planned by the US, and nearly all of the Federations military forces being on full combat alert across all 9 time zones, this report further notes, the approach of the USS Theodore Roosevelt towards the Baltic Sea made it a “legitimate” target.

To how this US aircraft carrier was “disabled” by the Northern Fleet’s attack submarines, this report says, was due to the Federations successful implementation of “magrav technology” weapons which had previously been used against American warships, and had “disabled” them too.

In fact, NSF experts in this report state, it was only a few weeks ago that the USS Theodore Roosevelt was “sunk” by a French submarine using “magrav technology” off the coast of Florida during a war game wherein the Americans were testing their countermeasures against this revolutionary new weapon prior to their ships deployment to confront Northern Fleet forces.

The necessity of the US Navy to develop countermeasures against “magrav technology”, this report says, was clearly shown to them last year after Federation air forces completely disabled the feared AEGIS destroyer USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea. So demoralizing was this attack against the USS Donald Cook, when it limped into a Romanian port for repairs, all 27 of its officers put in for reassignment and/or retirement.

Mehran Keshe

“Magrav technology”, its important to note, was conceived by the Iranian-born nuclear engineer Mehran Keshe, but whose works are banned from public use in the United States under an Executive Order signed by President Obama on 23 April 2012. 

President Obama’s signing of his Executive Order against “magrav technology”, it should be remembered, was due to the Iranian’s using it to down, and then capture one of the United States most secretive and sophisticated drones in December, 2011, and then Iran sharing this new weapon with Syria too. 

Immediately upon President Obama banning “magrav technology” in 2012, it should also be noted, Mehran Keshe replied to the American leader in an open letter by stating:

“Your Excellency President Obama,
We offer you a path towards real world peace through the development of this new technology for the whole human race.

I invite you to a direct presentation of our technology to you and your cabinet, to be given on neutral ground where the president of Iran could also be present and where no one betrays anyone else, so that we can all understand the fundamental change that is about to be brought to mankind. Then let us talk about genuine world peace.

As I said in my Sunday interview in Los Angeles, let us convert the military factories of the US to provide resources for a US space organization, so that the tools of war become the craft of universal peace.

The aircraft carriers of the US will become nothing but floating bathtubs if our Magravs technology is used effectively, and the runways full of F16s and 18s and so on will be nothing but runway museums of iron birds, as these craft will not be able to fly if their electronic systems are once touched by Magravs space technology. These crafts and battleships would have to be rewired from A to Z before they could ever operate again.

President Obama, we invite you to understand this change and to let us show you the technology that is bringing it about. Then we invite you to the table of world peace.

Please sign a decree for genuine peace and not a gagging order for science and technology, which your people understand fully what we have developed as they try to protect the pride of your nation.

This is not a question of the pride of one group or country, but pride for all of us in the advancement of the human race to new levels of understanding of the universal order of creation, in which we each have our place.

Sadly, as this NSF concludes, it has cost the Obama regime, the humiliating defeat of two of its most powerful warships since his banning of “magrav technology” in 2012, with the total disablement of the USS Donald Cook last year, the war game “sinking” of the USS Theodore Roosevelt a few weeks ago, and now, today, this same aircraft carrier floating disabled off the UK coast, to realize the truth of Mehran Keshe’s warning him that “the aircraft carriers of the US will become nothing but floating bathtubs”.

And though not stated in this report…one need look no further than it to come to a full and complete understanding of why Obama is furiously attempting to negotiate with Iran, while at the same time trying to keep his military forces from igniting World War III in order to destroy those nations who have begun using “magrav technology” weapons against them….like Russia and Iran…and (of course) the French submarine communications centre that’s already being targeted by US drones.

Russia Announces "State Of War" against US, NATO; Activates Nuclear "Death Hand"

The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that the Federation is now in a “state of war” thus bringing to full activation President Putin’s “Dead Hand” nuclear order issued 29 July 2014 to The Strategic Missile Forces (SMF).

According to this report, the full activation of the much feared “Dead Hand” nuclear option was authorized under President Putin’s previous order due to the discovery that the nuclear forces of the United Kingdom (UK) were preparing a first strike against military and civilian targets located in the Federation.

The intention of the nuclear forces of the UK preparing a first strike against the Federation, this report says, was revealed by Federal Security Services (FSB) electronic intelligence experts working in conjunction with Kaspersky Lab who discovered last month a massive US National Security Agency (NSA) cyber espionage programme targeting not just Russia, but everyone else on Earth. 

