Mysterious, moving text messages of Kamran Faisal surface

ISLAMABAD: The grief-stricken officers of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Monday went on a countrywide pen-down strike and locked their offices in protest against the killing of their colleague Kamran Faisal, as text messages by the RPPs scam case investigator have revealed that he was under pressure and concerned about his security.

“DG HR WANT AFFIDAVIT IN BACK DATE REGARDING CHANGE FROM CASE; KIA KAROON,” was among the text messages (reproduced without changes) that deceased Kamran Faisal exchanged with one of his close friends in NAB, three days before his mysterious death.

The friend responded to him not to do so, strictly advising him to switch off the mobile phone. “Lock ur room door from inside before sleeping”, he messaged Kamran.

His last message was from a friend, received at 7:58:41am on January 18, in which he wished him good luck, praying that Allah freed him ‘from all worries on this blessed day (Friday)’. By the time it was sent, Kamran had left this world of worries and his body was hanging inside his room.

As the mystery deepens about the alleged suicide of the NAB’s Assistant Director Kamran Faisal, his exchanges few days before death provide some missing links belying the NAB claims that he was removed from the case on Jan 7 before he committed ‘suicide’ and there was no pressure on him.

The text messages also give a tour inside the situation he was passing through, intensely under pressure from the bosses and deeply concerned about his personal safety.

After his death, Kamran’s friend and key witness to his situation is also under grave risk amid concerns and demands of the well-wishers for beefing up his security. There is also an exchange of messages between the two friends containing verses showing their profound love for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

As the case is in the spotlight since his mysterious death occurred at the height of NAB’s tension with the Supreme Court, it is being said that the court may order the record of his phone calls and text messages either from cellular companies or from the agencies that have been authorized to conduct surveillance after the passage of a law of fair trial from parliament.

As for the messages about the anxiety following pressure from the NAB bosses, they started on January 15.A friend and colleague inquired from Kamran about his location at 9:46pm on January 15. He responded: “WITH DG HQ.” He continued: “DG HR WANT AFFIDAVIT IN BACK DATE REGARDING CHANGE FROM CASE.” In the same message, Kamran sought the friend’s opinion: “KIA KARUN (what should I do?).”

As there is no response from friend, he said: “CALL ME.” In the same message, he sent a verse about Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): “kitab-e-hasti k her warq pe, jo nam-e-Muhammad raqm na hota…Wajud-e-hasti ubhar na sakti, wajud-eloh-o-qalam na hota…Zameen na hoti, falak na hota, Arab na hota Ajam na hota.” His friend continued those verses: “Ye mehfal-e-kon-o-makaan na hoti, ager wo SHAH-E-UMAM na hotay.”

Then the friend asked him if he was in office, he replied he had left the office and reached the hostel.

The next day on January 16, the same friend, concerned about Kamran, asked him about his location at 9:42:26pm. Then he added: “We r all worried abt u. kia ho raha ha aur wapsi kab ha (what are you doing and when expected to return?).”

Texting with reference to pressure on Kamran for submitting an affidavit from the back date, the friend advised him: “kabi mat dena apnay hath khud na katwana (Never give in to the affidavit demand. Don’t cut off your own hands yourself.”

There was no response from Kamran and the friend continued texting him the messages: “Progress???.” Then requests Kamran to visit him: “Aa jao na????.” Again that friend advised him not to give the affidavit: “Afidavit kabi mat dena apnay hath na katwana.” He continued at 10:41:11pm on January 16: “Good aur kal seedha SC jana Allah bless u (Go straight to SC tomorrow, God Bless you.”

The friend then sent a word of caution at 11:14:26pm on January 16: “Switch off ur mobile and lock ur room door from inside.” Agencies add: Wearing black bands onto their arms, the protesting officers of the bureau rejected the judicial commission headed by Justice (R) Javed Iqbal and demanded that the commission be headed by a serving judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) or ex-director general FIA Tariq Khosa or Justice (R) Khalilur Rehman Ramday.

According to reports, the protest demonstrations we held at the NAB officers in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and other major cities. The protesting employees said that according to family Kamran Faisal had been murdered but the government was staging the drama of his suicide to mislead the public.

PPP gang in troubled waters once again: SC reopens NRO cases

The office of Attorney General of Pakistan on Saturday received the Supreme Court order on writing letter to Swiss authorities for reopening of corruption cases against the extra ordinarily corrupt President Asif Ali Zardari.

On March 8, a seven-member SC bench hearing NRO implementation case directed Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to write to Swiss authorities for reopening of the cases against the president regardless of advice of the secretaries.It was the first time that the Supreme Court has directly asked the Prime Minister to write letter to Swiss authorities till March 21 to comply with para 178 of NRO verdict.  Previously, the directives were conveyed through the Law Ministry.

Aitzaz Ahsan, counsel for the PM, told the court that the Prime Minister had not wilfully defied the order but only acted on the advice of the Law Ministry.

