14th August demands National Solidarity from Pakistanis

Print Friendly and PDF

Pakistani nation has celebrated its 66th Independence Day on 14 August, 2012 with full enthusiasm. Every Independence Day always infused new spirit in me. Last midnight of 13-14 August, rounding up of Lahore city with the family in the company of 82 years old Squadron Leader, Retired Abdul Ali Shaukat (my uncle) has also turned out another unforgettable moments of my life. In fact, due to the job compulsion, my uncle shifted to Lahore a month earlier or so. He received the family that had migrated from India to Pakistan. The visit of Lahore, which has freshened up the memories of the old veteran but also created touchy and aspiring effects in me and my family as well, after listening the unfolding of events from an eye witness of Independence Day. He narrated that most of families migrated with empty hands and faced multiple crises but the spirit of sacrifices, determination and happiness of freedom do reflect from their faces. He further expressed that although they left their property behind, yet they never lost the hope of moving forward and forward.

Anyhow, Pakistan became nuclear power, developed her communication infrastructures, modernized her cities, produced agriculture, supplied trained and technical manpower to other countries, and progressed in medical profession despite fighting three wars with India and passing through global war on terror. Thus, all this development indicates the sign of strength and potentials of a valiant nation. However, some of political and defence analysts keep on presenting depleted picture of the country and are busy in spreading disappointment while saying that “Pakistan is under siege and in mess”.

We must acknowledge here that besides facing multi-lateral economic crises such as high prices, load-shedding, unemployment etc., Pakistan and its security forces are coping with suicide attacks, bomb blasts, sectarian violence and targeted-killings including with sporadic battles with the militants in some tribal areas. Besides 30,000 innocent persons, more than 5000 thousand soldiers and several police men have become martyrs in this ‘different war’. In fact, there are a number of external elements like US, India and Israel whose secret agencies, are in collusion to destabilise Pakistan because it is the only nuclear power in the Islamic World. Besides other terror-incidents in various cities, these foreign elements are also fueling sectarian and ethnic violence in Pakistan’s seaport Karachi and Balochistan.

Meanwhile, in the aftermath of the facade of Osama Bin Laden by a US military raid in Pakistan on May 2, this year, intermittent subversive events in the country coupled with the sporadic attacks of heavily-armed militants who enters Pakistan from Afghanistan have continued, killing several police men and paramilitary soldiers in wake of continued wave of drone attacks and American false blame game regarding cross-border terrorism in Afghanistan. These anti-Pakistan developments clearly show that the US, India, Afghanistan and Israel are in connivance as part of a conspiracy to ‘destabilise’ Pakistan for their common strategic interests. Pakistan stands on restoration of NATO supply forced US to admit her fault over attack on Salala Check Post. We must accept that Pakistan is again confronting with various kinds of crises like she was facing just after the partition. Some of our internal elements are being manipulated by their foreign masters. Pakistan’s civil and military leadership has repeatedly been revealing that RAW, Mossad and other foreign agencies are involved in supporting insurgency and acts of terrorism in various cities of Pakistan, and separatism in Balochistan.

Unfortunately, it is due to lack of national solidarity among our politicians, leaders and media that foreign opportunists have been manipulating the chaotic situation of Pakistan in order to fulfill their secret agenda by weakening the country. Few immature politicians and segments of societies are also targeting the armed forces and Pakistan’s intelligence agency, ISI so as to increase their vote bank. For example, now they have started propagating that some secret deal on drone attacks between ISI and CIA has been concluded. Contrarily, according to highly reliable sources, Chief of Pakistan’s supreme intelligence agency (ISI), Lt Gen Zaheerul Islam categorically asked CIA to stop drone attacks in Pakistan.

While our media, particularly most of the TV channels conduct controversial debate between politicians and commentators, contesting internal politics. Like the foreign enemies by ignoring the sacrifices of Pakistan’s security forces and its superior secret agency, they malign Pak Army and ISI. In this context, some of our media anchors and most of politicians or political experts pay no attention to national solidarity and cohesion among various civil and military institutes of the country. At this critical juncture, while situation demands selfless unity, both our media and some politicians manipulate every terror-incident or negative development against Pakistan. On renowned TV channels, our politicians oppose their rivals for the sake of opposition. In this context, they opine as to what the people want, but conceal as to what people actually need? Particularly, it seems that a majority of Pakistan’s media anchors are on the payroll of external enemies.

