The power of TV: watching 20 hours a week halves sperm count - Study

Men who watch more than 20 hours of television a week risk halving their sperm count, researchers warn. A sedentary lifestyle can have a major impact on a man’s ability to reproduce, the research found. And while regular, vigorous exercise was shown to boost sperm count, excessive television-watching can counteract the positive effects of physical activity.

The study, published by the British Journal of Sports Medicine, looked at the lifestyles of 189 healthy men between the ages of 18 and 22, over a three-month period, to establish a link between environmental factors and semen quality. It found an increasingly idle lifestyle might be a contributing factor to declining sperm levels. Other factors assessed included medical or reproductive health problems, diet, stress levels and smoking. Men who watched more than 20 hours of television a week had a sperm count 44 per cent lower than those who watched the least, it found.

Volunteers who were most physically active, doing more than 15 hours of exercise a week, had a 73 per cent higher sperm count than the least physically active. However, men who did regular exercise but also watched a lot of TV recorded lower sperm counts. The study has bolstered concerns that sperm counts and quality in the Western world have deteriorated over the past few decades. In December, the world’s largest investigation into this area found quality and concentration had fallen sharply. Between 1989 and 2005, average sperm counts fell by a third according to analysis of 26,000 men.

A worldwide drop in sperm count levels has also been accompanied by a rise in testicular cancer – rates have doubled in the last 30 years – and in other male sexual disorders such as undescended testes. A separate investigation last year challenged guidance from the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, which suggests smoking and drinking can have an adverse effect on sperm stocks.

The study by researchers at the University of Sheffield and Manchester compared the lifestyles of 939 men with poor sperm quality with 1,310 men with normal sperm quality. It found “little evidence” that a high BMI, excessive alcohol consumption or recreational drugs were contributing factors to sperm quality. It also found that wearing boxer shorts rather than tighter underwear was linked to higher sperm levels.

Dr George Chavarro from the Department of Nutrition at Harvard School at Public Health, senior author of the recent study, said: “In general, very little is known about what influences sperm count.” There was even evidence that high levels of physical activity might have a detrimental effect on quality and quantity.

“I was sceptical of the results of the study on athletes because they are not representative of normal people, because of the high levels of intensity that these people achieve,” Dr Chavarro adds. “One of the few things we do know is that obesity lowers sperm count – the idea that a more sedentary lifestyle speaks to that.”

The High Velocity DNA Tagging system by the U.K.-based security company Selectamark was introduced with police officers in a riot situation in mind. Coming in both pistol and rifle form, the tool would allow police to remain 30 to 40 meters from the target and tag them with a SelectaDNA High Velocity pellet that contains a unique DNA code to ensure the correct person is apprehended later.

“On contact with the target the uniquely-coded SelectaDNA solution leaves a synthetic DNA trace mark that will enable the relevant authorities to confirm or eliminate that person from their involvement in a particular situation and could ultimately lead to arrest and prosecution,” Selectamark Managing Director Andrew Knights said in a statement.

Mutant Insects Traced to Fukushima : ’Nuclear butterflies’

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant disaster is causing "nuclear butterflies" to emerge across Japan. According to a study published in an online magazine, experts believe radiation fallout may have caused pale blue grass butterflies to undergo "physiological and genetic damage."

Monday, ABC News said that scientists looked at about 121 butterflies, two months after the nuclear disaster in Japan. What they found was astounding.

Of the insects captured, about 12% had smaller wings. However, when their offspring were born, the number increased another 5%.

Nuclear butterflies were even seen six months later after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant disaster. About 28% had "abnormal traits," according to study authors. That number is expected to double by the next generation due to above-normal radiation fallout.

"At the time of the accident, the populations of this species were overwintering as larvae and were externally exposed to artificial radiation. It is possible that they ate contaminated leaves during the spring and were thus also exposed to internal radiation," said researchers in the study on the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant disaster.