According to a senior lawyer, Raza Kazim, the court has once again given opportunity to the PM to comply with the court order. “If the PM does not write, the court will have no other option but to convict him in the contempt case,” he added. But, according to Aitzaz Ahsan, the court never asked the PM directly to implement the judgment, instead, it directed the federation to reopen corruption cases against shameless President Zardari. However, on Saturday the SC order for writing to Swiss authorities landed in the AG office.

Memo Scandal: Ijaz ready to appear before the Judicial Commission

The main character of Memogate Mansoor Ijaz on Thursday submitted his affidavit in Memo Commission through his counsel Advocate Akram Sheikh. He agreed to appear before the Judicial Commission on 22nd of February. ‘I am ready to appear before the commission through video conference’, he stated in affidavit. He said he will provide all data and other related documents about memo gate ,adding, that he will meet the legal team of the Memo Commission in London to record his statement.

The statement would be recorded via video conference in the next session of Memo Judicial Commission from the Pakistani High Commission in London. It is pertinent to mention here that Mansoor Ijaz has had time and again given statements on media that he had several meetings with military as well as political leadership of Pakistan. He further confessed in affidavit that he wouldn’t step behind from his words.

About his relationship with the traitor Haqqani, he categorically mentioned that they maintained regular contact over the past decade through e-mail, BlackBerry messenger exchanges, and meetings in person.

Constitution - Country's protection or destruction? (Intelligent analysis)

If you can understand the following wisdom, no political snake or media anchor can ever fool you about law, constitution and wisdom of the law.

The Constitution is a man made document designed to facilitate governance. The objective of a written constitution is to protect the state not to destroy it. It gives a general guidelines to decide the rules of the government. But it is humanly impossible to write every threat, scenario and possibility which a dynamic country or nation faces during its civilizational life cycle. Britain does not have a written constitution but they follow tradition, needs of the time and requirements of national security to make new laws and do what is needed to protect their interest.

Nations which are born free always use their wise judgement to carve out new laws and policies from the established principles. In our deen also, we have "Ijtihad" and "Ijmaa" to find new responses to new challenges. The mullahs in deen always resist Ijtihad as they are close minded bigots. Similarly, the political "mullahs" always resist interpretation of Constitution which hurts their vested interests.

Today, Pakistan faces a similar crises. Constitution had never envisioned such a treacherous President and PM and political government, which have taken power illegally violating every constitutional clause and law.

Constitution says no one can come into the parliament if they violate article 62,63 of the constitution. But what to do if this regime has come gate crashing through the NRO? This entire government is illegitimate, illegal and immoral.

Constitution says the President must appoint the caretaker government. But the Constitution does not say how to appoint the caretaker if the President is the traitor writing Memo to foreign powers to destroy the country?

Constitution says caretakers must hold elections within 90 days. But the constitution does not says what to do if the country is under 4thGW and on the brink of NATO/US/Indian invasion. Elections will destroy the country but the constitution has no idea of the threats and wars imposed on the country.

Constitution says that Judiciary must decide cases of terrorism but the constitution is silent on what to do if the judiciary does not hang a single terrorist in the last 11 years despite the country being in the state of war. Chief justice does not allow the army to make military courts but himself is silent why his own constitutional courts are breaking the constitution by not doing their duty?

This is the crisis the country face today. We do not have to follow the constitution in letter in spirit if it does not have answers to the present challenges. We need Ijtihad in the constitution to respond to the present challenges. Supreme Court must not act as "constitutional Mullah" but should do a dynamic ijtihad and interpretations to respond to the threats Pakistan is facing. CJ and the SC are not defense and security analysts. They must take advice from army to interpret the Constitution in the light of threats we face today.

Army and Supreme court must restore order first before any elections, else following the constitution would destroy the country. President cannot be trusted to select caretakers. Army/Supreme court must do it else its anarchy!

To hell with demon-cracy if it brings such corrupt traitors. The whole system is illegal. We want security and defense of Pakistan and a strong patriotic government. The present Constitution does NOT have answers. In that case, SC and army must do what is right, not what is written in the man made law.

PPP gang in trouble: NRO deadline expires today

Total defiance of the government to comply with Supreme Court’s last warning for writing letter to Swiss authorities in National Reconciliation Ordinance case expires today (Tuesday) leaving the apex court with no option but to proceed with contempt of court. Institutional tension has raised after the Executive has shown total disregard to the directives of the judiciary in the NRO case, which many believed could cost the prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, his job in case the controversy drags on.

Extra ordinarily corrupt Zardari, who is also PPP gang's Co-Chairperson, added shamelessly to the heightened tension between the Executive and Judiciary by leaving the matter for the next government to write to Swiss authorities. “I would only remain president for the next 12-15 months after which the next government may write to Swiss courts”, Zardari told a private TV channel on January 7, adding ‘why would his (burglar) government do so?’

The shameless Zardari said NRO case and Swiss courts would have a significance in history, thus, ‘neither he nor the Prime Minister would want such a thing to be part of the history’. This shows height of shamelessness.