Both the FSB and Kaspersky Lab experts, the MoD reports, were able to swiftly reverse engineer the computer code(s) involved in this massive NSA spying operation which then enabled them to electronically obtain the launching codes and coordinates of all the UK’s nuclear weapons showing their plan to launch a first strike against the Federation during the week of 15 March.

Though information of this highly successful FSB-Kaspersky Lab intelligence operation has been suppressed in the West, some counter-news of it has been reported by a few technical websites, including The Verge which in their article reported yesterday titled “A Network Error Routed Traffic For The UK's Nuclear Weapons Agency Through Russian Telecom”, in part, says:

“For the past week, something strange has been going on in the European internet. For five days, web traffic from Texas to certain addresses in the UK has been routed through Ukrainian and Russian telecoms, taking a detour thousands of miles out of the way. Network traffic often takes a circuitous route as a result of network congestion or interconnection difficulties, but neither one would be enough to account for these routes. Instead, this was the result of a bad route announced by Ukraine's Vega telecom, inserting itself in between.
It's particularly disconcerting because of the sensitive nature of many of the sites involved. Among the dozens of sites involved was the UK's Atomic Weapons Establishment, which is tasked with managing and delivering the UK's nuclear warheads, as well as the UK's official mail service, the Royal Mail. US defense contractor Lockheed Martin was also running a VPN connection that was caught up in the redirection.”

Upon the MoD’s confirmation of the UK’s intention to launch a nuclear first strike against the Federation, this report continues, Russian military forces throughout the country were immediately activated with a special emphasis placed upon massive rocket-artillery maneuvers on the southern borders.

Foreign Minister Lavrov, this report notes, further warned the West this week that Moscow would respond to NATO “in an adequate way” as thousands of Norwegian troops neared the Russian border this week preparing for the influx of a US Marine Expeditionary Brigade, estimated to number between 14-18,000, whose tanks, armored vehicles, artillery, ammunition and battle equipment have flooded into Norway this past year.

The MoD also in this report states that the Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) previously issued an immediate travel ban on firefighters, ambulance drivers rescue troopers, tens of thousands of police officers, prison guards, and other law enforcement agencies who are deemed critically needed during times of war.

Also to be noted, though not contained in this MoD report, are reports from London that Russian personnel and officers have evacuated their embassy and that a mass of activity is now being reported throughout Moscow, especially in and around Red Square. 

As President Putin, top political officials and military leaders are now under MoD “protection”, other reports (of unknown quality) state that the Kremlin has also “advised” journalists not to leave Moscow and to prepare for a “major announcement” over the next few days.
 
Though not specifically stated in this MoD report, but strongly eluded to, are that crisis negotiations between Moscow and the West are currently ongoing and have led within the past few hours to NATO’s Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, stating that the alliance does not plan to interfere in the conflict in east Ukraine…”Ukraine is not a member of NATO, so there is a difference between Ukraine and NATO members, because the security guarantee is for NATO allies.”

This NATO “assurance”, however, may do little to calm this crisis and avert nuclear war after the Federation’s Investigative Committee launched a criminal case against Robert Scales, a retired US major general and a Fox News military analyst, who said in a live broadcast this week that the only way for the US to turn the tide in Ukraine is to start killing Russians… “It is Game, Set and Match in Ukraine. The only way the US can have any effect in this region and turn the tide is to start killing Russians. Killing so many Russians that even Putin’s media can’t hide the fact that Russians are returning to the Motherland in body bags.”

Facing Defeat: US Abandons hundreds of Marines, CIA Special Troops in Ukraine

A stunning new report prepared by the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) circulating in the Kremlin states that the Obama regime has “effectively abandoned” at least 150 US troops embedded with over Ukrainian 5,000 forces in the rebel surrounded town of Debaltseve in eastern Ukraine and left by Kiev’s government to die.

According to this report, the US troops currently under rebel siege are an ad hoc group of American Special Forces belonging to the Vicenza, Italy-based 173rd Airborne Brigade, CIA Special Activities Division (SAD) troops, and elite mercenaries from the notorious US private security firm Academi (formerly known as Blackwater).

