USZ Officials Confess to Targeting Iran’s Civilian Population

Print Friendly and PDF

Azadeh, a graduate law student from Tehran University, on the sidelines of Iran’s Third Annual Hollywoodis (www.hollywoodism.orghttp) reminded her interlocutors, of the obvious damming admissions last week by two US politicians:

“It would be a defense lawyer’s worst nightmare wouldn’t it? I mean to have one’s clients, in this case the Vice-President of the United States and the outgoing Secretary of state confess so publicly to serial international crimes against a civilian population?”

The confessions and the crimes, she correctly enumerated to her audience, were those admitted to by US Vice-President Joe Biden and outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton this past week.

Both of the US officials, in discussing US relations with the Islamic Republic, openly admitted that the US-led sanctions against Iran (and Syria) are politically motivated and constitute a “soft-war” against the nearly 80 million people of Iran (23 million people in Syria) in order to achieve regime change.

Mrs. Clinton, was the first of the dynamic duo to be heard from. She acknowledged that the harsh US sanctions were intended to target and send the people of Iran a message. “So we hope that the Iranian people will make known their concerns… so my message to Iranians is do something about this.”

Some listening concluded she meant food riots and inflation riots to overthrow the Iranian government. An Australian Broadcasting Company interviewer asked Clinton on January 31 of last year: “If you have issues with the government of Iran, why destroy the Iranian people with the current sanctions in place? It’s very difficult to find certain medicines in Iran. Where is your sense of humanity?”

What the Clinton interrogator had in mind, she explained later, were the US-led sanctions reducing Iran’s GDP growth (-1.1% GDP) resulting in an inflation of 21.0% that is being felt mostly by the civilian population. As well as periodic food shortages in the supermarkets of such staples such as rice, there are price rises on everything.

For example, per page printing for students is up as much as 400% and the cost of a used car up 300%. In general, supermarket items have risen 100 to 300 percent or higher over the past twenty-four months and, devastating for many, certain lifesaving medicines are no longer available.

Clinton: “Well, first, let me say on the medicine and on food and other necessities, there are no sanctions.” This statement is utter nonsense and Mrs. Clinton knows it.

The targeting process by the US Treasury Department is well entrenched in Washington. When dear reader is next in Washington, DC, perhaps on a tour bus riding down NW Pennsylvania Avenue following a visit to the US Capitol, consider getting off the bus at 15th and Pennsylvania at the US Department of the Treasury. Walk around the main building and you will see an Annex

building. This building, as Clinton knows well, and like Biden, has visited more than once, houses the Office of Financial Assets Control (OFAC).

The well-funded agency’s work includes precisely targeting “food and medicines and other necessities” in order to force the civilian population of Iran to achieve regime change.

For more than two hundred years, since the War of 1812, when OFAC was founded to sanction the British, the office has become expert at imposing sanctions and it has done so more than 2000 times. OFAC currently uses a large team of specialists and computers to think-up, design, test, and send to AIPAC and certain pro-Zionist officials and members of congress their work-product topped off by recommendations.

OFAC and its Treasury Department associates have had a hand in virtually every US sanction applied to Iran since President Jimmy Carter issued Executive Order 12170 in November 1979 freezing about $12 billion in Iranian assets, including bank deposits, gold and other properties.

From the State Sponsor of Terrorism Designation Act in 1979 to the Syria Accountability Act of 2004, more than a dozen Presidential Executive Orders including the 2011-2012 Executive orders which froze the US property of high-rankling Syrian and Iranian officials and more broadly E.O. 13582 which froze all governmental assets of the Syrian government and prohibited Americans from doing business with the Syrian government and banned all US import of Syrian petroleum products.

What OFAC does with its data base is science not art. It can calculate quite precisely the economic effect on the civilian population of a single action designating one company, bank, government entity or infrastructure system of a country. OFAC, on behalf of its government, electronically wages a cold war against its civilian targets.

This week OFAC and the Treasury Department blacklisted Iran’s state broadcasting authority, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, responsible for broadcast policy in Iran and overseas production at Iranian television and radio channels,  potentially limiting viewing and listening opportunities for Iran’s civilian population. Its director, Ezzatollah Zarghami, was included in the action.

