Russia Authorizes Black Sea Fleet to Shoot Down USAF Aircrafts

A new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin has authorized the Black Sea Fleet CCB-201 Vishnya-class intelligence ship Priazovye to use all offensive/defensive measures needed to protect itself, and civilian lives, against any and all “detected” aggressive combat aircraft, including those operated by the US Air Force, in the current Yemeni combat zone.

According to this report, this extraordinary order by President Putin authorizing the potential shoot down of US military aircraft was necessitated by the refusal of Saudi Arabia to allow the evacuation of Russian citizens trapped in the Yemeni combat zone after the deliberate 1 April destruction of the Russian consulate in that nations largest city Aden by US-directed Saudi warplanes.

To the specific American warplanes placed in danger by this shootdown order, this report continues, are the US Air Force KC-135 Stratotankers that have begun daily aerial refueling of Saudi warplanes to allow continuous airstrikes upon the Yemeni people in this latest example of the Obama regimes continued unauthorized and criminal wars against nearly every nation on Earth who disagrees with them.

Upon their receiving permission to target any warplane, including those of the US Air Force, attempting to interfere with their humanitarian mission to evacuate refugees, MoD experts in this report say, the Priazovye arrived a few hours ago in southern Yemeni port of Aden where it successfully boarded over 300 foreign nationals, including Americans, seeking to leave this combat zone.

Most astoundingly of these evacuated foreign nationals, however, this report states, are the large number of US citizens seeking Russian protection to save their families lives as the Obama regime has ignored the pleas of up to 4,000 American nationals who are believed to still be stranded in this war torn nation.

According to one of these US citizens trapped in Yemen, Arwa Al-Iraine, who spoke to Russian media sources about their plight, “Nobody will help us evacuate. The reply [of the US government] was an automated message that they do not have any evacuation plans. Basically we are left on our own.”

Not lost to the MoD in their report is the irony that Federation military/naval forces may have to shootdown a US Air Force warplane in order to protect the lives of these thousands of American citizens abandoned in Yemen by the Obama regime.

More seriously though, this report notes, are that The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus (ALC) on Thursday announced the filing of a lawsuit against Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter seeking US government action to evacuate these thousands of American citizens trapped in Yemen.

This lawsuit personally targets US Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter for failing to protect US citizens in Yemen and names 41 plaintiffs in the case, and estimates the total number of US citizens currently trapped in Yemen at between 3,000 and 4,000.

As to why the American people aren’t in revolt over this monstrous abandonment of thousands of their fellow citizens by the Obama regime in this most dangerous of war zones, this report concludes, is simply because their propaganda media has still failed to inform them of it.

Russian Ministry of Defence: Germanwings Flight 4U9525 Destroyed by Failed USAF Laser Test

The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting that dispatches from the Northern Fleet (NF) appear to show that yesterdays downing of Germanwings Flight 4U 9525 in southern France yesterday was the “direct result” of a failed US Air Force test of its High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS) attempting to shoot down an ICBM reentry vehicle, but which, instead, destroyed this civilian airliner killing all 150 aboard.

According to this MoD report, the Northern Fleet, which is already on full combat alert, was alerted to this incident yesterday by the Severomorsk submarine chaser, currently operating in the Mediterranean, who reported that widespread atmospheric electrical anomalies over southern France, western Italy and southwestern Switzerland were being detected.  The area where these detections were made by the Severomorsk, this report notes, also happens to be the combat operational area of the US Air Forces 510th Fighter Squadron operating out of the Aviano Air Base in Italy.

Curiously, this MoD further notes, these anomalies occurring in the 510^th Fighter Squadron’s combat operating area of southern France yesterday came within the same time frame that British civilian radar systems went black; which was further confirmed by a Flight Emergencies posting stating:

“Doing a bit of spotting at MAN, I look up and see an A380 passing overhead just past the BA, but nothing on radar? Hm”

This MoD report clarifies that US-UK-EU radar systems frequently go black upon the takeoff/landings of B1 bombers, and which in yesterday’s case, where this incident was reported in Manchester (MAN), it likely coincided with the deployment of a British B-1 Lancer Bomber, some of which are able to utilize the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System too.

The MoD further notes that the US-UK-EU military structure frequently endangers civilian flights with their war games over the continent, such as last year when about 50 planes temporarily disappeared from radars in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia between 5 June and 10 June.

