The failed Indian Mumbai stunt got yet another blow when Indians refused to allow Pakistani judicial commission, headed by FIA prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar, to cross examine Ajmal Kasab. The sole survivor of Mumbai terror attacks and an alleged Hindu, Indian media reports said on Friday. According to the reports the commission would be allowed to record statements of four witnesses but would not be permitted to cross examine them.