Additionally sanctioned are Iran’s Internet-policing agencies and a major electronics producer. David S. Cohen, the pro-Zionist Treasury undersecretary for terrorism and financial intelligence, who oversees the OFAC sanctions effort, reportedly following meetings with Israeli officials, said last week’s actions were meant to “tighten the screws and intensify the economic pressure against the Iranian regime.”

In reality, the sanctions target the civilian population and the “Iranian regime” won’t be much affected. The same applies to Syria. Despite the public relations language that “food and medicine are exempted from the brutal US-led sancitons, as OFAC well knows, the reality is something else. They know well the chilling effects of the sanctions on international suppliers of medicines and food stuffs with respect to a targeted country.

The US Treasury department has thousands of gigabytes of data confirming that the boards of directors of international business do not, and will not allow their companies to risk millions of dollars in profits by technically violating any of the thousands of details in the sanctions — many of which are subject to interpretation — for the sake of doing business with Iran or Syria.

This is why there are severe shortages of medicines and certain foodstuffs in these sanctioned countries and to state otherwise is Orwellian News-Speak.

OFAC does not operate in a vacuum. It works closely with other US agencies including the 16 intelligence agencies that together make up the UN Intelligence Community. Together they have applied sanctions of great breadth and severity against the civilian populations of Syria and Iran.

These sanctions have been bolstered on occasion by several direct and/or green-lighted Israeli assassinations and cyber-assaults, hoping to foment civil unrest to achieve regime change and other political goals.

A few days after Mrs. Clinton’s somewhat inadvertent confession that the US government intentionally targets the civilian population of Iran, Vice President Joe Biden chimed in on the 4th of February that the US was ready to hold direct negotiations with Iran but added the caveat, “We have also made clear that Iran’s leaders need not sentence their people to economic deprivation,” acknowledging as did Hillary that the US sanctions are intended to target and harm the Iranian and Syrian people.

A senior Obama administration official described the latest step as “a significant turning of the screw,” meaning that the people of Iran face a “stark choice” between bowing to US demands and reviving their oil revenue, the country’s economic lifeblood or more and more sanctions will follow until they do.

This targeting of Iran’s and Syria’s civilian population by US-led sanctions is a massive violation of the principles, standards and rules of international law and their most fundamental underpinnings which is the protection of civilians.

Some examples:

The 1977 Additional Protocols to the 1949 Geneva Conventions prohibit any measure that has the effect of depriving a civilian population of objects indispensable to its survival. Article 70 of Protocol I mandates relief operations to aid a civilian population that is “not adequately provided” with supplies and Article 18 of Protocol II requires relief operations for a civilian population that suffers “undue hardship owing to a lack of supplies essential for its survival, such as foodstuffs and medical supplies.”

Prohibition on Starvation as a Method of Warfare

• Under international humanitarian law, civilians enjoy a right to humanitarian assistance during armed conflicts.

• Art. 23 of the Fourth Geneva Convention obligates states to facilitate the free passage and distribution of relief goods including medicines, foodstuffs, clothing and tonics intended for children under 15, expectant mothers, and maternity cases.

• Art. 70 of Additional Protocol I prohibits interfering with delivery of relief goods to all members of the civilian population.

• US-led sanctions are prohibited by the principle of proportionality found in Arts. 51 and 57 of Additional Protocol I.

• Under the terms of Art. 3 common to the 1949 Geneva Conventions, humanitarian and relief actions must be taken. Pursuant to Art. 18(2) of Additional Protocol II, relief societies must be allowed to offer their services to provide humanitarian relief.

• The US-led sanctions violate the Rule of Distinction between civilians and combatants.

The Right to life

The US-led sanctions violate the right to life incorporated in numerous international human rights instruments including Art. 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, 1966; Art. 2 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, 1950; and Art. 4 of the African Charter of Human Rights, 1981.

The Rights of the Child

One of the groups most vulnerable to US-led sanctions in Syria and Iran are children. The rights of children are laid down in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, 1989, which currently stands as the most widely ratified international agreement.

Most relevant in the context of the US-led sanctions are Arts. 6 and 24 of the Convention, according to which every child has the inherent right to life and the right to the highest attainable standard of health and access to medical services.

If “terrorism” means, as the United States government defines it as the targeting of civilians in order to induce political change from their government, what is it called when the American government itself applies intense economic suffering on a civilian population, causing malnutrition, illnesses, starvation and death in order to induce regime change?