President said he was not afraid of Article-248 and that he considered Swiss case as a trial of Benazir Bhutto grave, adding that it was the decision of party not to write to Swiss courts.

According to the constitutional analysts, the Supreme Court could punish Prime Minister Gilani in contempt of court for minimum of six months and up to two years in line with the 18th constitutional Amendment. The Supreme Court on its last hearing on implementation of the NRO case had issued last warning to the government to write letter to Swiss Court about the ill-gotten $60 million belonging to President Zardari and his late spouse  Benazir Bhutto stashed in the Swiss banks.

On other hand, some people believed that there were $97 billion dollars stashed in Swiss banks belonging largely to Pakistani politicians, and feared that if government did not implement the apex court directives in NRO case, the entire efforts to bring back the ill-gotten wealth stashed in the Swiss banks would go never bear fruits.

Meanwhile, quoting sources private TV channels claimed that the stooge, cowardly  President Asif Ali Zardari may leave for Dubai today, notwithstanding such serious situation. “All arrangements have been finalized and the President may leave for Dubai any time soon,” it said.

The largest donors to Pakistani relief fund until now have been Turkey, China, and Saudi Arabia. The traitor government and its ministers always double count the U.S.Z. relief funds.

The U.S.Z. Subversion master and ambassador for Afghanistan / Pakistan Mr. Richard Holbrooke has been at the helm of U.S.Z. diplomacy in South Asia. Many claim that he has Kashmir as a hidden portfolio. When Pakistan was hit by the colossal floods, he repeatedly came out and announced millions of Dollars of aid to Pakistan. Holbrooke also mocked Pakistan by crassly saying in Punjabi burrki style “where are your Chinese and Arab friends”.

U.S.Z. Special Envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, Richard C. Holbrooke, has admitted that the Obama administration is seeking to use the continuous aid package for flood-stricken Pakistan to burnish its dismal image in the country.

“If we do the right thing, it will be good not only for the people whose lives we save, but for the U.S. image in Pakistan”,
 The New York Times quoted Holbrooke, as saying.
“The people of Pakistan will see that when the crisis hits, it’s not the Chinese. It’s not the Iranians. It’s not other countries. It’s not the E.U. It’s the U.S.Z. that always leads”, he added.

In reality, the Turks, the Arabs, Chinese, all came and helped Pakistan as best as they could. Saudi Arabia once again became the largest donor for the flood relief effort. Per Saudi tradition , and Islamic injunctions millions flowed from the kingdom as anonymous and unmarked funding too.
The deception guru Holbrooke had initially claimed that the “U.S.Z. has already pledged 76 million dollars as initial humanitarian assistance for the flood-affected country. Apart from the money, the U.S.Z. has so far sent hundreds of marines, 33 helicopters and 18 boats to support its rescue and relief efforts”.

 Now that initial number rose to $300 million.


Let's list down the statements full of lies in ascending order of dates:

1. August 15th: NEW YORK—The U.S.Z. has "increased" its aid commitment to flood-ravaged Pakistan to $150 million from $90 million, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday, as Richard Holbrooke, the U.S.Z. special envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan, called on China to do more.“I think the Chinese should step up to the plate”, Mr. Holbrooke told a small group of reporters after an event at the Asia Society in New York designed to draw attention to the devastating floods. “They always say that Pakistan is their closest ally, and vice versa.”
2.  On August 19, at a forum Hobrooke claimed that the United States is “focused solely on the emergency rescue and relief mission” in Pakistan. The United States of Zionism, he added, also is “very visibly leading the international effort” to assist Pakistan. It’s living up to the credo that Holbrooke said he, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and Shah share in driving the U.S.Z. “whole of government” response.
3. August 19, later that day in a special session of the U.N. General Assembly, he said that the U.S.Z. government has committed $90 million in relief aid to date, and Clinton is expected to pledge more.
4. September 16th: The U.S.Z. contribution to Pakistan flood relief efforts currently stands at $268 million, plus substantial in-kind support, such as helicopter operations. “The U.S.Z. intends to increase its contributions as time goes on”, Holbrooke added. The zionists Holbroke and Hillary Clinton

It now turns out that the U.S.Z. pronouncements were false. Holbrooke was lying about U.S.Z. relief funding in Pakistan. It was revealed this week in Washington that the U.S.Z. did not provide additional funding for the floods. In fact a portion of the notorious Kerry-Lugar aid package has simply been reclassified as flood relief aid.

This displays a high level of actuarial fraud, because in affect Mr. Holbrooke is double dipping and double counting the aid given to Pakistan. It is dishonest and just plain wrong. In affect the U.S.Z. has not given $300 million of flood relief aid.
The final clincher came when Secretary of State Clinton asked Pakistan to tax their rich for the floods. She was carrying out a politcal agenda from the forum of a Flood Relief podium at the Friends of Pakistan meeting. To cap it all Mr. Richard Holbrooke has announced that Pakistan has to tighten belts and fend for itself in the flood relief effort. All this is well and good. Does Pakistan need lectures on this from someone who has been lying as much as Zardari does?