MoD knowledge of these US forces participating in the Ukrainian war, this report notes, has been longstanding since last years US Army Europe-led Rapid Trident exercise in western Ukraine that comprised over 1,300 NATO troops, and Germany’s BILD newspaper reporting that their intelligence sources estimated that over 400 Academi mercenaries were involved in this conflict too.

Even worse, this report warns, NAF rebel scouts are reporting their having spotted NATO tanks inside the encirclement (Cauldron) at Debaltseve. According to their information, the possibility is strong that up to 25% of the 5,000-8,000 trapped Ukrainian army may be NATO.

Currently in this conflict, which according to German intelligence sources has claimed over 50,000 lives, this report continues, Ukrainian President Poroshenko last week refused to negotiate with President Putin for a “green corridor” to allow US and Ukraine military forces to leave Debaltseve and continued to lie to both his own people and Western allies stating falsely that these forces weren’t encircled.

So false, in fact, have President Poroshenko’s statements been, this report says, Semen Semenchenko, a Ukrainian legislator and field commander, wrote on Facebook last week that rebel forces had cut off the road between the railroad junction of Debaltseve and the Ukrainian-controlled town of Artemivsk.

“Strategists, damn it!” Semenchenko fumed at Ukrainian military commanders with the news meaning that several thousand Ukrainian troops were effectively trapped near Debaltseve, creating the potential for a major Ukrainian defeat and leading him to call his own defense ministry spokesmen “fairy tale writers in shoulder straps.”

Even today, MoD experts in this report note, German BILD reporter Paul Ronzheimer quoted another Ukrainian officer who warned about this dire situation in Debaltseve by stating that “it is threatening a second Illovaisk, a massacre against the Ukrainian army”. [English translation HERE]

Of the gravest concern to the MoD, this report also says, were the eyewitness accounts of the over 300 Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered earlier today to rebel forces stating that the American officers commanding them in Debaltseve had ordered them, under threat of death, to continue fighting and to deliberately target civilians.

Upon receiving this dire news of the American’s true intentions from rebel forces interrogating these captured Ukrainian forces, this report continues, Russian military commanders immediately informed Dutch military representatives who are currently holding inspections in Russia’s southern region of Rostov next to the Ukraine border.

However, nearly immediately after the Dutch military officers in Rostov informed NATO command of the true facts, this report notes, the US shamelessly reported that a new column of Russian military equipment was headed toward Debaltseve…in spite of the fact that their own Dutch representatives were on the Russia-Ukraine border telling them no such thing was happening.

And going from the outright absurd to the fantastical, MoD experts in this report say, German television channel Zweiten Deutschen Fernsehens (ZDF)  then a few hours later aired a photograph of Russian tanks in eastern Ukraine, but which in reality were Russian tanks on patrol in South Ossetia in 2008 and causing the German media watchdog group, known as the Permanent Open Committee of Media Monitoring, to issue a complaint against the federal ZDF channel over false reporting on the situation in eastern Ukraine and stating that “German coverage of events in eastern Ukraine has reached the height of fantasy, and is not worth taking seriously.”

With Chinese state news agency Xinhua earlier today warning that the Obama regime is not a “Anti-Terror Leader” but a “Terrorist Breeder”, this report sadly concludes, the ultimate fate of those Americans soon to be dying by the hundreds in Ukraine remains unknown...but has been the practice of the US who in their Vietnam war alone abandoned nearly 3,000 of their soldiers and never allowed their true fate to be known to their grieving wives, mothers or children.

Putin Orders Russian Troops to Ukrainian Border as Catastrophic Ukrainian Army Defeat Looms

Russian Armed Forces moving towards Ukrainian border

A new Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today ahead of the “last chance” peace talks on the Ukrainian crisis, scheduled later today in the Belarusian capitol of Minsk, states that President Putin has ordered the 45th Detached Reconnaissance Regiment and the 5th Tank Brigade to immediately deploy on the border as Ukraine forces are nearing a “catastrophic defeat” at the hands of separatist rebel forces.

The 5th Tank Brigade of the 36th Army of the Eastern Military Command, military unit 46108, this report notes, was permanently transferred from Eastern Siberia and the Far East to the Ukrainian border this past November, while about 2,000 Russian reconnaissance troops have, likewise, began large-scale exercises in the same area.

