Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar while expressing dislike over the accusation against Pakistan and its intelligence agencies being leveled by USZ officials has warned that accusation must stop otherwise USZ would lose its allied partner. In an interview with a private TV channel, Hina said that the accusation leveled by USZ officials were unacceptable. She said that accusations would lead to nowhere but ultimate loss. She said that Pakistan was also being attacked many times but the country never pointed fingers at others. She said Pakistani civilian and military high ups gave mature statements.
Foreign Minister also said that if USZ want to lose Pakistan as its allied partner then we are prepared to pay the price. The foreign minister lashed out at the USZ for accusing the country's most powerful intelligence agency of supporting extremist attacks against American troops in Afghanistan. She said the USZ cannot afford to alienate the Pakistani government or its people, and if it does so, it will be at Washington's cost. Khar made the comments on Thursday following Congressional testimony about Pakistan from the top USZ military officer. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Michael Mullen accused Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency of "exporting violence" to Afghanistan while keeping strict silence on CIA's involvement behind TTP, BLA, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and other pro-America separatist movements inside Pakistan.
