Pakistan slams, bans Indian Film "Agent Vinod" for promoting Hindu Terrorist Extremism

Print Friendly and PDF

Islamabad: Pakistan has banned Indian movie "Agent Vinod" as several preposterous references to Pakistan did not go down well with the censor board, reported private TV channels and Indian media on Tuesday. Atrium cinema, a multiplex chain in Karachi, had said that the censor board of Pakistan has banned the film for its blatant reference to the Pakistani intelligence agency. Sources add that the film not only promotes Hindu Terrorist Extremism but also portrays a completely false image of on-ground situation of the subcontinent which has no link to reality what-so-ever. Some sources slammed the movie as a "stinking pile of propaganda against Pakistan by its bitter enemy India".

Indian RAW busted! Fake cross border attack caught

Print Friendly and PDF

In a major breakthrough, Pakistani security officials have foiled an attempt by the Indian intelligence agencies to enact a fake encounter for implicating Pakistan in incidents of cross-border terrorism. The plan was unearthed when a suspect working for the Indian intelligence agencies was apprehended in Sialkot border area while attempting to cross over to India through the border security fence; an impregnable barbed wire obstacle whose entrance points are locked and controlled by the Indian BSF.

Indian Secret Agency RAW (Research and Analysis Wing)

“The suspect has confessed to working as an Indian spy who was tasked to recruit agents from Pakistan to work for Indian intelligence”, a senior security official said, requesting his name not be mentioned.
The suspect, whose name has been withheld for security reasons, during preliminary interrogation, confessed that his Indian handlers Sharma and Amjad had tasked him to recruit a Pakistani national by offering a large monetary reward, preferably carrying a weapon and send him across the border through the border barbed wire fence after liaison with the BSF troops. Sharma had assured him that all the details of border crossing would be finalised by him and duly taken care off at his end. The suspect also disclosed that the Indian intelligence agencies had planned a fake encounter to kill the border crosser. “The purpose was to exploit the episode as proof of subversive elements launched by ISI for crossing over from Pakistan to commit acts of terrorism in India”, intelligence sources maintained.

The arrested suspect also confessed to the investigators that he had held a few meetings with his Indian handlers in Islamabad as well. According to observers, arrest of the suspect has bared presence of organised espionage networks based in Pakistan and run by the Indian undercover agents. While conducting acts of terrorism remains their top priority, current emphasis seems to have shifted to conducting fake encounters that would help vitiate the environment for holding Composite Dialogue Process that had lost all momentum in the wake of Mumbai terror strike in Nov 2008.

“With the possibility of a secretary-level interaction emerging on the sidelines of a Saarc meeting in Thimpu Bhutan in first week of February, India should be interested in a few fake encounters depicting flow of terrorists from Pakistan that would strengthen its position to format any future discussions centred on terrorism rather than finding ways to tackle the core issue of Kashmir”, observers said. The episode also points to the involvement of Indian undercover intelligence officers stationed in its Islamabad embassy, engaging in espionage activities in grave violation of their diplomatic status, said an expert on Indo-Pak relations.

Speechless India won’t share information about Samjhota Express bombing

Print Friendly and PDF

INDIA, which is pushing Pakistan for a speedy trial of Mumbai attacks suspects, ruled out on Tuesday sharing of information with Pakistan about 2007 Samjhota Express bombing, saying it was ‘too premature’. This shameless comment came even after RSS leader terrorist admitted his involvement in these bombings.

A day after Pakistan sought an update on the probe into the Samjhota Express bombing, Indian Ministry of Home Affairs has informed the Ministry of External Affairs to convey to Islamabad that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has not completed its probe into the 2007 explosions in the India-Pakistan train service which claimed 68 lives. “It is too premature to share any information with anyone at this stage. The investigation is still on. When it is completed, we will take an appropriate decision”, an Indian government official said.