Slovak air traffic services in their statement about this radar blackout admitted at the time:

“The disappearance of objects on radar screens was connected with a planned military exercise which took place in various parts of Europe...whose goal was the interruption of radio communication frequencies.  This activity also caused the temporary disappearance of several targets on the radar display, while in the meantime the planes were in radio contact with air traffic controllers and continued in their flight normally.”

And to how dangerous these Western war games can be to civilian airliners, this report continues, was evidenced on 3 March when, in an eerie pre-simulation to the demise yesterday of Germanwings Flight 9525, the US Air Force, while preparing for yesterday’s failed test over southern France, Lufthansa Flight LH1172, an Airbus A321 operating at a normal flight altitude, plummeted out of the sky in minutes, and as evidenced by its radar charts.

To the explanation of Lufthansa Flight LH1172 plummeting towards earth in southern France barely a fortnight ago, we can further read from the Airliner Reporter article titled Catching a Lufthansa Airbus A321’s Rapid Descent Live which, in part, says:

“There were a few moments where I thought I may have been watching a crash of some sort occur in real-time, from thousands of miles away. But thankfully, the pilots were just quick acting, and diverted to a nearby airport.
Lufthansa confirmed to AirlineReporter.com that LH1172 had 151 passengers on board and the captain decided to stopover in Nantes (NTE), France, “due to a medical case (sick passenger).” They confirmed that there was no emergency requested and that the aircraft landed safely.”

Unlike Lufthansa Flight LH1172 before it, however, this MoD report continues, Germanwings Flight 9525, yesterday, wasn’t able to recover from its rapid descent…instead it was obliterated in tens-of-thousands of pieces of metal and human flesh upon the side of a mountain in southern France.

To what caused Germanwings Flight 9525 to be so thoroughly destroyed, this report says, was first evidenced on 3 February when a US Air Force test of their High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System targeting one of their older weather system satellites completed obliterated it by heating it from within causing to it explode while in orbit.

However, MoD experts in this report say, chemical laser systems, such as the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System which brought down Germanwings Flight 9525, and nearly crashed Lufthansa Flight LH1172, are notoriously known for being extremely difficult to aim at long range targets as their “effects” tend to spread throughout the atmosphere affecting anything and everything in their path.

And to the exact scenario causing the destruction of Germanwings Flight 9525 yesterday, these MoD experts continue, was a combined Western alliance attempt to target a “test re-entry vehicle” simulating a Federation nuclear warhead attack upon them yesterday.

The specific “test re-entry vehicle” used in this failed US missile test, this report says, was launched the day before on an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) fired early Monday from a US Air Force facility in California, and which the Obama regime stated was a “message to the world about Washington's nuclear capabilities”.

This “message to the world”, however, the MoD in their report state, was, instead, aimed directly at the Federation for their crippling of the USSTheodore Roosevelt using the superior “magrav”technology, and that aside from previously destroying this aircraft carrier in a war game a few weeks ago, likewise disabled the USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea last year.

Sadly, this report grimly states, of the nearly 37 NATO aircraft taking part in this US missile test yesterday, just a single Italian military jet switched its transponder to the emergency code of #7700 upon seeing Germanwings Flight 9525 plummet towards the ground.

And as many German pilots are refusing to fly today because of these US war game actions against the Federation, this report concludes, the likelihood of the Western people being told the truth about what happened to Germanwings Flight 9525 is about the same as their being told the truth about Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which was proved by satellite photos to have been shot down by a Ukrainian fighter jet, is about the same…Zero.

And to if the Western peoples even want to know the truth of the countless lives being destroyed on their military leaders alter of war?  No one really knows the answer anymore.

Russian Submarines Disable USS Theodore Roosevelt, Forcing it to Flee to UK

The Naval Surface Forces (NSF) of the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) are reporting today that three nuclear-powered Akula-class submarines belonging to the 24th Submarine Division of the Northern Fleet (NF) successfully “war-gamed” the American aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt causing it to “flee in terror” towards the waters off the Hampshire coast in the United Kingdom.

Within hours of the NSF reporting this critical incident, it’s interesting to note, British press sources confirmed that this US Navy behemoth of “100,000 tons of firepower” did indeed dock off Stokes Bay in Gosport stunning the thousands of spectators who jammed roads and lined the banks of the River Solent to see it, but which they, also, described as a port call, though none had been scheduled.

According to this NSF report, the USS Theodore Roosevelt, and its combat escort ships, had been detected on a course towards the operating zone of the Northern Fleet which President Putin had put on full combat alert last week in response to a “State of War” threat detected from the United Kingdom…a threat, the MoD adds to this report, was, likewise, in response to the Federations “Shock of March” battle plan revealed on 4 February.