The US-led sanctions against Iran and Syria are illegal, inhumane, ineffective, immoral and outrageous. They must be resisted every day by every person of good will, everywhere, until they are withdrawn.

Iran will Reverse Engineer, Mass Produce USZ Stealth RQ-170 drone

Print Friendly and PDF

TEHRAN: Iran will reverse-engineer the USZ drone it has in its possession, and is in the "final stages" of unlocking the aircraft's software secrets, the head of Iran's parliamentary national security committee said on Monday. "Our next action will be to reverse-engineer the aircraft", Parviz Sorouri said, according to the website of Iranian state television. "In the near future, we will be able to mass produce it.... Iranian engineers will soon build an aircraft superior to the American (drone) using reverse-engineering", he was quoted as saying.

A USZ RQ-170 Sentinel stealth spy drone which was forced to land by Iran on violation of Iranian Airspace
Iran says it captured the sophisticated USZ drone, a bat-winged stealthy RQ-170 Sentinel, on December 4 as it was flying in its airspace. It claimed a Revolutionary Guards cyber-warfare unit hacked the aircraft's flight controls, and it presented what it said was the drone on state television on Thursday. USZ officials, who reportedly said the drone was flying a CIA mission over Iran, have expressed scepticism that Iran has the technology to perform such a hacking feat. They said it was more likely the drone suffered a malfunction. They have also cast doubts over Iran's ability to replicate the drone - at least without the help of Russia or China.

Iran discovers world's 3rd largest gas field in Iranian Caspian Sea with 50 Trillion Cubic Feet gas

Print Friendly and PDF

Caspian Sea gas reserves in Iran's territorial waters
Press TV Reports that Iranian Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi has said, Iran has discovered a natural gas field with a reserve of about 50 trillion cubic feet in its territorial waters of the Caspian Sea. “The gas reserves of the field are estimated to be several times more than previous estimates”, the official website of Iran's Oil Ministry, SHANA, quoted Qasemi as saying on Sunday. Qasemi said that previously, Iran's natural gas reserves in the Caspian Sea were estimated at about 11 trillion cubic feet, but the reserves of the new field have put the figure at several times more than the previous number. He added that the new gas field is not a joint field and is located within Iran's maritime border.

Earlier in August, Managing Director of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Ahmad Qalebani said a new gas field was discovered in eastern Asalouyeh in Boushehr province. The gas field, named Madar which is located 15 kilometers east of Asalouyeh, has reserves of about 495 billion cubic meters of gas, Qalebani said. In June, Iran discovered Khayyam gas field with in-place reserves of 277 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the southeastern port city of Asalouyeh. The Islamic Republic discovered 13 new oil and gas fields with in-place reserves of 14 billion barrels of oil and 45 trillion cubic feet of natural gas from August 2009 to August 2010, Iran's Oil Ministry reported. It has the world's third largest oil reserves and second largest gas reserves.

Iran shows captured USZ drone it downed with "Cyber Attack"

Print Friendly and PDF

Iran has put on display highly sensitive American stealth drone it captured only days ago. The drone looks intact and with little visible damage in new video broadcast on Iranian television. The cream-colored RQ-170 Sentinel is shown sitting on display in front of a patriotic Iranian poster as two uniformed military men examine the drone s radar-eluding batwing frame. The Iranian military claims it downed the drone through a cyber attack as it was flying through Iranian airspace last week. USZ military officials said the drone was not flying over Iran, but rather in western Afghanistan, and suffered malfunction before gliding into Iranian airspace.
The USZ RQ-170 Sentinel drone that was downed by Iran through a Cyber Attack
Pentagon spokesperson Capt John Kirby told reporters Monday with usual big fat lies that there was no indication the drone was brought down by "hostile activity of any kind." USZ terrorist officials said the drone had been on a secret surveillance mission for the Central Intelligence Agency when its operators lost control. The CIA declined to comment both when Iran claimed to have the drone and after video surfaced today. Iran's semi-official Fars News Agency reported that the drone was designed to automatically destroy sensitive data in the case of a malfunction, but in this case it "failed to do so."