RSS Leader terrorist Swami Aseemanand | Destroyed Samjhota Express Bogie

On Monday, India’s acting Deputy High Commissioner GV Srinivas was summoned to the Pakistan Foreign Office in Islamabad and told that information on progress in the probe should be provided by New Delhi ‘at the earliest’. The development took place in the wake of right-wing activist Swami Aseemanand’ got inspired from the wrongly accused Muslim Prisoner who had been arrested and tortured for 1 and a half years by Indian Police and Security Agencies forcing him to confess a crime he never committed. When Swami Aseemanand' met him in prison, he would give his meal to him and himself stay hungry which shook him to the core and urged him to accept his crime and confess the involvement of himself along with other Sangh activists in the attack, in which most of the victims were Pakistanis. The NIA on Tuesday announced a cash reward of Rs 1 million each for information leading to the arrest of Sandeep Dange and Ramchandra Kalsangra in connection with the Samjhota Express blasts case. Besides the two, the NIA has also announced a cash reward of Rs 200,000 for the arrest of Ashok, also wanted in connection with the same case.

Dalits (untouchables) can't access water sources in 48.4% of Indian villages

A study was held recently in the Rural India entitled "Untouchability" which disclosed the plight of Dalits(Shudars) in India. The study, which covered 565 villages in 11 states of India reveals the following observations:
  • Public health workers refused to visit Dalit homes in 33% of villages
  • Dalits were prevented from entering the police station in 27.6% of villages
  • Dalit children had to sit separately while eating in 37.8% of government schools
  • Dalits did not get mail delivered to their homes in 23.5% of villages
  • Dalits were denied access to water sources 48.4% of villages
  • Half of India’s Dalit and Shudar children are undernourished and 21% are severely underweight
  • Literacy rates for Dalit women are as low as 37.8% in rural India.

Dalits are the lowest members of Hindu caste system in India. They undertake occupations that the rest of Indian society found filthy and embarrassing and also receive ill-treatment from the members of the higher castes, particularly from Brahmins. For example Brahmins would have to bathe if a Dalit shadow fell on them, would not eat food prepared by Dalits, and would not drink from the same wells as Dalits.

They are not allowed to defy caste system and punished otherwise. Although article 17 of the Indian Constitution banned untouchability in 1950, Dalits still suffer widespread discrimination and mistreatment. Local law enforcement personnel often refuse to document, investigate and respond adequately to Dalits’ complaints. Upper caste members often threaten and assault Dalits who dare protest against their mistreatment. The traditional practices of segregation between upper castes and Dalits are continuing in India.

Although India is obligated under several International Instruments to uphold Dalit rights, there is little enforcement to ensure that India meets its obligations under International Law. First, as a UN member state, India is bound to the provisions in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

The articles I & II of UDHR state that “all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights” and that the human rights protected in the UDHR belong to everyone “ without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status”. India is violating its obligations under the UDHR as it has failed to protect Dalits against discrimination, degradation and violence.

Second, India has also failed to meet its obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) which it ratified on 10 April 1979. Not only does the ICCPR protect against discrimination of “any kind” including discrimination based on “social origin” but it also protects against torture, degrading treatment, arbitrary arrest, detention, and promotes equality in the courts and equal protection of the law. In failing to respect and ensure Dalits rights, India is not complying with ICCPR.

Third, India has failed to protect Dalit workers in accordance with its obligations under the International Labour Organization Convention (No 107) which it ratified on 29 September 1958. Under convention 107, India is obligated to protect the “institutions, persons, property and labour” of members of tribal or semi tribal populations.

Finally, Dalit children, who are forced into bonded labour, or the practice of Devdasi, are protected under the provisions in the Convention of Rights of the Child of 1989 (CRC), which it ratified on 11 December 1992. In Article 32, the CRC protects against “Economic exploitation” and performance of “any work that is likely to be hazardous… "or to be harmful to the child’s health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development”. Both the practices of child-bonded labour and the practice of Devdasi violate India’s commitment under the CRC. A recent violation was seen in the CommonWealth games preparatory setup where dozens of Dalit children lost their lives while working for $3 per day lifting stones and building material for the construction of games infrastructure.

Although democracy itself is a rubbish system to say the least, where people are just counted and not weighed morally. India, however, doesn't even fulfill the requirements of Democracy! It has failed to implement the laws, which provide protection against such caste discriminations. The Indian government has done nothing to remove caste prejudice and to provide justice to poor and powerless. Ironically, the USZ President during his visit to India only talked about human rights violations in Myanmar and asked India to play its role in ending these violations.

New Dehli: Jamia Mosque Dehli and Samjhota Express bomb strike investigation report has been revealed. According to this report published in "India Today", both these attacks were carried out by extremist terrorist Hindu organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) who set the train on fire.