With NATO forces, literally, lining the entire western border with troops, including the unprecedented US Army’s “Dragon Ride” armored convoy currently winding its way across six European nations, and Norway’s equally unprecedented “Joint Viking” combat war moves against the northern border, this report continues, President Putin himself gave the order to “target and disable” the USS Theodore Roosevelt.

As Russia had warned its citizens last week to prepare for nuclear war, and Moscow’s bomb shelters began to fill in response to the dire first-strike nuclear attack being planned by the US, and nearly all of the Federations military forces being on full combat alert across all 9 time zones, this report further notes, the approach of the USS Theodore Roosevelt towards the Baltic Sea made it a “legitimate” target.

To how this US aircraft carrier was “disabled” by the Northern Fleet’s attack submarines, this report says, was due to the Federations successful implementation of “magrav technology” weapons which had previously been used against American warships, and had “disabled” them too.

In fact, NSF experts in this report state, it was only a few weeks ago that the USS Theodore Roosevelt was “sunk” by a French submarine using “magrav technology” off the coast of Florida during a war game wherein the Americans were testing their countermeasures against this revolutionary new weapon prior to their ships deployment to confront Northern Fleet forces.

The necessity of the US Navy to develop countermeasures against “magrav technology”, this report says, was clearly shown to them last year after Federation air forces completely disabled the feared AEGIS destroyer USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea. So demoralizing was this attack against the USS Donald Cook, when it limped into a Romanian port for repairs, all 27 of its officers put in for reassignment and/or retirement.

Mehran Keshe

“Magrav technology”, its important to note, was conceived by the Iranian-born nuclear engineer Mehran Keshe, but whose works are banned from public use in the United States under an Executive Order signed by President Obama on 23 April 2012. 

President Obama’s signing of his Executive Order against “magrav technology”, it should be remembered, was due to the Iranian’s using it to down, and then capture one of the United States most secretive and sophisticated drones in December, 2011, and then Iran sharing this new weapon with Syria too. 

Immediately upon President Obama banning “magrav technology” in 2012, it should also be noted, Mehran Keshe replied to the American leader in an open letter by stating:

“Your Excellency President Obama,
We offer you a path towards real world peace through the development of this new technology for the whole human race.

I invite you to a direct presentation of our technology to you and your cabinet, to be given on neutral ground where the president of Iran could also be present and where no one betrays anyone else, so that we can all understand the fundamental change that is about to be brought to mankind. Then let us talk about genuine world peace.

As I said in my Sunday interview in Los Angeles, let us convert the military factories of the US to provide resources for a US space organization, so that the tools of war become the craft of universal peace.

The aircraft carriers of the US will become nothing but floating bathtubs if our Magravs technology is used effectively, and the runways full of F16s and 18s and so on will be nothing but runway museums of iron birds, as these craft will not be able to fly if their electronic systems are once touched by Magravs space technology. These crafts and battleships would have to be rewired from A to Z before they could ever operate again.

President Obama, we invite you to understand this change and to let us show you the technology that is bringing it about. Then we invite you to the table of world peace.

Please sign a decree for genuine peace and not a gagging order for science and technology, which your people understand fully what we have developed as they try to protect the pride of your nation.

Sadly, as this NSF concludes, it has cost the Obama regime, the humiliating defeat of two of its most powerful warships since his banning of “magrav technology” in 2012, with the total disablement of the USS Donald Cook last year, the war game “sinking” of the USS Theodore Roosevelt a few weeks ago, and now, today, this same aircraft carrier floating disabled off the UK coast, to realize the truth of Mehran Keshe’s warning him that “the aircraft carriers of the US will become nothing but floating bathtubs”.

And though not stated in this report…one need look no further than it to come to a full and complete understanding of why Obama is furiously attempting to negotiate with Iran, while at the same time trying to keep his military forces from igniting World War III in order to destroy those nations who have begun using “magrav technology” weapons against them….like Russia and Iran…and (of course) the French submarine communications centre that’s already being targeted by US drones.

Russia Announces "State Of War" against US, NATO; Activates Nuclear "Death Hand"

The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that the Federation is now in a “state of war” thus bringing to full activation President Putin’s “Dead Hand” nuclear order issued 29 July 2014 to The Strategic Missile Forces (SMF).