This report further notes that these military forces, in preparation and during conducting of combined-arms operations (combat actions), have been ordered to perform the following tasks:

1. Disclosure of the enemy’s intention, its immediate preparations for aggression, and its surprise attack prevention;
2. Iidentifying the troops (forces) of the enemy and its control system’s combat structure, position, grouping, status and capabilities;
3. Disclosure of the objects (targets) for defeating and determination of their location (coordinates);
4. Disclosure of the elements of the war theatre’s operational equipment, the terrains’ engineering equipment and the system of barriers;
5. Determination of the degree of terrain’s passability, the state of communications, the nature of water barriers, the boundaries and the dimensions of areas of destruction, fires and floods, contamination areas, possible ways of overcoming them and turning movement around them;
6. Identifying the enemy’s new weapons and methods of warfare, as well as its activities to ensure full operation (battle);
7. Determination of the morale of the enemy’s troops and the local population, the economic status of the operation’s area, etc.

The need for the immediate deployment of these forces, this report continues, is due to the catastrophic defeat looming for the vast majority of what’s left of the Ukrainian army that has been surrounded by rebel forces in the city of Debaltseve, described as the most vital railhead in eastern Ukraine.

To how grave the situation is, this report says, was articulated yesterday by Semen Semenchenko, a Ukrainian legislator and field commander, and who wrote on Facebook that rebel forces had cut off the road between the railroad junction of Debaltseve and the Ukrainian-controlled town of Artemivsk.

“Strategists, damn it!” Semenchenko fumed at Ukrainian military commanders while this news meant that several thousand Ukrainian troops were effectively trapped near Debaltseve, creating the potential for a major Ukrainian defeat. Semenchenko further called the defense ministry spokesmen disputing this fact “fairy tale writers in shoulder straps.”

Michael Kofman, a Russia specialist at the Kennan Institute and a consultant to the Pentagon, this report continues, also warned the Obama regime this week that Ukraine’s army is so weak and poorly trained that an injection of US weapons is unlikely to reverse its battlefield fortunes.

To prove his point, he reminded American warmongers that US weapons did little to prevent the collapse of the Iraqi Army at the hands of ISIS. “What the recommendation really is doing is slow-walking the United States into a proxy war with Russia in Ukraine,” he said. “And this fundamentally will prove disastrous for Ukraine, as it proved for Afghanistan, as it proved for every single country that hosted a proxy war between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War.”

Of particularly grave concern to Putin in ordering this troop deployment, MoD experts in this report state, were reports that Ukraine's Azov volunteer regiment -- a unit run, and partly staffed, with extreme right activists and sporting the Nazi Wolfsangel on its insignia -- reported, also on Facebook, that it had attacked the pro-Russian rebel forces near the port city of Mariupol, seizing control of several villages. The government in Kiev, in shamelessly backing these Nazi forces backed up the report enthusiastically.

Most critical of Putin’s worries regarding Ukraine, however, this report says, was Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko earlier today vowing to impose martial law should the Minsk talks fail.

MoD experts in this report note that the establishment of martial law in Ukraine is intended as a “diabolical measure” to force the Ukrainian people to fight in this war, and who have by the hundreds of thousands been fleeing their country so as not to have to kill their fellow countrymen. 

As reported by various media sources, this report continues, almost no one is coming voluntarily to the military recruitment offices in this fourth, latest round of conscription is causing panic in the government and top army command of Ukraine.

Men of conscription age are fleeing in the thousands, crossing Ukraine’s borders in all directions, or taking cover internally, to escape the clutches of the military recruiters. President Poroshenko has been obliged to order that, henceforth, only those men of military age with papers confirming they are duly registered with their military registration office will be permitted to leave the country.

The plain truth is, these media reports further document, is that the Ukrainian people don’t want to die for the current government which they view as composed of extreme nationalists and neoliberals. They are, also, unwilling to be cannon fodder dying for the interests of Ukrainian oligarchs whose only apparent interest is to pursue a civil war, siphon Western financial aid and suppress opposition to their rule.

Even more grimly for these Ukrainian people, MoD experts in this report say, are new laws passed in Ukraine allowing their military to shoot deserters, the jailing of all journalists opposed to war who are then being charged with treason, and the paying of bounties to kill rebel forces and destroy equipment. 

And, this report grimly warns, as one of President Putin’s top advisors, Dmitry Kiselev, has already warned the west that Russia’s military doctrine allows nuclear strikes when the state is under threat, even in a conflict where only conventional weapons are in use, the statement today by Ukrainian President Poroshenko that the situation will go “out of control” if there is no de-escalation or ceasefire deal reached in Minsk means “total war” is now a viable option to end this crisis.