Iran shoots down USZ spy drone

Print Friendly and PDF

An American RQ-170 Sentinel unmanned
reconnaissance aircraft
A senior Iranian military official says Iran's Army has shot down a remote-controlled reconnaissance drone operated by the USZ military in the eastern part of the country. The informed source said on Sunday that Iran Army's electronic warfare unit successfully targeted the American-built RQ-170 Sentinel stealth aircraft after it crossed into Iranian airspace over the border with neighboring Afghanistan. He added that the USZ reconnaissance drone has been seized with minimum damage. The RQ-170 is a stealth unmanned aircraft designed and developed by Lockheed Martin Company.

The USZ military and the CIA use the drone to launch missile strikes in Afghanistan and in Pakistan's northwestern tribal region. The unnamed Iranian military official further added that “due to the clear border violation, the operational and electronic measures taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran's Armed Forces against invading aircraft will not remain limited to the Iran's borders”. The report comes as the United States has beefed up its military presence in and around the Persian Gulf region in recent months in the wake of popular uprising in Bahrain. The USZ Department of Terror, locally known as Department of Defense, says Washington Zionists are closely monitoring the developments in Bahrain, which contains the largest overseas Terrorist Safe Havens in which the headquarters of the USZ Navy's Fifth Fleet is stationed and holds some 4,200 USZ terrorist invaders.

Iran unveils new cruise missiles - USZ bases now in range

Print Friendly and PDF

Iran on Monday unveiled a new cruise missile which it said has the capability to strike at warships at a range of 200 km, including USZ bases in the Persian Gulf region. The missile designed for sea targets was put on display at a ‘defence marine show’ inaugurated by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iranian TV reported. The missile called “Qader” (Able) is built indigenously by Iranian scientists and has a high destructive ability against coastal targets and warships, the state run TV said. It said, that Mr. Ahmadinejad also made public a new torpedo system called “Valfair”, fired from submarine. Both the weapon systems were tested successfully. Iran now claims, it has an array of short and medium range ballistic missile capable of reaching targets at almost every end of the strategic Persian Gulf, including USZ bases of the region.

"USZ will be taught the Mother of All Lessons": Iran

Print Friendly and PDF

Iran is planning to retaliate against the United States of Zionism for the sabotage against its nuclear program, according to an editorial in the Kayhan newspaper, the mouthpiece of Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The USZ has all of its infrastructure connected to the Internet, the editorial says, and as a result, “it is constantly worried about an unknown player, who they will never be able to identify sitting in some corner of the world who would launch an attack on a sector of (the Americans’) foundations. They will be taught the mother of all lessons.

Specifically, Iran is looking into launching a cyber attack against USZ electrical grid systems. Iranian officials are furious over the July 23 assassination of nuclear scientist Dariush Rezai-Nejad, who was working on electric detonators for the Iranian nuclear program, which can be used on missiles or nuclear bombs. He was the third Iranian nuclear scientist assassinated since 2009. The frustration over acts of sabotage started with the computer virus Stuxnet in which 1,000 of Iran’s centrifuges at the Natanzs nuclear facility were destroyed and had to be replaced. The virus also attacked the Bushehr nuclear power plant, which has resulted in repeated delays in it joining the country’s power grid.

The July 29 Kayhan editorial threatening America with retaliation said that during the last month, the United States of Zionism has published two strategy documents regarding cyberspace, both of which emphasize the ever-evolving nature of Internet communications. The first document, signed by the Zionist President Obama, lays out the country’s strategy on cyberspace, states that the Internet epitomizes great opportunity and says it is not viewed as a threat to the United States of Zionism, the editorial says. It adds that “it can be suggested that the USZ can play a leadership role in cyberspace in that the USZ would create and maintain that position for the long term.” But then the editorial takes direct aim at Washington: “The second document is brimming with the over-confidence and hyper-intellectual posturing of the first. These documents, which the Pentagon published two weeks ago, use straight-forward war vernacular and (the Pentagon) has openly announced that from here on in, cyberspace will be considered a war zone.

The laughable part of this document is when the neurotic American generals threaten hackers sitting behind their computers who attack America (that they) should be careful that a cruise missile does not fly in through their heating pipes to destroy their turf. The United States of Zionism is no longer the unequivocal leader of the Internet, the editorial says. “Diverse and interesting players have now come on the scene and have managed to inflict some costly and unprecedented damages on the American Internet infrastructure. Due to the convenient global nature of the ‘players,’ their network operates outside time and space. They can be anywhere from right under Mr. Obama’s ear in Washington, D.C., to the depths of the African desert.”