However, severe implications of the ongoing precarious situation cannot be grasped by the general masses at large, who abruptly change their opinion without reason. Hence, they become easy prey to the internal politicians (exploiters), unintentionally benefiting the external conspirators who want to weaken Pakistan by creating a rift between our general masses led by politicians, and the security forces. Apart from it, foreign agents misguide the disgruntled elements that national institutions are not made to develop the backward areas, and policies formulated at Islamabad are not congenial to other provinces except Punjab. Meanwhile, by ignoring public backlash in Pakistan, US high officials had intensified their pressure tactics by continuously insisting upon the country to ‘do more’ by taking military action against the Haqqani network. On the other side, taking note of the US coercive diplomacy, Pakistan’s civil and military leadership flatly refused to launch military operation against the Haqqani Network and asked US to close Pak-Afghan border for having better control over the crosser.

Nevertheless, it is due to a wave of ‘emotionalism’ instigated by some irresponsible politicians and media anchors that general masses have forgotten the services of our security forces and have started disgracing even army and ISI. In this regard stereotypes and prejudices have been created by the foreign enemies through a propaganda campaign which have been misguiding the people who have set aside innumerable services and sacrifices of the Pakistan Army during the Swat and Malakand military operations— resettlement of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), floods, desilting of canals (Bhal Safai)—particularly during the Earthquake of 2005, entailing restoration of law and order on many occasions. Since its existence, military personnel saved the countless helpless people by sacrificing their own lives.

Nonetheless, at this critical hour, Pakistan’s survival lies in selfless national solidarity. For this purpose in order to scold the conspiracy of the external enemies against the integrity of the country, our political leaders must avoid exploiting any crisis not only against one another, but also against the security forces and ISI whose image are deliberately being tarnished by the external plotters. The present adverse circumstances demands sacrifices of individual selfish interests. So, Pakistan’s survival requires a strong sense of solidarity—team spirit and shared aims among the general public, politicians, religious leaders and the security forces not only to resolve the present multiple problems, but also to cope with the external enemies.

Pakistan Produces A Second Youngest IT Prodigy

Print Friendly and PDF

WORLD’S YOUNGEST IT PROFESSIONAL
Born on March 13, 2004, Shafay Thobani grew interested in computers ever since he was a toddler.
On April 9, 2012, Shafay appeared in the Prometric test and secured 91 per cent marks, thus making him the world’s youngest Microsoft Certified Training Specialist (MCTS) at the age of eight years and 24 days.
The young man is certified professional in Microsoft Windows 7 Configuration and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2. Before appearing in the exam, he remained under training of Microsoft certified trainers for 13 months.
His trainer Faisal Durrani said it was a challenge for him to teach complicated concepts such as Domain Name System (DNS) and Internet Protocol (IP) address to a child as young as Shafay. “So we split the 40-hour course designed for grown-up IT specialists into 13 months for the child. We taught him by giving him easy examples in order to grasp the concepts. Teaching him for three to four hours every day, we would also allow him breaks to let him be the normal kid that he is, swimming, playing football or rollerblading,” said Mr Durrani.
Speaking of the boy’s main areas of interest, Shafay’s father Dr. Shah Thobani said he liked network and communication programming. “He has already completed 65 per cent of Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization, too,” he added.
“Shafay was born in 2004, the same year Arfa was declared the world’s youngest Microsoft Certified Professional at the age of nine. Arfa was an inspiration for us and I hope that Shafay, too, would be a role model for more children to show their tremendous achievements,” Dr Thobani said.
In the tradition of most ordinary Pakistanis who are patriotic when it comes to their homeland, Shafay echoes familiar feelings.
Shafay said, “I am proud of myself and I will work for Pakistan in any way possible.”