According to this report, the full activation of the much feared “Dead Hand” nuclear option was authorized under President Putin’s previous order due to the discovery that the nuclear forces of the United Kingdom (UK) were preparing a first strike against military and civilian targets located in the Federation.

The intention of the nuclear forces of the UK preparing a first strike against the Federation, this report says, was revealed by Federal Security Services (FSB) electronic intelligence experts working in conjunction with Kaspersky Lab who discovered last month a massive US National Security Agency (NSA) cyber espionage programme targeting not just Russia, but everyone else on Earth. 

Both the FSB and Kaspersky Lab experts, the MoD reports, were able to swiftly reverse engineer the computer code(s) involved in this massive NSA spying operation which then enabled them to electronically obtain the launching codes and coordinates of all the UK’s nuclear weapons showing their plan to launch a first strike against the Federation during the week of 15 March.

Though information of this highly successful FSB-Kaspersky Lab intelligence operation has been suppressed in the West, some counter-news of it has been reported by a few technical websites, including The Verge which in their article reported yesterday titled “A Network Error Routed Traffic For The UK's Nuclear Weapons Agency Through Russian Telecom”, in part, says:

“For the past week, something strange has been going on in the European internet. For five days, web traffic from Texas to certain addresses in the UK has been routed through Ukrainian and Russian telecoms, taking a detour thousands of miles out of the way. Network traffic often takes a circuitous route as a result of network congestion or interconnection difficulties, but neither one would be enough to account for these routes. Instead, this was the result of a bad route announced by Ukraine's Vega telecom, inserting itself in between.
It's particularly disconcerting because of the sensitive nature of many of the sites involved. Among the dozens of sites involved was the UK's Atomic Weapons Establishment, which is tasked with managing and delivering the UK's nuclear warheads, as well as the UK's official mail service, the Royal Mail. US defense contractor Lockheed Martin was also running a VPN connection that was caught up in the redirection.”

Upon the MoD’s confirmation of the UK’s intention to launch a nuclear first strike against the Federation, this report continues, Russian military forces throughout the country were immediately activated with a special emphasis placed upon massive rocket-artillery maneuvers on the southern borders.

Foreign Minister Lavrov, this report notes, further warned the West this week that Moscow would respond to NATO “in an adequate way” as thousands of Norwegian troops neared the Russian border this week preparing for the influx of a US Marine Expeditionary Brigade, estimated to number between 14-18,000, whose tanks, armored vehicles, artillery, ammunition and battle equipment have flooded into Norway this past year.

The MoD also in this report states that the Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) previously issued an immediate travel ban on firefighters, ambulance drivers rescue troopers, tens of thousands of police officers, prison guards, and other law enforcement agencies who are deemed critically needed during times of war.

Also to be noted, though not contained in this MoD report, are reports from London that Russian personnel and officers have evacuated their embassy and that a mass of activity is now being reported throughout Moscow, especially in and around Red Square. 

As President Putin, top political officials and military leaders are now under MoD “protection”, other reports (of unknown quality) state that the Kremlin has also “advised” journalists not to leave Moscow and to prepare for a “major announcement” over the next few days.
 
Though not specifically stated in this MoD report, but strongly eluded to, are that crisis negotiations between Moscow and the West are currently ongoing and have led within the past few hours to NATO’s Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, stating that the alliance does not plan to interfere in the conflict in east Ukraine…”Ukraine is not a member of NATO, so there is a difference between Ukraine and NATO members, because the security guarantee is for NATO allies.”

This NATO “assurance”, however, may do little to calm this crisis and avert nuclear war after the Federation’s Investigative Committee launched a criminal case against Robert Scales, a retired US major general and a Fox News military analyst, who said in a live broadcast this week that the only way for the US to turn the tide in Ukraine is to start killing Russians… “It is Game, Set and Match in Ukraine. The only way the US can have any effect in this region and turn the tide is to start killing Russians. Killing so many Russians that even Putin’s media can’t hide the fact that Russians are returning to the Motherland in body bags.”

Iraqi Army Shoots Down 2 British Planes Carrying Weapons for ISIS / ISIL

Iraq's army has shot down two British planes as they were carrying weapons for the ISIL terrorists in Al-Anbar province, a senior lawmaker disclosed on Monday.

"The Iraqi Parliament's National Security and Defense Committee has access to the photos of both planes that are British and have crashed while they were carrying weapons for the ISIL," Head of the committee Hakem al-Zameli said, according to a Monday report of the Arabic-language information center of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq.