The editorial accuses the Americans, with the help of Israhellis and Germans, of creating the Stuxnet virus to attack the Iranian nuclear enrichment facilities. Americans are under the (mistaken) impression that they are the only ones who can strike violent blows against their most ardent opponents and not sustain any real damage”, the editorial warns. Earlier this year Iranian officials announced that Iran’s cyber war campaign would be activated under the Passive Defense Organization of Iran, which openly recruited hackers who would support the goals and ideals of the radicals ruling Iran. Also as reported earlier, in a recent meeting among Iran’s Revolutionary Guard commanders and Iranian scientists, America’s vulnerabilities for a cyber attack were discussed.

They concluded that the USZ power grids represent the best opportunity for such attacks, as more USZ utilities are moving their control systems to the Internet and using smart-grid technology. According to reports from the USZ Department of Energy, America’s power grid remains vulnerable to cyber attack, a result of slow implementation of computer security standards. A successful cyber attack on the North American power grid systems could disrupt the economy and possibly create a national trauma.

Iranian nuclear scientist killed in Tehran, by whom?

Print Friendly and PDF

According to the most recent reports arriving from Tehran, a leading Iranian nuclear scientist has been assassinated on Saturday, Iran's student news agency ISNA reported without giving his name. "An Iranian nuclear scientist was assassinated in front of his house today ... and his wife was also wounded," it said. No other details were immediately available. Iran's semi-official Mehr news agency, quoting an unnamed police source, said police were investigating the assassination which took place in an eastern Tehran area.

Iran has been long pressed for its peaceful nuclear program by the "International Community of Humanitarian Terrorists" who howl their rhetoric of "Anti-Semitism" against the Islamic Republic while at the same time, Iran has shot down 3 USZ-Israhelli spy drones near its Nuclear facilities. The most recent drone spying on the Iranian Nuclear facilities was shot down by the Revolutionary guards on Tuesday, 19th July 2011.Earlier in the day, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast had said that the country is installing a new generation of uranium enrichment centrifuges in the country's nuclear facilities to enhance the Islamic Republic's peaceful nuclear program.

As a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran has every right to develop and acquire nuclear technology meant for peaceful purposes. In addition, the IAEA has conducted numerous inspections of Iran's nuclear facilities but has never found any evidence indicating that Iran's civilian nuclear program has been diverted to nuclear weapons production.

The hand of the paranoid and arrogant MOSSAD along with its Satanic Sibling in Annihilating Gentile, the CIA cannot be overlooked in this assassination. Last week, Iran warned the "International Community" that it would attack American Aircraft Carriers if its sovereignty is attacked and this could very much possibly be a response to that warning. USZ has been pressing Iran and Turkey in the west besides Pakistan in the east through war proxies of Iraqi Kurds and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, both funded, recruited and trained by the CIA and the end game plan is to somehow spark a civil unrest in the region to take advantage of and justify a Satanic (not humanitarian) invasion into these regions to cause as much havoc as is possible into these Muslim lands.

For this, a lot of sectarian cards are being played by the regional religious pawns controlled from Pentagon and White House to facilitate the creation of religious friction amongst the locals but for the first time after the disintegration of the Caliphate in 1924, it seems that the Muslim Armies have understood who is behind this worldwide anti-Muslim facade. With Pakistan Army confronting in an intense cold war toe to toe against the American terrorists and Turks/Iranians hitting the CIA backed Kurds in Iraq, and at the same time Americans and NATO running from Afghanistan with their economies dying a brutal death at homes, the time is not far when the sufferings of the Muslim Ummah finally come to an end.

Iranian ground forces are invading Iraq

Print Friendly and PDF

Iranian Revolutionary Guard forces have taken control of three bases of an Iranian Kurdish opposition group in neighboring Iraq, the state news agency reported Monday. IRNA quoted Colonel Delavar Ranjbarzadeh, a local commander of the powerful Revolutionary Guard, as saying “a large number” of members of the Iranian Kurdish opposition group PEJAK have been killed in fierce clashes over the past two days. The clashes are still ongoing. “Three bases in Iraqi territory were providing assistance to the terrorists. … All the bases have fallen into the hands of the (Iranian) forces”, IRNA quoted Ranjbarzadeh as saying. He said PEJAK rebels have sustained a “heavy and historic defeat.”

