‘Blasphemous’ school set alight

LAHORE – An angry mob went on a rampage and set a girls’ school alight in the Karim Park area early Wednesday to protest against the administration for allegedly distributing pamphlets carrying blasphemous material among the students. The management of the Farooqi Girls High School, situated on the Ravi Road, denied the allegations and termed the shadowy claims a “conspiracy” by their competitors in the business of private schooling. The police had registered a case against a lady teacher, Arfa Iftikhar, but it did not confirm any arrest until late Wednesday night.

“We have registered a case (FIR No 1470/12) against the (alleged) blasphemer (lady teacher) under section 295-C (of the Pakistan Penal Code) for insulting the Holy Prophet (PBUH). She has not been arrested yet but the police are raiding to capture her,” said Allah Rakha, the duty officer at Shafiqabad police station, when contacted. The case was registered on the complaint of Abdullah Saqib, a religious cleric of the locality. But there were conflicting reports about what had actually happened. Some protesters told reporters that Arfa had asked her students to write an essay for which she dictated to them some derogatory remarks against the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and the kids told their parents about the blasphemous material.

But the complaint had a different account of the story. He told the police that the schoolteacher Tuesday morning distributed an examination paper carrying printed derogatory remarks among more than 160 students of class-VI. This claim was contradicted by a local resident, who said he had taken a glance at the said question paper and claimed that it was a just a plain sheet carrying handwritten material in English language rather than anything in printed form.
As the rumour about this contentious, allegedly ‘blasphemous’ paper spread around by late Tuesday night, angry locals converged outside the school building and staged strong protest demonstration against the school management. Later, the police arrived at the scene and managed to disperse the protesters.

Again on Wednesday morning, dozens of area residents gathered outside the school building and chanted slogans against the administration and the teacher. They also forced their entry into the school, ransacked the furniture and set the building alight. Heavy police contingents reached the spot but failed to cool down the angry mob. Eyewitnesses said that the protesters thrashed Asim Farooqi, the school principal, and later handed him over to the police. But police did not confirm the arrest of the principal.

The accused schoolteacher was not present when the police raided her house in Malipura area, police sources said, adding that she had gone into hiding along with her kids. Police raids were underway till filing of this report. Locals said the situation was quite tense in the locality, where reportedly some public representatives too were instigating protests against the management of the school, where hundreds of students are enrolled. The police are deployed around the school to keep the things under control. Adeeb Javedani, president of the All Private Schools Management Association (APSMA), has called for constituting an independent commission to probe into what he said ‘sensitive matter.’

According to Section 295-C of the PPC, “Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation or by any imputation, innuendo, or insinuation, directly or indirectly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine.”

The incident has come at a time when the international powers are pressing Islamabad hard to amend the blasphemy law. Javedani demanded the Punjab chief minister to personally look into the matter to ensure justice. He said that Farooqi Girls High School is among the leading institutions imparting girls’ education for the last more than 25 years. The Association president also claimed that the incident was a conspiracy against the school management.

Express Tribune and Bullshit go in Parallel - Zaid Hamid haunts Secular Terrorists

Some more space on the Express Tribune filled with sheer despicable content . As I opened the link, I was (not) amazed to see the attached picture; a pyramid with an eye inside. Of course, this is what the Express Tribune works for.  The writer who I believe represents the Secular scoundrels as a whole has quoted George Orwell with the following saying:

“In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”

And this is precisely why Zaid Hamid Sahab's picture was cropped and attached inside the Illuminati symbol of an eye within a pyramid - This was a sickening personal attack of course - and of course only because the person speaks truth bluntly.

Often when I skim through the Express Tribune work, a wonderful quotation echoes my mind and this time it left everlasting print:

If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit!