An Open Letter to SAFMA

Print Friendly and PDF

Dear SAFMA,
The first time I read your abbreviated name, I came to know you are a "South Asian" and of course a "Free" media association but when I came across your work and activites, I found out the fact that you were instead a "filthy" media association. Despite your filth, I wasn't flabbergasted. The reason was pretty simply - Your supporters and your flag bearers have been gaudily exposed for quite a long time now. No matter how many countries you involve in your membership or how many people - it can emerge as a question mark that why do you only focus on Pakistan so much? You seemed to have a mental obsession with Pakistan,  and its spiritual roots. You were supposed to be a so called "Free media" association but did you ever even try to fathom what "Free" means? I fancy, either the "Free" was a serious error in your title or either it was a deliberate blunder! As I began to learn you more, before I could know about your friends, I came to know about your foes.

Your first diehard foe was the Two Nation Theory.
Notwithstanding its innocence and sincerity of purpose you were exceedingly menaced by its existence. Although she stayed silent, but you constantly seemed to make loud hues and cries about her. I came to know, she is your rival for a long time but more recently the ingested heaps of thousands of dollars were causing more hullabaloo against her when the already overloaded stomachs of your flag bearers were stuffed further. That was indeed a pitiable sight.

Your second hard-nosed enemy was the Ideology of Pakistan. It pricked as a sharp thorn in your throat and posed you a serious threat too. Its prevalence or talks maddened you and you ought to resort to impulsive, phony propaganda tactics in order to preserve your life. Very cunningly you started attacking its founders, assuming that once you attack the father, the child will instantly feel vulnerable to attack of vultures and get feeble. Your first cheap attack was on the Father of the Nation - to whom the world acknowledged as  'Quaid-e-Azam' but you still stayed deluded from the world and liked to address him as "Jinnah" only. Perhaps it was difficult for you to digest Mohammed Ali Jinnah and Quaid-e-Azam simultaneously. You uproared that he was a Secular figure. The world of course isn't blind or deaf unlike majority of SAFMA employees. The first name attached to Quaid's identity was "Mohammed" and it explained it all. He was a man of honest character, uncompromising dignifed values. Had the name "Mohammed" contradicted him in person, he would have removed it from his identity, after all he was a great Jurist himself. That was easy to him.

Your third rival was Allama Iqbal. And he was a ruthless one for he never endeavoured to spare you. Although he left this world decades back but he gave the youth a prescription to stay secure from your poison. Not only this but he also led the youth to go on war against the cults like you. Feeling liable, you began to mock him, his vision, the Islamic ideology which he explained. You knew well that Jinnah was transformed into Quaid-e-Azam only due to tireless efforts of Iqbal and Iqbal was the one who put forth the ideology of Pakistan in his vague but undeniable prophecies. Since Iqbal's work was a declaration of war with Evil age and the Satanic system, the evil in you felt vulnerable to Iqbal. So you decided to eliminate his name and his role from Pakistan.

Your fourth enemy was a Patriotic Defense analyst namely Zaid Hamid. Although your members shamelessly made hollow claims of "difference of Opinion" but when it really differed and differed in a way that the opponent had respect for Spiritual Islamic values, your members would unleash a series of nasty words from their filthy mouths. The so called torch bearers of Democracy and "Freedom of Thought" would remorselessly mock and attack the opponent in person, forgetting any social ethics and etiquette. What caused you a serious pain, was any negative remark about your dear feeder India and United States of Zionism. Perhaps also your co-God-Fathers. You were ready to compromise your everything to extend the mindset, the ideology and the culture of your funder - India. Even if you had to give all the pieces of land of Pakistan to your co-fathers, you wouldn't have barred yourself from this great sacrifice.

SAFMA, I wonder whether I should call you a "Free Media Association" or a "Freaky Maniac Association". All your members including your founders had such a sordid taste that they fell for their fellow gender so much shamelessly. Yes, all what you had in your organization were gays and lesbians and the preachers of gayism, lesbianism and "artistic" pornography. I feel nauseated so badly when I glance at you. Not only this but you had members in your organization who were really a true embodiment of dirt and shame. Your founders; the Indira Gandhi (II) with the same shameless record. Then you had Secularists with you who were proud to be shameless and "Beghairat". Ironically those who had shame and honor were mocked by the bald, dirty beghairats. Then you had also got with you "Bindi wali Hindus". I remember I used to have such witches in my dreams after watching an evil, horror movie. Utterly horrible and exceedingly scary!