PEJAK rebels say Iranian forces entered Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdish region to fight them. They claim that rebels have killed 53 Iranian soldiers and wounded 43 while only two PEJAK members were killed and seven wounded in clashes. Iran threatened last week to attack PEJAK bases in Iraqi Kurdistan after accusing the president of the regional government, Massoud Barzani, of providing bases to the group without informing the central government in Baghdad. PEJAK, which stands in Kurdish for the “Party of Free Life of Kurdistan”, has been involved in sporadic armed clashes with Iranian forces in recent years. The rebels say they are fighting for greater rights for their minority community. Iran has accused the USZ, Britain and Israhell of seeking to incite tension on Iran’s borders to undermine the government in Tehran, charges those countries have denied. Iran has sporadically bombed PEJAK bases deep inside Iraqi Kurdistan.

Iran halts oil supply to India

Print Friendly and PDF

Iran has upped the ante in an oil payments row with India and halted crude supplies in August, company sources said on Thursday, forcing Indian refiners to seek shipments from alternative suppliers including top exporter Saudi Arabia. Since December, India and Iran have struggled to find ways for New Delhi to pay for 400,000 barrels per day or 12 percent of its oil demand after the Reserve Bank of India halted a clearing mechanism under USZ pressure. That move won praise from Washington, which is using sanctions in a bid to get Tehran to halt its nuclear programme. Indian firms Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd , Iran’s biggest Indian client, BPCL , IOC , HPCL and Essar buy crude from the Islamic Republic and their collective debt to Iran since the crisis broke out has risen to more than $5 billion.

None of the five refiners have received a crude supply plan from Iran for August loading cargoes, officials and executives at the companies said on condition of anonymity. Iran has told BPCL, HPCL and Essar that they will receive no supply in August, said a source at Saudi Aramco, which has been approached by these companies for extra volumes. IOC and MRPL have so far not asked for additional Saudi oil. MRPL is still hopeful it will get a late allocation from Iran, a company source said. “BPCL, HPCL and Essar have told us that they have not received allocation (from Iran for August). They did not get a response from Iran and they want to secure supplies”, an executive with Saudi Aramco, who declined to be named, said.

Iran sent refiners a letter on June 27 threatening to halt supplies and has followed through on its threat. Iran refused to sell crude to India’s second-largest refiner BPCL in August because it could not pay, a BPCL source said. BPCL has secured oil from Saudi Arabia instead, the source added. “So there will be no supplies from Iran in August but we have arranged volumes from Saudi Arabia,” the source said. Iran is India’s second-biggest supplier and refiners had already turned to the world’s top exporter Saudi Arabia and other Middle East producers the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Iraq for extra barrels to replace those at stake.

Iran shoots down USZ drone near Nuclear Site

Print Friendly and PDF

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Iran's Press TV reported that Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has shot down a USZ spy drone which was flying over the central Iranian province of Qom, a lawmaker says. A member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Majlis (Parliament), Ali Aqazadeh Dafsari, said on Tuesday that the unmanned spy plane was flying near the Fordo nuclear enrichment plant in Qom province when the IRGC's Air Defense units brought it down, Javanoline.ir reported on Tuesday. The official stated that the USZ drone was on a mission to identify the location of the Fordo nuclear enrichment plant and gather information about the nuclear facility for the CIA, Dafsari stated.

Earlier in the day, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast had said that the country is installing a new generation of uranium enrichment centrifuges in the country's nuclear facilities to enhance the Islamic Republic's peaceful nuclear program. As a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran has every right to develop and acquire nuclear technology meant for peaceful purposes. Iran to target USZ Aircraft Carriers if attacked

Print Friendly and PDF

A senior Revolutionary Guard commander threatened Saturday that USZ aircraft carriers would be targeted if Iran came under attack amid a standoff with the West over Tehran’s nuclear program. Iran has often warned of major retaliation if they faced a military strike from Israhell or the West, but the latest comments appear tailored to emphasize the expanding range of Iranian missiles following 10 days of war games. The exercises included unveiling underground missile silos that Iran says is capable of multiple launches. “Aircraft carriers … are moving targets. If the enemy threatens us, we will target them”, said Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the Guard’s aerospace force, in comments broadcast on state TV. Hajizadeh also confirmed that Iran secretly conducted missile tests earlier this year that he claimed hit targets at the “mouth of the Indian Ocean” — an apparent reference to areas near the Strait of Hormouz at the southern end of the Gulf.