As I scrolled down through the piece of  stinking garbage, I fancied, how the people are deemed to believe on lies blindly. Instead of putting forth factual evidences and historical facts, the Secular maniacs of Express Tribune, SAFMA scoundrels and their likes have adopted a very lame and dumb way to defend themselves. And that is, attacking the individual, mocking the facts and true evidences he puts forth and distorting the facts according to their own vested interests. This is what their "Freedom of Expression" teaches them. I assume, these so called secular pseudo intellectuals are the most enslaved creatures on Earth who can not even preserve their own Freedom of Expression and ridicule it to such a low level that it only becomes a way of firing and bombarding their fellow contemporaries.

Firstly, the dumb writer, the lies propagator Jahanzaib Haque and the home of the scolded faggots; the Express Tribune should give a hint where was respected Zaid Hamid humiliated on the Kamran Shahid Show even in the remotest sense? The so called dumb scholars like Hasan Nisar and the scolded faggot Ali Chishti have no ethics at all to debate with logic and facts. Zaid Sahab was the only honorable guest, a voice of every patriotic Pakistani and a person with bold eloquence on that very show.  Secular maniacs use their one and only feeble tool when they are left with nothing but vacuum, i.e., baseless mockery and sarcasm followed by personal attacks. And this is what the rest of the article is repleted with.

Secondly it's a blatant lie when the secular dogs allegedly accuse Pakistan Cyber Force for being backed by Zaid Hamid or any agency. This is complete non sense and has no truth to back itself. PCF is only a team of humble volunteer Patriots who are bold enough to raise their voice against prevalent nuisance and homosexual wives of the Anti-Christ.

Thirdly, when the secular scoundrels shamelessly raise the slogans of "difference of opinions", they should NOT forget the ethics and morals  that they are supposed to adhere to being a responsible citizen of the state. No nation on Earth ridicules their own founding fathers and their ideology which forms a bastion of their existence. Even the EU doesn't give a free hand to speak against the Holocaust event. Somethings are there beyond compromise. You don't sell or break your country only under the garb of "Difference of Opinion"!

Fourthly: I wonder why the newly turning Secular maniacs, identity-less souls are obsessed with the term "Conspiracy Theory". Even the people of West, of course the sensible ones are well aware of these disguised global agendas in the making and express sheer amazement when they see someone oblivious of these conspiracy theories cum realities. It's very depraved to stay in a fool's paradise closing your eyes to everything that might sense scary to you.

And the article goes on repleted with nuisance. The substandard version of pile of foul smelling filthy has nothing like a 'fact', an 'evidence' for a counter argument. It has only quoted the petitioner's phrases individually and presented with obnoxious satire. This of course shows that they don't have enough truth to back their claims, other wise this hadn't been the case. They would have come forward with a sensible, healthy counter argument instead of loathsome personal attacks on the individual.

The enemies of Islam have been set on fire indicating they have been hurt where it hurts the most. Alhumdulillah!

SAFMA-Gate will be bigger than Memogate: Qasoori

The petition filed in Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) by the President of Brass Tack (BT) Mr. Zaid Zaman Hamid; The renowned Defense analyst and Geo Political expert, against the South Asia Free Media Information (SAFMA) would become a bigger scandal than MemoGate.

The views had been expressed by Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri in an interview with a newspaper. He said that SAFMA remains in touch with affairs of all countries of South Asian countries, but it only speaks against Pakistan and its armed forces (particularly Pakistan Army), which increases concerns among the patriotic people of Pakistan about its affiliations.

Ahmad Raza Kasuri said that SAFMA initiated a fourth Generation war 4GW against Pakistan and that SAFMA had been financed heavily for this war against Pakistan and its armed forces from outside the country.

Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri is a senior lawyer in Supreme Court of Pakistan and is well known and well respected personality in Pakistan. Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri is representing Mr. Zaid Zaman Hamid's petition, filed in Supreme Court of Pakistan on March 27, 2012.

The petition demands guilty of treason against SAFMA and its organisers in Pakistan for conspiring against Pakistan's armed forces and working against Pakistan's geographical as well as ideological boundaries.