As French President Hollande warned today that the Minsk talks are the last chance to avoid “total war”, and Russia has previously warned the US that delivery of arms to Ukraine would be viewed as an act of war against the Federation, this report concludes, President Obama called Putin yesterday to threaten American action against Russia over Ukraine and then gave an interview where he stated “We have to twist arms when countries don't do what we need them to.”

To if the lunatics running America, and who are backing the equally insane government of Ukraine, remember that Putin pointedly noted last August that Russia was a leading nuclear power and advised potential enemies “it's best not to mess with us” this report doesn’t note, but to if he was telling the truth we’re all about to see for real….and, also, what “total war” really looks like.

Putin to Europe: "TOTAL WAR" if Obama Arms Ukraine

A new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report prepared for the planned 'Normandy Four'  meeting that may be held in the Belarus capital of Minsk as early as Wednesday, with President Putin, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande, warns that should this effort fail, “total war” remains the Federations only option to resolve the Ukraine crisis.

According to this report, during his 5-hour meeting Friday with Merkel and Hollande, Putin privately warned his European counterparts that he would not allow the Obama regime to arm the fascist-aligned Ukrainian government, and should the US attempt to do so in spite of the Federations warning, “total war” within a few weeks would be the result.

During a visit to Sochi on the Black Sea yesterday, this report continues, Putin further publically warned the Obama regime against their reckless actions by stating:

“There is an attempt to perturb the existing world order... with one incontestable leader [Obama] who wants to remain as such thinking he is allowed everything while others are only allowed what he allows and only in his interests. This world order will never suit Russia.”

Putin’s grim warning of “total war”, this report notes, was heeded by Merkel who warned her Western counterparts yesterday not to try to scare Russia’s leader, and by Hollande who stated:

“If we don't find not just a compromise but a lasting peace agreement, we know perfectly well what the scenario will be. It has a name, its called war.”

Adding to Putin’s growing anger against the Obama regime over the Ukrainian war, this report says, was a German intelligence document provided to him by Merkel at Friday’s meeting estimating the true total of deaths in this conflict at 50,000, ten times the officially announced figure which has repeatedly been cited in the propaganda-filled Western press.

However, as this report despairingly notes, while the current Merkel-Hollande peace bid “is the last chance to avoid all-out war” as fighting intensifies in Ukraine, the Obama regime is intent upon making it worse as US Vice President Joe Biden yesterday vowed to arm the Ukrainian government to defend itself.

Not being told to the American people about their government’s deadly plan though, this report warns, is that if the use of US weapons in the killing of ethnic Russians continues, the Kremlin has stated that it would support a large-scale military offensive from the east that would involve “taking Kiev.”

Necessitating the need for “total war” in an attempt to stop the Ukrainian conflict, this report states, is predicated upon the fact that along with ethnic Russians being under attack by Obama regime supported forces, this conflict also involves Federation citizens who have poured across the border by the thousands into this war to protect their families and relatives.

As Ukrainian President Poroshenko has lost control of the military situation in eastern Ukraine at the same time his nations currency has collapsed and his government has gone broke, this report further warns, nearly 100,000 rebel forces are currently massing for what in all terms would be the final battle that would nearly totally destroy what’s left of the Ukrainian army. 

Important to note, MoFA experts in this report say, is that Ukraine currently has only around 41,000 regular combat troops plus perhaps 20,000 Ukrainian irregulars who joined volunteer battalions to fight against these nearly 100,000 rebel forces, and has lost a staggering 220 tanks, or a quarter of its total, and more than 480 armored vehicles through August of last year through combat, breakdown or capture by the rebel forces.

Also to note, this report says, is that by the beginning of this war in March 2014, Ukraine had just 6,000 troops ready for combat and only a sixth of its aircraft and anti-aircraft systems were functional and only four of the Ukrainian navy’s vessels were combat-ready prior to the conflict, and to make matters worse for them, at least 16,000 former Ukrainian military personnel in Crimea defected to the Russian armed forces when Russia annexed the territory in March.

The rest of Ukraine’s 100,000 or so troops and equipment weren’t ready for combat, this report shockingly continues, so in order to keep their forces fighting, Kiev established what are called “barrier squads” and sent them to the front lines to fire on any of their soldiers who attempted to retreat.