Samjhota Express in flames after the blast

According to the report, the same RSS terrorists who attacked Ajmeer Sharef, the Malay Village and Mecca Mosque Hyderabad, had made Samjhota Express their target. "India Today" has said in its report that it's the first time that Indian inspection agencies have officially admitted that both of these were the targets of "Hindu Tawa Terrorists". In the 806 pages long Charge Sheet of Ajmeer Shareef attacks by Rajasthan's Anti-Terrorist Squad, the same filthy culprits behind the Ajmeer Shareef, Malay Village and Mecca Mosque Hyderabad attacks prepared the whole plan of Samjhota Express attacks as well.

It should be kept in mind that on 19th February 2007, 60 Pakistanis were killed in the Samjhota Express explosion whereas in 14th April 2006 explosion in the Jamia Mosque Dehli, 13 people were seriously injured. It has been said in the Charge Sheet that a secret meeting was held at the terrorist religious spots on 31st October 2005 in which Hindu Extremists "Abheeno Bharat Tanzeem" 's head Swami Aseema Nand, Jay Winday Mataram's Organization head Saadhui Pargiya singh, Sunil Joshi, Sundeep Daangay, Raam Chandar Kalsanagar a.k.a. Raam Ji, Shyum DhaakaR, Lokesh Sharma, Samandar and Devendar Gupta along with many other terrorists were involved in the meeting. In the meeting, Indresh Kumar suggested that these actions must be done after getting linked to the religious organizations so that nobody can suspect them. In the meeting the possible aftermath conditions of this despicable act of terrorism were also discussed and Joshi told the attendees about the whole plan.

Sunil Joshi
Aroona Thaakray, the manager of that guest house has accepted in front of the investigation team that she registered Sunil Joshi with a fake identity named Manoj Singh along with 7 other people in the room number 26. Aseema Nand prepared the group of terrorists to arrange the master plan of these attacks and he assisted the group in every way he could along with giving them refuge in the area of Daang.
The high officials of these terrorist organizations located and marked the exact target spots for these bomb blasts while doing a detailed survey sitting in their cars to locate the most vulnerable spots on their targets between 11 and 13th February 2006. According to the plan, the bombs needed for explosions were prepared at the house of Raam Chandar Kalsanagar a.k.a. Raam Ji in Andoorkay's Shananti Vihaar Colony. Sunil Joshi and Lokesh Sharma obtained the explosive material from Panday's father Kirshan Dat Panday's Silk Center in Dopaal Pur.
The Charge Sheet includes the names of 132 witnesses. Out of these, Devendar Gupta, Chandar Sasheikhar Levay  and Lokesh Sharma, Raam Chandar a.k.a Raam ji, Sundeep Dangay and Sunil Joshi have been declared as primary suspects. The hearing of this case will be on 26th of October 2010.

R.S.S. Terrorists in Gujraat

Anti-terrorist Squad told that the decision for these attacks was made in February 2006 in an extremist hindu meeting headed by Extremist Hindu Leader Soumia Yasmaand. In this meeting held in Gujraat, Masaaduvi Paragiya Thaakur Raam Ji Kalam sikandaray, Sundeep Dangay and Sunil Joshi were also involved. The bomb used in Samjhota Express was desi Indian made.

On the other hand, Rajasthan Police has declared R.S.S. top leader Indresh Kumar the main culprit for the attacks on the shrine of Khwaja Mu'een ud Din Chishti Ajmeeri in 2007. In this attack, 3 were killed and 15 were critically injured. It has been said by Rajasthani Police that the main preacher of R.S.S. Indresh Kumar was involved in the Jaypur meeting on 21st October 2005 in which the whole bombing plan was prepared.

The above proceedings has shaken the whole R.S.S. to the core and emergency meetings are being called amongst various top leaders of the terrorist organization.

Pervez Yahoodbhoy busted comprehensively!

InshAllah khair for Islam and Pakistan. Alhamdulillah these proceedings are not only a jaw breaking fist on the face of Zionist media including GEO and Samaa TV, but also credibility killers for the Pervez Yahoodbhoy's group of mindless secular drones who write for DAWN and kept on bombarding their own country without reason after these ruthless acts of terrorism.