The organisers and persons connected directly and indirectly with SAFMA include high profile journalists, well known anchorpersons of leading TV channels and other pseudo-intellectuals. As named in the petition, these include Imtiaz Alam, Sirmed Manzoor, Najam Sethi, Beena Sarvar, Nusrat Javeed, Khaled Ahmed, Marvi Sirmed (Wife of Sirmed Manoor), Ali Chisti, Hamid Mir, Hassan Nisar and Asma Jahangir.

In the interview, Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri said that SAFMA keep eyes on affairs of all SAARC countries but speaks only against Pakistan’s armed forces. He questioned why SAFMA does not speak on India and its army which has committed hundreds of crimes against Humanity.

It would be worth to mention here that India has stationed more than 7,00,000 army in such a small valley of Kashmir, which has killed more than 2,00,000 innocent Kashmiris so far, since the occupation in 1947. These are in addition to those 5,00,000 Muslims from Jammu, who were brutally massacred by Indian terrorists organisation, RSS in 1947. Similarly, the rest of the Indian army is deployed in all over India to curb many influential and strong independence movements, going on in all over India.

When he was asked that whether he is optimistic for the approval of the petition, filed by Mr. Zaid Zaman Hamid in SCP, for hearing in SC? Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri said that it is evident as, because of this, our national security is on stake and the SAFMA-Gate scandal is going to be a bigger and more controversial case of the history of Supreme Court of Pakistan, than MemoGate scandal.MemoGate scandal arisen when the then-serving ambassador of Pakistan to the United States of America, Mr. Hussain Haqqani, was exposed to be writing a memo the US government on behalf of the President of Pakistan, Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, against Pakistan’s armed forces.

Ahmad Raza Kasuri said that these people are receiving heavy funds from outside of the country for conspiring against Pakistan and its armed forces, which, actually, is the remuneration of these people.

Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri said that he is a loyal and patriotic Pakistani and he always decided to step-up against such crooks, who plays with the sovereignty of the country.

He said that the enemies of Pakistan have initiated a fourth generation war against Pakistan and we have to stop it at all cost.

Mr. Ahmad Raza Kasuri further said that Pakistan is also facing threat from India’s Cold Start doctrine. He said that we have to pledge to stay on front against such doctrines.
It is worth-mentioning here that the mainstream media is blacking out any news related to this petition and that is why many people are unaware of it, it is because of the fact that many mainstream media journalists are linked to SAFMA in one way or the other.

Did Two Nation Theory ever become invalid???

REVIVAL OF TWO NATION THEORY IN 1971:

On the 16th of December 1971, East Pakistan became Bangladesh due to some political differences among the politicians of West Pakistan & East Pakistan. In-fact, on the 16th of December, 1971 the Two Nation Theory was revived and the Muslims of East Pakistan (Bangladesh) rejected once again Hindus of India as their Rulers. The Muslims of Bangladesh proved that Muslims are Muslims wherever they live and they cannot be submissive to Hindus of India or any non-Muslim community which is similar to Hindus such as Sikhs, Christians or whatever. 

Muslims of Sub-continent did not get beaten in their ideology of ISLAM after the creation of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is still a Muslim majority country, rulers are Muslims, each and every law that has been a part of Bangladeshi Constitution keeps the fundamentalism of ISLAM exclusively. Bangladesh is still at the same distance from Karachi (Pakistan) as once it used to be when it was considered East Pakistan so geographically there is certainly no changes occurred on the Map of East Pakistan the only difference that was come about on the 16th of December, 1971 was the renaming of the Country’s name from East Pakistan to Bangladesh. Yes, indeed we (West Pakistanis) lost the political control over East Pakistan but the Muslims of Bangladesh still love ISLAM, Glorious Qur'an & Islamic rituals with their hearts and souls. God forbid! If the Muslims of Bangladesh had rejected ISLAM then Bangladeshi Muslims would have joined India & Calcutta would be the Center of Legislature for the people of Bangladesh but it did not happen divinely.