If you were really "Free", you wouldn't have come forth with an enslaved mind set. Justifying your slavery with modernism is itself self contradictory. You were not modern. Rather Indian. Modernization is a process of development and to bring new, innovative ideas before the masses. But what I felt from your behaviour was only a circumscribed stance and you are only inclined to take the Pakistani Muslim masses to the old Hindu practices by imposing the dirty Hindu culture which even the modern Indians don't like to follow now. You were miserably enchained to the dollars that were to stuff your ever growing bellies, the Brahmin Hindu elite that fed you and the devil in your hearts that would make you work against all the good. I wish you had named yourself already as "South Asian FUNDED media Association".

P.S, I would like to entitle you with, "South Asian FITTAY MOU association" :-) STAY AWAY FROM MY PAKISTAN! You don't need to make another India in our Pakistan, simply get lost to your native motherland India!

Yours sincerely,
A Pakistani.

Did Two Nation Theory ever become invalid???

Print Friendly and PDF

REVIVAL OF TWO NATION THEORY IN 1971:

On the 16th of December 1971, East Pakistan became Bangladesh due to some political differences among the politicians of West Pakistan & East Pakistan. In-fact, on the 16th of December, 1971 the Two Nation Theory was revived and the Muslims of East Pakistan (Bangladesh) rejected once again Hindus of India as their Rulers. The Muslims of Bangladesh proved that Muslims are Muslims wherever they live and they cannot be submissive to Hindus of India or any non-Muslim community which is similar to Hindus such as Sikhs, Christians or whatever.

Muslims of Sub-continent did not get beaten in their ideology of ISLAM after the creation of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is still a Muslim majority country, rulers are Muslims, each and every law that has been a part of Bangladeshi Constitution keeps the fundamentalism of ISLAM exclusively. Bangladesh is still at the same distance from Karachi (Pakistan) as once it used to be when it was considered East Pakistan so geographically there is certainly no changes occurred on the Map of East Pakistan the only difference that was come about on the 16th of December, 1971 was the renaming of the Country’s name from East Pakistan to Bangladesh. Yes, indeed we (West Pakistanis) lost the political control over East Pakistan but the Muslims of Bangladesh still love ISLAM, Glorious Qur'an & Islamic rituals with their hearts and souls. God forbid! If the Muslims of Bangladesh had rejected ISLAM then Bangladeshi Muslims would have joined India & Calcutta would be the Center of Legislature for the people of Bangladesh but it did not happen divinely.

FINAL & DECISIVE REVIVAL OF TWO NATION THEORY

Pakistani Muslims and Muslims around the world have started struggling to become united under the flag of ISLAMIC Khilafah so that we as Muslims can remove all the boundaries & borders, caste & creed, color & culture, language & leadership that have been bisecting one Muslim country from the other. Insha'Allah, ISLAMIC Khilafah will soon be implemented and will conquer over the infidels and will divinely win the sympathies of the humanity at large. Ameen!
SAFMA traitors should first demand the terrorist state of India to reject and repeal its freedom because Indian Hindu Zionist Barbaric champions of demonCrazy got their independence from British Empire upon the Basis of Two Nation Theory. Great Britain divided Indians & India into only two states upon the basis of two nation theory. If two nation theory is not valid and it is irrelevant today then independence of India is also not valid & unjustifiable. If SAFMA rejects two nations theory we Pakistani Muslims reject the independence of Indian Hindu Zionists (the followers of Hindutva and Chanakya ideology) & therefore, the inhumane British Parliamentary System has also become obsolete and irrelevant in today’s era.

CONCLUSION

With the course of history we come to learn a fact, which is evident like the sun, and to which the traitors, the enemies and the rivals have always been extremely hurtful of; Two Nation Theory was never a question mark in the past and it can never be in the future; it has been always alive in the hearts of each and every Muslim! Two Nation Theory is the driving force which led to the achievement of Pakistan and will always be preserved with its distinct and unique identity till the last Muslim on this earth. We acknowledge that we have been hurt in 1971 due to traitors like Mujeeb ur Rehman in our ranks but Two Nation Theory still remains alive in the broken East Pakistan (Bangladesh) today.

