Let's implement Supreme Court's Decisions: SC Bar Association president

LAHORE - President of Supreme Court Bar Association Yasin Azad has said that a meeting of the Executive Committee of Supreme Court Bar Association will be held on May3 and 4, 2012 at Quetta, to consider and discuss the prevailing situation in the country after the decision of full bench of Supreme Court on dated April 26 2012 and issue of Balochistan. Talking to media here on Saturday, Yasin Azad warned the government that instead of confrontation with the Judiciary, it must follow constitution and law and implement court verdicts otherwise the situation would deteriorate. The SCBA President said that they were following the relationship between the government and the judiciary very closely and would in no way allow a pointing finger at the superior courts. He said the legal community was prepared to give any sacrifice for the protection of independence of judiciary.