He said the Iraqi parliament has asked London for explanations in this regard.

The senior Iraqi legislator further unveiled that the government in Baghdad is receiving daily reports from people and security forces in al-Anbar province on numerous flights by the US-led coalition planes that airdrop weapons and supplies for ISIL in terrorist-held areas.

The Iraqi lawmaker further noted the cause of such western aids to the terrorist group, and explained that the US prefers a chaotic situation in Anbar Province which is near the cities of Karbala and Baghdad as it does not want the ISIL crisis to come to an end.

Earlier today, a senior Iraqi provincial official lashed out at the western countries and their regional allies for supporting Takfiri terrorists in Iraq, revealing that US and Israeli-made weapons have been discovered from the areas purged of ISIL terrorists.

"We have discovered weapons made in the US, European countries and Israel from the areas liberated from ISIL's control in Al-Baqdadi region," the Al-Ahad news website quoted Head of Al-Anbar Provincial Council Khalaf Tarmouz as saying.

He noted that the weapons made by the European countries and Israel were discovered from the terrorists in the Eastern parts of the city of Ramadi.

Al-Zameli had also disclosed in January that the anti-ISIL coalition's planes have dropped weapons and foodstuff for the ISIL in Salahuddin, Al-Anbar and Diyala provinces.

Al-Zameli underlined that  the coalition is the main cause of ISIL's survival in Iraq.

"There are proofs and evidence for the US-led coalition's military aid to ISIL terrorists through air(dropped cargoes)," he told FNA in January.

He noted that the members of his committee have already proved that the US planes have dropped advanced weaponry, including anti-aircraft weapons, for the ISIL, and that it has set up an investigation committee to probe into the matter.

"The US drops weapons for the ISIL on the excuse of not knowing about the whereabouts of the ISIL positions and it is trying to distort the reality with its allegations.

He noted that the committee had collected the data and the evidence provided by eyewitnesses, including Iraqi army officers and the popular forces, and said, "These documents are given to the investigation committee ... and the necessary measures will be taken to protect the Iraqi airspace."

Also in January, another senior Iraqi legislator reiterated that the US-led coalition is the main cause of ISIL's survival in Iraq.

"The international coalition is only an excuse for protecting the ISIL and helping the terrorist group with equipment and weapons," Jome Divan, who is member of the al-Sadr bloc in the Iraqi parliament, said.

He said the coalition's support for the ISIL is now evident to everyone, and continued, "The coalition has not targeted ISIL's main positions in Iraq."

In late December, Iraqi Parliamentary Security and Defense Commission MP disclosed that a US plane supplied the ISIL terrorist organization with arms and ammunition in Salahuddin province.

MP Majid al-Gharawi stated that the available information pointed out that US planes are supplying ISIL organization, not only in Salahuddin province, but also other provinces, Iraq TradeLink reported.

He added that the US and the international coalition are "not serious in fighting against the ISIL organization, because they have the technological power to determine the presence of ISIL gunmen and destroy them in one month".

Gharawi added that "the US is trying to expand the time of the war against the ISIL to get guarantees from the Iraqi government to have its bases in Mosul and Anbar provinces."

Salahuddin security commission also disclosed that "unknown planes threw arms and ammunition to the ISIL gunmen Southeast of Tikrit city".

Also in Late December, a senior Iraqi lawmaker raised doubts about the seriousness of the anti-ISIL coalition led by the US, and said that the terrorist group still received aids dropped by unidentified aircraft.

"The international coalition is not serious about air strikes on ISIL terrorists and is even seeking to take out the popular (voluntary) forces from the battlefield against the Takfiris so that the problem with ISIL remains unsolved in the near future," Nahlah al-Hababi told FNA.

"The ISIL terrorists are still receiving aids from unidentified fighter jets in Iraq and Syria," she added.

Hababi said that the coalition's precise airstrikes are launched only in those areas where the Kurdish Pishmarga forces are present, while military strikes in other regions are not so much precise.

In late December, the US-led coalition dropped aids to the Takfiri militants in an area North of Baghdad.

Field sources in Iraq told al-Manar that the international coalition airplanes dropped aids to the terrorist militants in Balad, an area which lies in Salahuddin province North of Baghdad.

In October, a high-ranking Iranian commander also slammed the US for providing aid supplies to ISIL, adding that the US claims that the weapons were mistakenly airdropped to ISIL were untrue.