What hurts our enemies the most is the Two Nation Theory without any doubt! Traitors in the media particularly the Indian funded SAFMA are working desperately to demolish the Two Nation Theory by confusing the masses about its validity and diluting it with Hindu Zionist barbaric ideology.
The sole target of the enemy today is the Two Nation Theory and the Ideology of Pakistan. Direct invasion on ground is not what they need today, but only to weaken the ideology of Pakistan to such a feeble point that the land becomes vulnerable to every type of ground invasion then. Hold your ideology firm! This is the time to play your part and safeguard Paksarzameen! The traitors in our ranks like SAFMA are massively funded to demolish this very ideology which pierces like an arrow in their hearts!

Why should Pakistanis Boycott Indian Culture?

Print Friendly and PDF

The large trend, which is commonly found in Pakistan's misguided youth today, is copying Bollywood stars. It is always depressing to see a Pakistani youth trying to imitate Shahrukh Khan’s hairstyle, Salman Khan’s body or Kareena Kapoor’s disgraceful clothing. The idiots who do this do not realize that they are deliberately insulting the two-nation vision (Yes, it's not a mere theory!) and Islam itself. The two-nation vision, coined by Baba Iqbal (ra) himself, means that Muslims are in every way different than Hindus, and they must live separately. More than five million Muslims sacrificed themselves for this very cause in 1947, and these youth have no right to attack the salvation of these martyrs.

Listen to what Quaid e Azam says here:

This act of profanity which they label as entertainment is a threat to Islamic values in Pakistan. Indian Zionist morals are being transmitted in the minds of Pakistanis of every age through channels like Star Plus, Ztv, Music India, MTV and more. Pakistani youth have started speaking their language, and are forgetting the essence of their own. Some are even ready to leave Pakistan in pursuit to a career in Bollywood. This is nothing but madness. Pakistan is a nation that was created for a reason.

It is not only meant to safeguard the interests of Muslims in the sub-continent, but the Muslims of the whole world. Pakistan is the only nation in the world to be created on the ideology of Islam. And its existence is meant to confront every single pharaoh of the day. If this millat of Pakistan, and the Muslim Ummah as a whole become tuned, or rather enslaved, to Hindu and Western traditions, then who will be there to fight the forces of shaytan? There is a hadith of Prophet Muhammad (sm); “Whoever imitates a tribe is one of them”. Are you sure you haven’t betrayed this Ummah yet? If you have, wake up!

I have Palestinian and Iraqi friends over here, and they look at me with joy when I tell them that I am Pakistani. After I told them about the part Pakistan has played in the Arab-Israeli wars, and how Pakistan is taking a stand for them, they want to hear nothing against Pakistan. The people of Palestine and Iraq are waiting for the day that we come and free them from Zionist imperialism. What will they say when they see us following the cultures, traditions and lifestyles of their oppressors?

You are the Muslim Ummah, you are Pakistanis. You have the most dignified history and a glorious future (insha’Allah). But if you fail to realize it and keep following Hindu culture, then the following quote of Iqbal (ra) applies to you:
“Why have you made me born in such a place, the inhabitants of which are happy to be slaves”.
The youth that follows Zionist culture, and looks up to it is lost. They have no shame or morals, and are hypnotized by Hindu and Zionist media, which widely spreads its filthy culture with the label of "entertainment". They are on the extreme edge of the worst path they can take at this stage. It was foretold by Holy Prophet Muhammad s.a.ww that in the end days of this world, One Third of the entire Muslim population will proudly become a follower of the Anti-Christ whereas One Third will stay neutral. Only the remaining One Third will stand up and fight against the Anti-Christ and Allah will make them victorious which means, the earlier Two Thirds will be doomed. Don't look here and there in confusion. You know what is meant  by following the Anti-Christ.