Other than "nuclear butterflies" in Japan, small amounts of cesium were found in several bluefin tuna off San Diego’s coast last year. While the numbers are about 10 times higher than the year before, Japan officials say the radiation amounts are well below threats to human health.

The abnormalities, which the researchers traced to the radiation released from the nuclear power plant, include infertility, deformed wings, dented eyes, aberrant spot patterns, malformed antennas and legs, and the inability to fight their way out of their cocoons. The butterflies from the sites with the most radiation in the environment have the most physical abnormalities, the researchers found.

Your immune system is constantly on a seek-and-destroy mission status - on the lookout for foreign invaders, naturally occurring cell defects and mutant cells. The immune system has a vast capacity to remember bad guys and deploy tactics that worked in the past to annihilate the enemy. Some of the fastest growing cells in the human body are immune cells.

Over 80 percent of the body's immunity is built in the intestinal tract by the friendly bacteria balance that resides there. The intestinal flora starts building in an infant while in the womb but doesn't really take off until after eight days of age. Starting with the colostrum milk, the gut begins to populate with more bacteria while the infant's immune system starts an inventory of good and bad cells in the body. This inventory is a life-long process and the immune system never forgets an invader.

Where the problem begins

The absolute worst thing to do to any infant is to give them an antibiotic. Antibiotics indiscriminately kill bacteria, both good and bad. One round of antibiotics will permanently change the baby's immune system, and because a majority of neuro-chemicals are also made in the gut, the baby's neurology is also altered. The antibiotics that have been touted as the savior of mankind from disease are costing us in cancer and degenerative, chronic diseases.

Once the very first antibiotic is administered to the infant or child, the bacteria in the gut is wiped out and the immune system is permanently altered in its ability to manufacture appropriate immune cells. Fungus in the gut is now unopposed and begins to proliferate unchecked by the friendly bacteria. After fungus sets up strongholds then parasites move in to share the bounty of food and minerals meant to feed the body. This is the first step for chronic disease and cancer.

The same process happens when an adult takes even one round of antibiotics. Everything changes permanently and takes years of targeted nutrition and probiotic therapies to recover a semblance of normalcy in the body systems.

The role of heavy metals

Over 80 percent of heavy metals are removed from the body via the friendly bacteria in the gut. Certain bad bacteria and fungus actually prefer to retain and move heavy metals into the body and transport these metals to different tissues and organs to weaken them for future invasion. Fungus is a clean-up organism that feeds on compromised tissues. Eventually a bad fungus will invade healthy tissues as it gains strength and your body weakens.

The cancer double-whammy

Once the bad bacteria balance occurs and the fungus sets up shop, the intestinal wall becomes leaky, allowing partially digested foods, bacterium and allergens to cross into the blood. Now the already weakened immune system has double-duty to perform trying to clean up the gut while tracking down these new threats to the body. To think this all started with a well-meaning but seriously wrong paediatrician and misinformed parents.

Cancer is a disease of inflammation. The gut compromises and leakage of particles into the blood causes inflammation throughout the body. Chronically inflamed organs become targets of heavy metals, viruses, bacterium and fungus. But the damage doesn't stop there as the highly processed foods we eat cross the now compromised gut barrier; causing pancreas stress and trouble. Chronic stress weakens organs to make them more susceptible to disease and cancer.

It ends with you making informed decisions before submitting to any medical treatment, including taking antibiotics. You are the one who gleans the benefits or suffers the consequences - not the doctor who collects your co-pay up front and makes you sign "informed consent" papers before treatment.

After Swine Flu, Zionist Global Elite aims at killing mankind through Vaccines

A new study to be published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, says that those who were vaccinated with the swine flu vaccine have developed antibodies against many other strains of flu; including the H1N1 strain. The swine flu vaccine, simply called the H1N1 vaccine, is the same one administered in 2009 to save the population from the pandemic that wasn’t .