“The US and the so-called anti-ISIL coalition claim that they have launched a campaign against this terrorist and criminal group - while supplying them with weapons, food and medicine in Jalawla region (a town in Diyala Governorate, Iraq). This explicitly displays the falsity of the coalition's and the US' claims,” Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri said.

The US claimed that it had airdropped weapons and medical aid to Kurdish fighters confronting the ISIL in Kobani, near the Turkish border in Northern Syria.

The US Defense Department said that it had airdropped 28 bundles of weapons and supplies, but one of them did not make it into the hands of the Kurdish fighters.

Video footage later showed that some of the weapons that the US airdropped were taken by ISIL militants.

The Iranian commander insisted that the US had the necessary intelligence about ISIL's deployment in the region and that their claims to have mistakenly airdropped weapons to them are as unlikely as they are untrue.

#CharlieHebdo: French Cop "Suicided" After Attempting to Issue Murder Warrant Against Obama, says Russian Intelligence

An absolutely stunning Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today appears to show why all top US officials failed to join their counterparts in Paris yesterday who marched in solidarity against the Charlie Hebdo Massacre as it reveals a top French police commissioner was “suicided” within hours of his attempting to obtain a European Arrest Warrant for President Barack Obama and other as yet unnamed American leaders.

According to this report, French police Commissioner Helric Fredou was tasked immediately after the 7 January Charlie Hebdo Massacre with the examination of documents contained in a small backpack found in the getaway car used by the killers Saïd and Chérif Kouachi, and which contained the driver’s license/identity card of Saïd.

Also discovered by Police Commissioner Fredou in this small backpack, SVR analyst in this report say, were a number of “cryptic documents” and telephone numbers, one of the most important being a US cell-phone number “directly linked” to former US general and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director David Petraeus.

Upon Police Commissioner Fredou’s discovery of this “Petraeus-link”, this report further states, SVR signals intelligence data show he contacted Paris prosecutor François Molins and requested that the Cour D'assises (Assize Court) issue an immediate European Arrest Warrant for President Barack Obama and “other” such American officials to be named within 24 hours.

Within 3 hours of Police Commissioner Fredou making this request, however, this report continues, his body was found by his desk in his office with a single gunshot to the head at 0100hr on Thursday 8 January that was quickly ruled a suicide; and Obama regime officials began flooding the US media with reports that former CIA director Petraeus was in danger of being arrested on felony charges relating to classified materials found in his mistresses possession.

Though this SVR report doesn’t explicitly state what evidence Police Commissioner Fredou discovered to make his unprecedented request to have the American President arrested, it does allude to a much larger conspiracy surrounding the Charlie Hebdo Massacre which not only involves Saudi Arabia, but also the CIA.

Most critical to note about the Charlie Hebdo Massacre, this report states, is that it occurred 48 hours after French President François Hollande, on 5 January, stated to the Obama regime that the Western sanctions against Russia must be immediately ended.

Equally important to note, SVR analysts in this report point out, are that French authorities had, also, been warned about an impending attack upon their nation on 4 January when Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud delivered the warning to French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, and as we had previously reported on.

Also to be noted is that the SVR in their previous (7 January) report noted that the killers behind the Charlie Hebdo Massacre were terror operatives of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS), a fact confirmed on 11 January when a martyrdom video of one of the killers named Amedy Coulibaly was released by ISIS. [Note: this previous report should be read as it provides needed context for this one.]

As France today begins to deploy an additional 10,000 troops throughout their country to (hopefully) forestall further attacks, and the West gears up for a fresh rampage across the war-scarred Middle East in response to this massacre, this report concludes, it should not be forgotten that the goal of Islamic violence is to bring down society’s fist on Europe’s Muslim minority – all the better to sweep them up into the waiting arms of al-Qaeda, the ISIS, or whatever form these fanatics invent.

But to who the real terrorist fanatics are, however, and according to the esteemed antiwar American author Justin Raimondo, one needs look no further than the corridors of Washington D.C., and of which he states:

“My biggest fear is that we’ll all wake up one day to find that the monsters are right here, where they’ve always been. By then it will be too late to leash them and put them in their proper place, which is a zoo.”

NATO Scrambles Jets 400 times in 2014 as Russian Air Activity Jumps

AMARI Estonia/LONDON (Reuters) - NATO warplanes have had to scramble 400 times this year in response to an increase in Russian air activity around Europe not seen since the Cold War, the alliance's chief said on Thursday.