FINAL & DECISIVE REVIVAL OF TWO NATION THEORY

Pakistani Muslims and Muslims around the world have started struggling to become united under the flag of ISLAMIC Khilafah so that we as Muslims can remove all the boundaries & borders, caste & creed, color & culture, language & leadership that have been bisecting one Muslim country from the other. Insha'Allah, ISLAMIC Khilafah will soon be implemented and will conquer over the infidels and will divinely win the sympathies of the humanity at large. Ameen!

SAFMA traitors should first demand the terrorist state of India to reject and repeal its freedom because Indian Hindu Zionist Barbaric champions of demonCrazy got their independence from British Empire upon the Basis of Two Nation Theory. Great Britain divided Indians & India into only two states upon the basis of two nation theory. If two nation theory is not valid and it is irrelevant today then independence of India is also not valid & unjustifiable. If SAFMA rejects two nations theory we Pakistani Muslims reject the independence of Indian Hindu Zionists (the followers of Hindutva and Chanakya ideology) & therefore, the inhumane British Parliamentary System has also become obsolete and irrelevant in today’s era.

CONCLUSION

With the course of history we come to learn a fact, which is evident like the sun, and to which the traitors, the enemies and the rivals have always been extremely hurtful of; Two Nation Theory was never a question mark in the past and it can never be in the future; it has been always alive in the hearts of each and every Muslim! Two Nation Theory is the driving force which led to the achievement of Pakistan and will always be preserved with its distinct and unique identity till the last Muslim on this earth. We acknowledge that we have been hurt in 1971 due to traitors like Mujeeb ur Rehman in our ranks but Two Nation Theory still remains alive in the broken East Pakistan (Bangladesh) today.

What hurts our enemies the most is the Two Nation Theory without any doubt! Traitors in the media particularly the Indian funded SAFMA are working desperately to demolish the Two Nation Theory by confusing the masses about its validity and diluting it with Hindu Zionist barbaric ideology. The sole target of the enemy today is the Two Nation Theory and the Ideology of Pakistan. Direct invasion on ground is not what they need today, but only to weaken the ideology of Pakistan to such a feeble point that the land becomes vulnerable to every type of ground invasion then. Hold your ideology firm! This is the time to play your part and safeguard Paksarzameen! The traitors in our ranks like SAFMA are massively funded to demolish this very ideology which pierces like an arrow in their hearts!

Supremacy lies within Allah or the state Constitution?

As men of Allah have bluntly said before, if you eliminate the essence of Islam from the constitution of Pakistan, then this constitution is worthless. Qudratullah Shahab (r.a) has mentioned in his legendary book, “Shahabnama”, that such a fraud had started during the making of the constitution in Ayub Khan’s reign. Field Marshal Ayub Khan held a census in the cabinet, in which majority of the officials voted for a “Republic of Pakistan”, and not an “Islamic Republic of Pakistan”. When Qudratullah Shahab (r.a) came to know this, he wrote the following letter to Ayub Khan, in which he brilliantly explained the importance of Islam in Pakistan:

“Pakistan has no escape from Islam. The history of this country is very old but its geography is new. The Red-cliff line between Pakistan and India was drawn for the purpose that we acquired this piece of land in the name of Islam. If now Islam is erased from the name of Pakistan, the limitation of this line will have no meaning. We became Pakistan for the sole reason that we are Muslims. If Afghanistan, Iran, Egypt, Iraq and Turkey eliminate Islam from their lives, they would still retain their identity as Afghans, Iranian, Egyptian, Iraqi and Turks. But if we, Pakistanis, try to escape from Islam, Pakistan will not have any distinction of its own. Now, if Islam suits our luxurious life or not, Islam fits to our way of life or not, We personally follow Islam or not, the truth is that whether for the sake of saving our hereafter or for the worldly profit and selfishness, we are compelled to keep Pakistan and Islam parallel to each other for the sake of the long lasting of Pakistan. Due to the illiteracy of others, there is no need to go into the inferiority complex yourself.”