The researchers of the study had hoped to develop a universal vaccine to be administered to everyone. They were attempting to protect a broad range of flu strains and viruses, say Rafi Ahmed, study researcher and director of Emory University’s Vaccine Center.

Each year, a new vaccine for the flu is developed because 1) the potency of the vaccine wanes over time, and 2) the strains mutate so quickly that the quest for a universal vaccine has been simply out of reach for scientists. Ahmed and his team studied 24 healthy adults who were given the swine flu vaccine in 2009. Just a week later, their blood was taken and analyzed.

The difficulty found in creating a universal vaccine stems from the make-up of the flu virus itself. It consists of a “head” that mutates and varies between strains, while the “stalk” of the virus remains intact and unchanged. Antibodies bind to the head of the virus, which means that the vaccine must be specific to the particular strain of flu it is protecting against.

Those participants that produced antibodies that adhered to the “stalk” of the flu virus were of particular interest to the researchers. Those people had antibodies that could serve as a basis for a universal flu vaccine, according to Ahmed. B cells are responsible for producing antibodies. The researchers surmised that since the swine flu is so “new” that exposure to it has forced some people’s bodies to generate a rare form of B cell; one that can produce antibodies the “stalk” of the virus. Ahmed is convinced that this rare B cell is their target for designing a universal vaccine.

Dr. Bruce Lee, an associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health, is encouraged, yet airs on the side of caution, saying that it still remains to be seen whether or not those with the rare form of B cell will be able to avoid the flu altogether. The original form of swine flu just suddenly appeared in 1976, on a military base in For Dix, New Jersey. From this mysterious strain, one person died and 13 were hospitalized.

However, when the US government began their campaign to vaccinate the entire country, 500 cases of Guilian–Barre syndrome (GBS) spread throughout the population causing 25 deaths. The deaths associated with GBS as a direct result of the swine flu vaccine were caused by an immunopathological reaction to the chemicals that made up the vaccine.

Building from the fear within the American public, health officials began mass vaccinations . Even President Gerald Ford not only mandated all Americans be vaccinated, but was publicly vaccinated to quell the concerns of citizens about the dangers of the vaccine itself. This endeavor cost taxpayers $135 million and in the end, the US government suspended the vaccine program on December 16th after 54 cases of GBS surfaced across 10 states. By this time, 24% of the population had been vaccinated.

The “pandemic” in 2009 resulted from the UN and the US government began spreading disinformation about the so-called “swine flu pandemic”. This “plague” killed only 15,000 people – not enough to classify it as a pandemic. The safety of the vaccine came into question when a study was published in the “journal Public Library Sciences One” which stated that children who had been administered the H5N1 vaccine with the ingredient Pandemix, were likely to develop narcolepsy, a sleeping disorder.

Squalene, a dangerous component, was also found in the swine flu vaccine. In a study conducted in 2000, and published in the American Journal of Pathology, squalene reportedly triggered rheumatoid arthritis in rats. This also called into question the use of adjuncts in vaccines and their links to chronic inflammatory diseases.

Squalene causes the human body to attack the immune system, causing autoimmune diseases in animals, according to data in more than two dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers, from ten different laboratories in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. The popularity of vaccines has waned because of the information about the deadly toxins in the vaccines themselves that are more of a threat than the virus they purport to protect against.

More people have suffered because of reactions to the compounds in vaccines than have succumbed to the viruses that are paraded in the mainstream media as deadly and life threatening. Now, researchers have discovered a possible “missing link” with the rare B cell to produce a universal vaccine.

As history tells us, the agenda seems to be that the priority is to get as many people vaccinated as possible. US government and health agencies time and time again ignore the data showing how dangerous vaccines are. And the general public’s memory is all too short. And so the mass vaccinations just may have found a new start with this discovery. If researchers are successful, perhaps the original plan devised in 1976 to vaccinate everyone will be achieved.