North Atlantic Treaty Organisation members have sought to fill gaps in the alliance's land, air and sea defences since Russia annexed Crimea and backed a secessionist movement in the eastern part of Ukraine.

Speaking to U.S., German and Estonian troops at a newly expanded and renovated air base in western Estonia, which once housed a Soviet military installation, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said the problem was not just where the Russians are flying but that they are not turning on their transponders or communicating.

He said the flights - which have risen 50 percent over the last year - posed a risk to commercial air traffic.

"This pattern is risky and unjustified, so NATO remains vigilant. We are here and we are ready to defend all our allies against any threats,” Stoltenberg said in a speech after meeting Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas.

"It is a pattern which we have not seen for many years and it is a pattern that reminds us of the way they conducted these kind of military air activities back in the time of the Cold War."

Vice Admiral Peter Hudson, commander of NATO's Allied Maritime Command, said Russia was using its military forces in a "much more assertive manner", which included more Russian naval activity in the Baltic region.

"From a NATO perspective, we are going about our legitimate business in international waters working with our allies. They are occasionally interfering, occasionally operating as a nuisance," Hudson told Reuters in London.

"Safety has not been breached, but it is just a style of behaviour which we have not seen for 25 years, since the end of the Cold War," he said.

Stoltenberg said most of the Russian flights were close to NATO air space, with "very limited numbers of violations".

NATO allies remain concerned that France could still decide to sell an advanced military helicopter carrier to Russia, Stoltenberg said, but added that this was not a decision that NATO had any authority over.

US Navy Flees In Terror as Russian Navy Warships rush towards Australia

A Naval Surface Forces (NSF) updated report to the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) circulating in the Kremlin today on the “accelerated deployment” of the Pacific Fleet guided missile cruiser Varyag and destroyer Marshal Shaposhnikov (along with their support ships) to international waters off the coast of Australia is confirming that that the Australian Navy has sent another of their warships to the region.

Joining the Australian Navy warships HMAS Parramatta and HMAS Stuart that had been ordered to “crash sail” to meet the Russian fleet, this report continues, is the replenishment vessel HMAS Sirius.

As we had previously reported on in our 12 November report Russian Navy Rushes To Australia Over Putin Assassination Fears, the necessitating of these Russian warships deploying to Australia was due to a Federal Security Forces (FSB) report detailing a “plot” by the Obama regime to attack President Putin’s plane during his attendance of this weekends G-20 Summit in Brisbane, Australia.

This NSF report further notes that the deviation from their mission of testing their fleets range capability, in case they have to do climate change research in the Antarctic, to protecting President Putin was, also, publically confirmed by the Russian Embassy in Australia earlier today. 

Heightening the concerns of FSB intelligence analysts, the MoD previously reported, is that President Putin’s plane will be transversing some of the same areas as Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 did this past March which resulted in that aircrafts “mysterious capture” and disappearance at the hands of the US Navy operating from their highly-secretive Indian Ocean base located on the Diego Garcia atoll.

Also to be noted, the FSB has warned, is the still unexplained shoot-down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over Ukraine this past July, which many intelligence experts note may have been an attempt to assassinate President Putin as his planes path intersected MH-17, and due to the outward appearance similarity of these two aircraft caused the two Ukrainian Air Force fighter jets to mistakenly shoot MH-17 down, a fact which newly discovered radar tapes confirm.

Most astounding to be mentioned in this NSF report, however, is its reporting that the Obama regime has ordered all US Navy warships in the Australian region not to approach, or in any way provoke, these Russian ships over their fears of another “USS Donald Cook incident” occurring.

USS Donald Cook is an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer in the US Navy and is considered as one of, if not the most, powerful warships in America’s arsenal, but which in the “incident” being referred to in this NSF report was completely disabled by Russian forces in the Black Sea this past April.

And as reported by the Russia & India Report News Service about this “incident” we can further, in part, read:
“The Su-24 Russian tactical bomber which approached the Donald Cook carried no bombs or missiles but a container with the Khibiny radio-electronic military system. Having approached the destroyer, Khibiny was used to switch off the American destroyer’s radar, battle control circuits and data exchange systems. In other words, it turned off the whole Aegis by remote control. After this, the Su-24 simulated a missile attack at the “blind and deaf” ship, and repeated the manoeuvre 12 times. When the Russian fighter left, the Donald Cook rushed to a Romanian port and never approached Russian waters again.”