With US Special Forces troops already filmed being a part of this conflict, and US General. Ben Hodges, Commander of the US Army in Europe, handing out medals to wounded Ukrainian soldiers, this report also warns, the Federation is already in a de facto war with the Obama regime.

As to the outcome of these latest dire events it should be noted, and as we had previously reported on, Putin’s “Shock of March” battle plan remains a grave option on this bloodied table of war that may soon engulf us all.

Putin Orders Central Bank of Russia to Crash US/EU economies

A chilling report published by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development (MED) is warning of potentially “catastrophic unknown consequences” relating to President Putin’s issuance to the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) of orders to initiate what is commonly known within the Kremlin as the “Samson Defense” designed to crash the Russian ruble, while at the same time insuring the economic collapse of both the United States and European Union.

The CBR’s “Samson Defense” is a Russian monetary strategy designed to economically mirror Israel’s feared “Samson Option” deterrence strategy of massive retaliation with nuclear weapons as a “last resort” if military attacks threaten its existence.

In Putin’s action against the US-EU, this report says, the CBR’s stunning move earlier today in raising the interest rate to 17% from 10.5% has had its desired consequence as the ruble plunged more than 20% and to date and has now lost about 57% of its value versus the US dollar since the start of the year, which exceeds the 36% plunge related to the 2008 global economic crisis.

Most importantly to note about this currency plunge, however, this report notes, are that Russia’s fiscal domestic accounts are denominated in depreciating rubles and its oil exports are invoiced in an appreciating US dollar, meaning that the fiscal blow from lower oil prices will be cushioned by a weak ruble, and was a strategy that Putin warned about earlier when he stated that the Federation was braced for a “catastrophic” slump in oil prices.

Equally as important to note, MED analysts in this report say, the CBR agreed to lend money this week against 625 billion rubles (over $10 billion) of bonds freshly printed by oil giant Rosneft allowing it to hoard its export dollars and meet a $10 billion loan repayment later this month, and another $4 billion in February.

As to how catastrophically low oil prices can fall, this report continues, it notes that OPEC has already stated that they are willing to push prices as low as $40 a barrel in their bid to take on Russia and US shale, a stance which began this past September when the Obama regime reached a secret deal with Saudi Arabia in order to flood the world with oil to collapse the Russian economy, but which has now backfired on them as the Saudis seek to bankrupt US shale producers too.

With 15% of US shale gas producers are already losing money because of the Obama regimes secret deal with Saudi Arabia, this report warns, up to half of all of Americas shale operations will face financial ruin if oil prices slip below $55 a barrel leaving millions without jobs in an already collapsing economy.

To the ability of the Federation withstanding a “Samson Defense” economic war against the US and EU, this report says, it should be noted that the current debt of the US stands at a staggering $18 trillion [an amount so large it is now mathematically impossible to ever pay back] while the EU is, likewise, at a equally staggering amount of €12 trillion ($15 trillion).

Compared to the combined US-EU debt of $30 trillion, this report notes, Russia has only $678 billion in foreign debt, has very little outstanding debt and its public debt to gross domestic product ratio is 10% - an excellent figure compared to the EU’s dismal average ratio of 90.9 and the US’s 71.8%.

Likewise to note, MED analysts in this report say, is that while Russia’s debt to GDP is roughly 14%, the EU currently stands at 90.9%, the US at 80.2%, and Japan’s at 227%, meaning, simply, that the Federation can withstand any economic hardship the Western alliance puts against it.


Also, and as independent analysts confirm, Moscow‘s coffers are well-filled, giving Russia the durability to weather a double external shock - tanking oil prices and Western sanctions.

The Finance Ministry controls two sovereign wealth funds, which contained some $172 billion as of December. The money, held in foreign currency, has been accumulated during the past 15 years of high oil and gas revenues and has been earmarked as a piggy bank, primarily for the pension system.

Additionally, the CBR’s overall foreign currency reserves stood at a healthy $416.2 billion dollars in early December.

And most critical to note about the “Samson Defense”, this report concludes, is that Russia will not cut its oil production against the headwinds of collapsing prices, and may, indeed, increase its amount as the plunging ruble, combined with a rising US dollar, actually makes Federation oil the most affordable in the world.