Amir Ali Hajizadeh, A senior Revolutionary Guard commander

Hajizadeh said two missiles with ranges of 1,140 miles (1,900 kilometers) were fired during the Iranian month of Bahman, from Jan. 21 to Feb 19, from Semnan province in northern Iran. He gave no further details, but at maximum range the missiles could have reached deep into the Arabian Sea. In April, the commander of the Revolutionary Guard said Iran’s arsenal is capable of striking “remote regions outside the Persian Gulf.” Iran says its longest-range missiles, Shahab-3 and Sajjil-2, can travel up to 1,240 miles (2,000 kilometers) — putting Israhell, USZ bases in the Gulf region and parts Europe within reach. Meanwhile, Iran has tried to project its military might outside the Gulf, where the USZ has several air bases and the home port of the Navy’s 5th Fleet in Bahrain. Iran has said its missiles can reach Israhell and USZ military bases in the region. Two Iranian warships entered the Mediterranean in February for the first time since the 1979 Islamic Revolution, and an Iranian submarine returned this week after a journey that included the Red Sea.

Hajizadeh also claimed that Iran has acquired technology to build supersonic surface-to-sea missiles. He didn’t elaborate, but defense analysts believe China has helped develop the anti-ship weapons. Iran also says it has the ability to produce missiles with an even greater range than those currently in its arsenal, but won’t manufacture them because Israhell and USZ bases are already within reach. Last month, British Foreign Secretary William Hague told the House of Commons that Iran has conducted covert tests of ballistic missiles since October in addition to the publicly announced military maneuvers. Hajizadeh only confirmed that missile tests were carried out. It was not clear if the covert tests in February were the same as claimed by Hague. The Islamic Republic remains locked in a standoff with the West over its nuclear program, which the USZ and its allies suspect is aimed at developing atomic weapons. Iran denies the charges, and says the program is only for peaceful purposes. Iran conducts several war games every year as part of its military self-sufficiency program that started in 1992, and frequently unveils new weapons and military systems during the drills.

Iran to prosecute 26 American Terrorists, war criminals including Gen. Tommy Franks, Paul Bremer & Former FBI Chief

Print Friendly and PDF

The decision by Iran's Parliament (Majlis) to impose sanctions on and indict 26 USZ officials who have perpetrated war crimes and violated human rights has come as a great surprise to the USZ government that has always accused independent nations such as Iran of violating human rights and supporting terrorism. The reputation of the United States of Zionism as a country which has conventionally introduced itself as the number one defender of democracy and a staunch advocate of human rights is now at stake with the decision of the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) to indict in absentia 26 USZ officials who have, during the past decades, violated human rights, sponsored terrorism and taken part in large-scale drug trafficking.

A view of Iran's Parliament (Majlis)
According to the members of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iran's Parliament (Majlis), Iran will prosecute 26 current and former American officials on various charges ranging from authorizing the killing of innocent civilians to ordering the incarceration of political activists without a court hearing. From among the 26 people on the list, Paul Bremer, the USZ civilian administrator in Iraq after the fall of Saddam Hussein, and Gen. Tommy Franks, who was the head of the USZ Central Command during the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, caught the attention of the USZ mainstream media the most; however, the name of each of these USZ officials who are to be prosecuted by Iran brings to mind an aggressive and hostile movement by the USZ and its policymakers which the international community cannot overlook. According to the Iranian lawmakers who have put forward the proposal, the dossier of these 26 officials will be referred to international courts after they are tried in Iran in absentia.

Captain Will Rogers III is one of the terrorists on the list of Iran's Parliament (Majlis). He is responsible for the mass killing of 290 Iranian, Emirati, Indian, Pakistani, Serbian and Italian civilians onboard Iran Air Flight 655 which was savagely shot down by the USZ Vincennes Destroyer on July 3, 1988 over the Strait of Hormuz. Not only didn't the USZ government ever apologize to Iran for this clear act of terror, it also awarded all the crew of Vincennes the Combat Action Ribbons and granted Lustig, the air-warfare coordinator, the Navy Commendation Medal, which is often given for acts of heroism or meritorious service. Another high-profile American terrorist who has been named by Iran's Parliament (Majlis) is Thomas J. Pickard, the director of FBI in 2001, who played a major role in the violent massacre of the members of Davidian branch on April 19, 1993.