The Pakistani youth needs to realize beforehand what exactly they are following. They need to improve their spiritual self, immediately and immensely, because at the moment they are trapped in a maze which appears to be an open ground. Surely it is not, and all the delights are just deceptions which will eventually kill the real Muslim morals and culture, if not dealt with. If you have woken up and are out of the slavery of Hindu culture, awaken others. Start breaking down every particle of Indianization that you find in Pakistan. And it all starts from your own house.

SAFMA’s Episode: A Question of Dignity

Print Friendly and PDF

Even if I try ‘hard’ to pay a deaf ear to the ideological battle that is being waged, the innate sensory perception and upright nature with which every human being is born would not let some of the most obvious vibes go unnoticed. I have not mastered the skill to perfectly comprehend and catch every strike of the expression, be it our facial expressions or our body language; but something which has created a hype in the recent days all over the media is the recent program hosted by Dr. Shahid Masood named Shahid Nama; guest speakers Syed Zaid Zaman Hamid and Marvi Sirmed, has strengthened my faith in my visual and comprehension abilities( Watch full program here ).

I have started realizing how an unnatural and false display of a countenance and composure ‘deceives’ ones ownself, the very moment when the person is exposed to the truth and confronted with the truth. Marvi Sermed’s reactions throughout the program was a testimony to it.  Great people say, “Actions speak louder than words”. I would like to reiterate it, “Expressions speak more than a thousand words”, and what added insanity to the uncomfortable and baffled facial expressions was the undignified and spastic repetition of ‘khurafaat’ on every holy verbal expression from Zaid Hamid’s side, like innalillah wainna elehi rajioon’ and ‘astaghfirullah’- the sacred expressions which each and every Muslim of this land and from every corner of the world, is prescribed to respect and to find the reverence of these phrases seeped deep down in their hearts.

It is the training and respect that I have learned from my elders that I witnessed getting so disrespectfully snubbed from Marvi’s side. ‘The spiritual inheritance’ or ‘rohaani asaas referred to as ‘khurafaat to the extent article 62 and 63 being termed as ‘khurafaat’. I can only thank my Lord first and then Syed Zaid Hamid for revealing the true identities and associations of these ‘so-called’ patriots and flag holders of ‘freedom of expression’ maligning and corrupting the very Islamic foundations of my land and the land of 17 crore populace; whose soil still smells of the blood of 50 lac martyrs who have laid down their lives for the freedom of Islamic social values and culture.

The ‘outright stupidity’ with which Sirmed labelled Syed Zaid Hamid, flies in her own face when she lamely criticizes and demands proofs constantly like a cry baby trying to cover up the helplessness of not finding any concrete argument for her defense and for the defense of SAFMA whose ‘ideological personification’ is what we can see in the form of ‘Marvi Sermed’; she should have done the homework on her part well and atleast should have kept herself updated with regards to various programs done by Zaid Hamid which are practically present in multitudes ranging from defense of regional frontiers extending upto global defense and strategic analysis and guarding Pakistan ideologically and physically from the clutches of each and every horrid attack that is waged.

It’s not Zaid hamid who has neglected the voice of every patriotic heart irrespective of which province does he or she belongs to; rather it is Marvi and SAFMA who have pathetically failed to represent or even voice a mere stance against the atrocities which our Kashmiri brothers and sisters are afflicted with, and resorting to ‘Aman ki Asha’! And we as Pakistanis cannot forget, unlike SAFMA lunatics, that Quaid-e-Azam had called Kashmir as the Juguler Vein of Pakistan and he himself initiated the 1947 jihad in Kashmir to push Indian soldiers out of Kashmir, which today SAFMA traitors ignore completely by calling as "Not a part of our country". The quintessential example presented as a stark contrast to the fore mentioned personality was Syed Zaid Hamid with his customary most exceptional dignity, patience, and respectful attitude, brilliant and crisp facts; whose silence even gave an expression to thousands of words which connected and resonated with the thousands of hearts across Pakistan. Despite being faced with derogatory words, he kept his dignity intact. My nation, my youth needs such an example to follow, encompassing in him a blend of uprightness, truthfulness and a daring uncompromising stance on the honor of this sacred land of ours.