So gravely demoralizing was this “incident” to the US Navy, the US State Department confirmed in their protest to Russia, 27 sailors from the USS Donald Cook requested to be relieved from active service after their warships total disablement by the technologically superior Russian forces. (After all, who wants to be sitting ducks?)

With the Pacific Fleet’s guided missile cruiser Varyag sent to protect President Putin being equipped with [at least] three new and highly secretive Altius unmanned air vehicles (UAV) that are all equipped with both the Khibiny and Borisoglebsk-2 electronic warfare systems, this report notes, it is no wonder that the US Navy has “fled in fear” from encountering this fleet.

As to if President Putin himself is in fear of the Obama regimes plot to assassinate him this report doesn’t mention.  But judging by his statement today declaring that the Russian economy won’t be dominated by America’s “Dollar Dictatorship”, and by his packing Russian vaults with another whopping 55 tonnes of gold last quarter to battle the West’s fiat currencies, his plan for surviving this growing economic war shows no signs of abating.

Russian Nuclear Bombers invaded US Airspace 16 Times in Last 10 Days

Russian strategic nuclear bombers and other military aircraft entered US air defense identification zones (ADIZs) at least 16 times over the past ten days, American defense officials confirmed on Thursday.

“Over the past week, NORAD has visually identified Russian aircraft operating in and around the US air defense identification zones,” said Maj. Beth Smith, spokeswoman for US Northern Command and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).

Smith sought to downplay the incursions that she called “a spike in activity,” telling the Washington Free Beacon’s Bill Gertz that the flights were assessed as routine training missions and exercises.

But an unnamed defense official familiar with the incursion reports disagreed with Smith’s assessment. “These are not just training missions,” the official told Gertz, saying that Russian strategic nuclear forces appear to be “trying to test our air defense reactions, or our command and control systems.”
 
NORAD scrambled fighter jets several times when Russian strategic aircraft flew along US ADIZs. The planes included a mix of Tu-95 Bear H heavy bombers and Tu-142 Bear F maritime reconnaissance aircraft, as well as one IL-20 intelligence collection aircraft, Smith said.

The bomber flights took place mainly along the Alaskan air defense identification zone that covers the Aleutian Islands and the continental part of the state, and one incursion involved entry into Canada’s air defense zone, she added.

“Such aerial bravado has been rare since the fall of the Soviet Union,” News.com.au wrote. “Until now.” “And it all appears to be a direct result of the cooling of relations between the West and Russia over the invasion of Crimea and the shooting-down of MH17,” the Australian News Corp site added.

During the Cold War, Soviet bombers sought to trigger US air defenses as preparation for a potential nuclear conflict. The recent spike in activity after a surface-to-air missile brought down the Malaysia Airlines plane is not the first time Russian military planes were detected in US ADIZs this summer. On June 9, a pair of Tu-95 Bear H aircraft maintained by Russia came close to US airspace during practice bombing while four of the planes were conducting bombing runs near Alaska, a NORAD spokesman told Gertz.

“After tracking the bombers as they flew eastward, two of the four Bears turned around and headed west toward the Russian Far East,” he wrote of the June incident. “The remaining two nuclear-capable bombers then flew southeast and around 9:30 P.M. entered the US northern air defense zone off the coast of Northern California.”
 
Those two aircraft, Gertz added, made it within 50 miles of the coast before turning around after a US F-15 intercepted them.

Russian aircraft have also made incursions into other countries’ airspace this year. In June, the UK’s Royal Air Force scrambled Typhoon fighter jets to intercept four flights of aircraft in the airspace around the Baltic states. The planes included advanced Tu-22M Backfire bombers, Su-27 Flanker interceptors, an A-50 Mainstay radar aircraft and a transport aircraft, News.com.au wrote. Russian-owned Tu-95 bombers skirted UK airspace and have come close to US property in both Guam and California, The Aviationist reported in May.

In an April incident in international airspace between Russia and Japan, two Russian Su-27 Flanker interceptors flew beneath a US Air Force reconnaissance plane, then “popped up” ahead of the jet, which was forced to take evasive maneuvers, according to News.com.au.

The United States has been flying spy missions of its own, however. Over the weekend, US officials confirmed Swedish media reports that an American spy plane invaded Sweden’s airspace in mid-July. The maverick plane was spying on Russia when it was intercepted, and was evading a Russian fighter jet when it entered Swedish airspace without permission. Air traffic control had denied the Boeing RC-135 Rivet Joint entrance, Svenska Dagbladet (SvD) newspaper said. The incident occurred on July 18, the day after MH17 was shot down.
