A list of 2009 legislation shows that more than half a dozen states tried to limit or ban contracts given to companies who outsource to foreign entities. States ranging from New York to Arizona, Pennsylvania to Texas have pieces of legislation before them that would institute policies similar to what Ohio has done now. Most of the legislation was referred to various House and Senate committees before the end of the year. But if the Ohio order is any indication, it would not take much to quickly institute such policies.

This drastic step was initiated on August 6 of this year when Ohio Governor Ted Strickland issued Executive Order 2010-09S which clearly prohibits the use of public funds for services provided offshore. The outsourcing ban has shaken the Indian Commerce and Industry Minister in the wake of a U.S.Z - India Trade Policy Forum. But Ohio is hardly the only state to look at such legislative provisions when it comes to offshore or outsourced contracts.

In signing the Executive Order, Governer Strickland said he was standing up for one of the hardest hit economies in the nation. “Ohioans have been among the hardest hit by more than a decade of unfair trade agreements and the trickle-down economic policies that promoted offshoring jobs at the expense of Ohioans who work for a living”, he told the media correspondents.

On Tuesday 26th of October, Governer Strickland reaffirmed his position on the matter, sending a letter to U.S.Z Trade Representative Ron Kirk. While acknowledging Indian officials’ objections with the decision, he said, “…no one in India, or anywhere else, is going to tell the citizens of Ohio where we can create jobs or how we can spend our resources.”

Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma continued the volley, telling reporters yesterday, calling the Ohio ban “an ill-advised decision”, continuing, “We hope that there is no other State which would follow the ill-advised and less informed path chosen by the Ohio state government”, according to India’s Hindu newspaper.

In the recent years, millions of jobs have been canceled inside United States of Zionism due to the economic roller coaster crisis that was engineered by the Federal Reserve Banking Cartel to pump up dollar and maintain the artificial bloated currency for another few years without caring what it could possibly do to the American locals. This step by Ohio government shows that America is on the verge of disintegration since this policy is totally opposite to the overall outsourcing policy of United States of Zionism.

This also indicates that India, who has been sitting under the umbrella of United States of Zionism that is being rapidly torn apart by Afghan Lions, is being crushed from all sides. Nexalites and 7 sister states are raising hell in the eastern part of India causing unrest in almost 43% indian territory whereas India is being financially crushed at the same time, bearing the world's largest poor population as massive funding needs to be done on TTP and Kashmir and fighting against the Nexalites. TTP is being destroyed by Pakistan Army at all fronts in collaboration with local Pakistani tribes and Kashmiri Muslims are rising on their own, realizing their duty at this point in time. Kashmir uprising and Nexalite operations have completely shattered the fighting morale of indian soldiers who already have no ideology except for the name of their dying state since secularism has almost completely devoured India's decision making ranks and youth by now except for a few Hindu terrorist organizations who are being targetted by the secularists themselves.

I see no future for India in the subcontinent as an independent state. Plain and simple.

InshAllah khair.