All I can wonder at is how this episode has consolidated and brought the whole of the Muslim Ummah on one wing and how divinely separating, practically sifting and unmasking the fractions standing against the very strong undeniable ideological and physical existence of our country. Leaving no question for every sane mind; who won the argument and who pathetically lost it. Here I would like to mention that I am a student of English literature and linguistics and not some half baked fundamentalist who follow slogans without analyzing the truth by themselves. It’s the voice of my heart that compelled me to express my views. It is the pain which I can feel piercing my heart when I see my Ideology being a Muslim and a Pakistani being blatantly tarnished and played with so easily, by none other than the ones who are serving the foreign agenda with their massive confusion, disinformation and propaganda warfare being waged on Pakistan.

But I am brimming with hope at the same time. The awakening patriotic youth stands with me now. They own this land. They will not let the sanctity of their Islamic fortress, the outcome of their Quaid’s struggle be taken away so easily. May Allah swt be the protector and guardian of this land to whom we owe each and every drop of our blood. We take an oath to defend her from every axis being opened at her. We will fight this filthy war with dignity and honour till our last breath.

InshaAllah, Pakistan Zindabad.

Patriots blast Nawaz (not so) Shareef's pro-India & Anti-Pakistan statements

Print Friendly and PDF

LAHORE - One of the leading workers of the historic Pakistan Movement, Pakistan's Daily The Nation's Editor-in-Chief and Nazria Pakistan Trust (NPT) Chairman Majid Nizami has condemned the statement of PML-N leader Nawaz (not so) Sharif wherein he has termed the gods and culture of Indians the same as that of Pakistanis. He said Pakistan was achieved on the basis of Two-Nations Theory and questioned how the culture of two nations could be the same. We worship one God and Indians believe in idols and their gods have five heads”. he added.

He was addressing a ceremony held in connection with 65th Independence Day of Pakistan at NPT on Sunday. The ceremony was also addressed by NPT Vice Chairman Dr Rafique Ahmad, grandson of Allama Muhammad Iqbal Walid Iqbal, Col (r) Amjad Hussain, and activists of Pakistan Movement. Mr Nizami in his address said that by issuing such statement, Nawaz has achieved nothing but only damaged his vote bank and it was very surprising for him (Nizami). He said that if Nawaz had such soft corner for Hindus he should shift his Jati Umrah residence to Amritsar and then he would be in better position to differentiate the Jati Umrah of Raiwind and Amritsar. He said Nawaz also mentioned line between the two countries, Mr Nizami questioned the PML-N leader whether he wanted to remove this division line. He said Nawaz was dreaming of being alternate leader of Pakistan and after issuance of such statement, one can pray for him that may Almighty Allah grant him wisdom.

Nizami said that once he was invited by Khawaja Saad Rafique to attend PML-N function where leaguers chanted slogans Quaid-e-Azam Saani Mian Nawaz Sharif. I was also asked to speak on the occasion. I said in my speech that Nawaz first joined Tehreek-e-Istaqlal Party and now PML-N was his second Party, what to say of Quaid-e-Azam Saani. May Allah make Nawaz true follower of Quaid-e-Azam. Earlier Dr Rafique Ahmad in his welcome address said that Majid Nizami was less recognised in the different circles due to Nawa-i-Waqt and more recognition was due to his role in promotion of objectives of Pakistan Movement. He led all his life confronting with dictators and never compromised on democracy in the country, he added. He said that after a successful completion of Aiwan-e-Iqbal, now Majid Nizami was struggling for the construction of Aiwan-e-Quaid-e-Azam. Ground-breaking ceremony of this Aiwan would be held on coming Friday. It would be a state-of-art centre with best facilities of education, research, and training.

Col (r) Amjad Hussain also paid rich tributes to Hameed Nizami and lauded the services of Majid Nizami rendered for the promotion of democracy in the country. He said Majid Nizami is a brave man who despite passing through three bypass operations was struggling for the promotion of Two-Nations Theory. Waleed Iqbal in his address said, we should promote the concepts of Quaid-e-Azam and also treat well minorities in our country. Activists of Pakistan Movement were also present on this occasion including Col (r) Ikran Ullah, Muhammad Yousaf Ghazi, Ghulam Jaffar Salaar and others. They were garlanded and also asked to share their experiences with the audience.