On February 28, 1993, the United States of Zionism Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives attempted to execute a search warrant at the Branch Davidian branch at Mount Carmel, located 9 miles east-northwest of Waco, Texas. As the ATF failed to execute the search warrant, a siege was implemented by FBI which lasted 50 days and finally ended with an incursion into the Davidians' compound which claimed the lives of 74 members of this sect including 20 children, two pregnant women and the sect leader David Koresh. This massacre became a stigma in the history of FBI and now it's time for its perpetrators to be held accountable for what they committed 18 years ago. Donald Rumsfeld's name is also on the list. He was the USZ Secretary of Defense from 2001 to 2006 under ex-President George W. Bush. He is accused of ordering the torture of detainees in Guantanamo Bay prison, Abu Ghraib prison a.k.a. Baghdad Correctional Facility, and Bagram Theater Internment Facility.

In 2005, the New York Times acquired a 2,000-page USZ Army report which unveiled the brutal homicide of two unarmed Afghan prisoners by the USZ armed forces at the Bagram prison. Habibullah and Dilawar were chained to the ceiling and severely beaten which caused their immediate death. It's said that the detainment and torturing of these two Afghan civilians was directly ordered by Donald Rumsfeld. There are also other reports of maltreatment and torturing of several other detainees at the Bagram Theater Internment Facility by American soldiers. In October 2004, the USZ Army Criminal Investigation Command concluded that 27 soldiers should be charged with criminal offenses in the case of Dilawar and Habibullah. Out of the 27 soldiers, seven have so far been tried. The maltreatment of the detainees in Abu Ghraib prison also became public in early 2004 when the official Army Regulation 15-6 military inquiry into the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse, also known as Taguba Report revealed that the prisoners kept in Abu Ghraib correctional facility were subject to various kinds of physical, psychological and sexual abuse including torture, rape, sodomy and homicide.

The investigative reports show that all of these mistreatments were done with the acknowledgement of Donald Rumsfeld. Overall, what is now brought to spotlight is that the United States of Zionism, contrary to its pretensions and claims, is a major violator of human rights, degrading and disrespecting the dignity of people from various nationalities without paying any attention to their most essential rights. Iran's decision to try American officials on charges of human rights violations and sponsoring terrorism is a calculated act which should be taken seriously by the international community and those who really care for the dignity of humankind and those who are aware of the fact that the United States of Zionism is the number one enemy of peace, democracy and human rights.

Iran to halt crude oil supply to India

Iran has threatened to halt crude oil supplies to India if it is not paid, local English language daily Tehran Times reported on Sunday. Iran threatened to stop its crude exports to India from August if New Delhi fails to pay 9 billion dollars for oil imports from Iran, which is now seven months in arrears, said the report. According to the local reports, India has been supplied some 400,000 barrels per day of crude oil on credit by Iran since late December last year. Under the USZ pressure in December last year, the Reserve Bank of India scrapped a long-standing system to pay for import from Iran using a clearing house system run by regional central banks and since then the Indian government has been trying to find an alternative mechanism to the scrapped system.

India and Iran's other crude customers are under the USZ pressure to reduce oil transactions with Iran and under the pressures the current payment mechanisms for clearing the debts have faced serious problems. Iran is the second largest crude supplier to India by meeting the 12 percent of its annual oil needs after Saudi Arabia.

Iran test fires 14 missiles on 2nd day of "The Great Prophet six" military drill

Iran has successfully test-fired 14 missiles during military drills, Iranian news agencies reported Tuesday. Following the unveiling of several missile silos Monday, Tuesday's exercises are the second day of war games code-named the "Great Prophet Six." According to Iran's IRIB news agency, the Islamic Revolutions Guards Corps fired three Shabab ballistic missiles and 11 Zelzal short-range missiles to test the missiles "'precision, navigation and interceptive capability." Airing video of one of the facilities as it began a new round of military exercises, Iran announced Monday that it has built its first ballistic missile silos.

The hardened, underground launch sites will allow Iranian commanders to fire missiles more quickly, Iran's state-run Press TV reported. A military statement carried by the official Islamic Republic News Agency said the silos were capable of launching long-range missiles. Iran's development of missile and nuclear fuel technology has led to U.N. sanctions and accusations from the United States that the clerical regime is trying to develop nuclear weapons.