With this letter, Mr. Qudratullah Shahab (r.a) also offered resignation. But these radiant words from the man of Allah were enough to convince Ayub Khan and make him say, “Yes, right you are”.

Today, we are seeing our corrupt and failed politicians cunningly utilize the clauses of our constitution by deceitfully interpreting them to safeguard their vested interests. What greater example than of our PM and President begging for immunity from law using article 248? If they really want to use the constitution, they should know first that if the whole constitution is implemented sincerely, they wouldn’t even be allowed in their seats right now in the first place. Our hypocritical politicians are experts in using the constitution to defend their seats, but neglecting it when their positions are in danger. In a nutshell, they have made constitution as a "seat" saving tool!

As a Muslim and patriotic Pakistani, can anyone even think of defending this treacherous government, whether or not the constitution allows? Are we that blind, that we can easily be fooled by misinterpretations of the constitution? It does not take a very sharp mind to realize that this government has done nothing but harm to Pakistan, and Allah has given us another chance to get rid of these traitors, as he had back in 1971! And guess what, our constitution allows it!

The constitution allows the installation of caretakers, but it is up to the Supreme Court to interpret this article in light of the situation at hand, and bring in caretakers to revive the economy and strengthen the judicial muscles in the state. This government must be removed if we want to see Pakistan survive in the coming days of trials. In such situations, Ijtihaad is compulsory, and the Supreme Court along with Pak Army must take blunt and aggressive steps to interpret the constitution in a sincere way so that these democratic tyrants no more harm the nation.

Always remember, the constitution is of no worth if it does not please Allah. It is of no importance, if it does not protect the honor of Islam and Pakistan. If the Supreme Court does not implement the constitution properly and does not get rid of this corrupt regime, then we do not give any heed to this constitution, and invite Pak Army to take care of this menace their own way.

Elections will not be held on bogus voter lists: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Thursday debarred the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for holding by-polls, scheduled on February 20th, on seven seats of National and Provincial Assemblies of Punjab and Sindh on existing voter lists.

The seats became vacant after the resignations of MNAs Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Makhdoom Javed Hashmi from Multan, Sardar Aseff Ali from Kasur, Jahangir Tareen from Lodhran, Khawaja Muhammad Khan Hoti from Mardan, Zulfiqar Mirza MPA from Sindh and the death of Amir Hayat Khan Rokhri MPA Punjab Assembly.

The court issuing stay order about the upcoming by-elections directed the ECP to first prepare the verified voter lists and then hold by-elections on those seats. The court accepted the plea of Naseem Chaudhry Chairperson National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Law and Justice to give time for validating the status of 28 Parliamentarians, who were elected in by-elections held after the passage of 18th Amendment.

She informed that the bill for 20th Amendment has been tabled in the National Assembly on the issue,therefore, granted some time in this regard, and hoped soon the bill would be passed from both Houses of the Parliament. The court accepted her request.

However, the Chief Justice said they would not allow the ECP to hold elections on bogus voter lists because the Constitution demanded transparency in the elections.  The CJP said that the apex court in its July 30th, 2009 decision had buried the doctrine of necessity, adding, if the court stopped these 28 Parliamentarians from performing their functions then the system would be affected. He said there was no Martial Law in India because they have followed the Constitution.

The court said the court wanted that the Pakistanis living abroad should be included in voter lists and adjourned its hearing till February 24th. He said there were more than 37 million bogus voters in the lists and the court would not allow the commission to hold by-polls on those lists. 

Justice Khilji Arif Hussain said if the elections are held on bogus lists then it would be dishonesty. He said the court had pointed out the wrong in the lists but the government had not removed them. The court directed the Attorney General of Pakistan to hold meeting with NADRA as well as ECP for stopping them that by-elections should not be held on unverified voter lists.

The court adjourned the hearing of the matter till February 6th.