Ideology of Pakistan

Print Friendly and PDF

The basis of nationhood in Pakistan is Islam. Islam acted as a nation-building force long before the establishment of Pakistan. Muslims eventually developed a national consciousness in the indo-Pakistan Sub continent, they collectively struggled for the right of self determination and the establishement of an independent homeland to be carved out from those territories where they formed majorities. They eventually  secured what they wanted. Hence the historical fact which could not be denied is that the formation of the muslim nation preceded the demand for muslim homeland. Pakistan by herself didn’t give birth to any nation; on the contrary, the Muslim nation struggled for and brought Pakistan into being. Therefore pakistan is not the cause of any kind of nationhood. She’s only an affect, a result or a fruit of the struggle of the Muslim nation for territorial specification.

Our identity as a Pakistani:
We claim to be Pakistanis, only for the purpose of distinction or identification among other nations of the world. Pakistan nationhood is not the real basis for the unity of the State in Pakistan; it is merely an apparent basis. Our primary consideration is Islam which cements us as a nation and also provides the basis for the unity of the State.

The same can be said regarding Patriotism, i.e., laying down one’s life for the country. Muslims DO NOT have a notion of Pakistan as a ‘Motherland’ or a ‘fatherland’. They do not believe in worshipping the geographical features of the country. They are not supposed to lay down their lives merely for the dust, trees, deserts, mountains or rivers. This form of patriotism according to them, is idolatrous. But in their native soil, Muslims are ups in arms to lay down their lives for the religio-cultural principles on which the state of Pakistan is founded i.e, Islam. Quaid-e-Azam clearly illustrated these principles in his following address:

“Now you have to stand guard over the development and maintenance of Islamic democracy, Islamic social Justice and the equality of man in your own native soil. You will have to be alert, very alert, for the time of relaxation is not yet there.”

Our ideology - Islam:
Pakistan is an ideological state for it claims to be Islamic. It is not a ‘theocratic’ State because Islam is essentially a polity and aspires to create a civil society. Quaid-e-Azam clarified this point in his broadcast as:

“Make no mistake: Pakistan isn’t a theocracy or anything like it. Islam demands from us the tolerance of other creeds and we welcome in closest association with us all those who, of whatever creed, are themselves willing and ready to play their part as true and loyal citizens of Pakistan.”
Islam doesn’t recognize the distinction between the ‘spiritual’ and the ‘profane’. According to Islam the spiritual and the temporal obligations are not only connected with each other but it is necessary for every Muslim to constantly endeavour to realise the spiritual values while performing his temporal ones. Hence “Secularism” is an integral part of Islam and it is for the very reason that the Islamic State assimilates the qualities of an IDEAL ‘Secular State’.

‘Secular’ in a sense, where the state guarantees religious freedom to every citizen with out distinction of religion or race, aims at promoting the material advancement and welfare of all its citizens. The Islamic State as envisaged by Quaid-e-Azam, embraces the qualities of the very same ideal ‘Secular State’.
In this state, every citizen is granted the right of their religious freedom. Sunnis, Shias, Wahabis etc., Hindus, Christians, Parsis, Buddhists and all other religions are free to profess their respective personal faiths. Islamic theology recognizes a distinction of meanings of the words ‘Mazhab’ and ‘Deen’. ‘Mazhab’ means personal faith, viewpoint or path; whereas ‘Deen’ means a body of universal principles of Islam which are applicable to the entire humanity. Therefore Islam being our ‘Deen’ is the fundamental pillar of the State of Pakistan unlike ‘Mazhab’ since it is neither founded on any personal viewpoint nor on any particular sect. Thus in the political sense, irrespective of their religion or race, all Pakistanis are citizens of the Islamic State of Pakistan on equal terms. This vital aspect of the Islamic State of Pakistan was illustrated by Quaid-e-Azam in his famous presidential address to the Constituent Assembly on 11th August, 1947, when he proclaimed:
“You are free; you are free to go to your temples, you are free to go to your mosques or to any other place or worship in this State of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion or caste or creed that has nothing to do with the business of the State.  We are starting with this fundamental principle that we are all citizens and equal citizens of one State.”
