Mysterious, moving text messages of Kamran Faisal surface

Print Friendly and PDF

ISLAMABAD: The grief-stricken officers of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Monday went on a countrywide pen-down strike and locked their offices in protest against the killing of their colleague Kamran Faisal, as text messages by the RPPs scam case investigator have revealed that he was under pressure and concerned about his security.

“DG HR WANT AFFIDAVIT IN BACK DATE REGARDING CHANGE FROM CASE; KIA KAROON,” was among the text messages (reproduced without changes) that deceased Kamran Faisal exchanged with one of his close friends in NAB, three days before his mysterious death.

The friend responded to him not to do so, strictly advising him to switch off the mobile phone. “Lock ur room door from inside before sleeping”, he messaged Kamran.

His last message was from a friend, received at 7:58:41am on January 18, in which he wished him good luck, praying that Allah freed him ‘from all worries on this blessed day (Friday)’. By the time it was sent, Kamran had left this world of worries and his body was hanging inside his room.

As the mystery deepens about the alleged suicide of the NAB’s Assistant Director Kamran Faisal, his exchanges few days before death provide some missing links belying the NAB claims that he was removed from the case on Jan 7 before he committed ‘suicide’ and there was no pressure on him.

The text messages also give a tour inside the situation he was passing through, intensely under pressure from the bosses and deeply concerned about his personal safety.

After his death, Kamran’s friend and key witness to his situation is also under grave risk amid concerns and demands of the well-wishers for beefing up his security. There is also an exchange of messages between the two friends containing verses showing their profound love for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

As the case is in the spotlight since his mysterious death occurred at the height of NAB’s tension with the Supreme Court, it is being said that the court may order the record of his phone calls and text messages either from cellular companies or from the agencies that have been authorized to conduct surveillance after the passage of a law of fair trial from parliament.

As for the messages about the anxiety following pressure from the NAB bosses, they started on January 15.A friend and colleague inquired from Kamran about his location at 9:46pm on January 15. He responded: “WITH DG HQ.” He continued: “DG HR WANT AFFIDAVIT IN BACK DATE REGARDING CHANGE FROM CASE.” In the same message, Kamran sought the friend’s opinion: “KIA KARUN (what should I do?).”

As there is no response from friend, he said: “CALL ME.” In the same message, he sent a verse about Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): “kitab-e-hasti k her warq pe, jo nam-e-Muhammad raqm na hota…Wajud-e-hasti ubhar na sakti, wajud-eloh-o-qalam na hota…Zameen na hoti, falak na hota, Arab na hota Ajam na hota.” His friend continued those verses: “Ye mehfal-e-kon-o-makaan na hoti, ager wo SHAH-E-UMAM na hotay.”

Then the friend asked him if he was in office, he replied he had left the office and reached the hostel.

The next day on January 16, the same friend, concerned about Kamran, asked him about his location at 9:42:26pm. Then he added: “We r all worried abt u. kia ho raha ha aur wapsi kab ha (what are you doing and when expected to return?).”

Texting with reference to pressure on Kamran for submitting an affidavit from the back date, the friend advised him: “kabi mat dena apnay hath khud na katwana (Never give in to the affidavit demand. Don’t cut off your own hands yourself.”

There was no response from Kamran and the friend continued texting him the messages: “Progress???.” Then requests Kamran to visit him: “Aa jao na????.” Again that friend advised him not to give the affidavit: “Afidavit kabi mat dena apnay hath na katwana.” He continued at 10:41:11pm on January 16: “Good aur kal seedha SC jana Allah bless u (Go straight to SC tomorrow, God Bless you.”

The friend then sent a word of caution at 11:14:26pm on January 16: “Switch off ur mobile and lock ur room door from inside.” Agencies add: Wearing black bands onto their arms, the protesting officers of the bureau rejected the judicial commission headed by Justice (R) Javed Iqbal and demanded that the commission be headed by a serving judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) or ex-director general FIA Tariq Khosa or Justice (R) Khalilur Rehman Ramday.

According to reports, the protest demonstrations we held at the NAB officers in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and other major cities. The protesting employees said that according to family Kamran Faisal had been murdered but the government was staging the drama of his suicide to mislead the public.

Hate by PPP incompetent Regime

Print Friendly and PDF

It is not enough to dismiss Sept 21 as an expression of hate. The event underlined a dangerous level of government incompetence. Many analysts in Pakistan are mistaking the violence we saw on Sept 21 as hate. It would be more accurate to see it as an indictment of an incompetent government and a failed political culture.

The worse violence occurred in areas heavily dominated by political parties. At the same time, many protests organised by religious and other parties were peaceful. Seeing the violence in purely a religious context would be wrong, an oversight that many analysts are making. The elected government of President Asif Zardari bears direct responsibility for the violence we saw on the government-sponsored ‘Ishq-e-Rasool Day’.

In a country facing security challenges and where political violence goes unchecked, who in his right mind would play with fire by designating a special day for protest? No other Arab or Muslim country did it. The Zardari government should be sued for millions of dollars lost by Pakistani citizens because of government incompetence.

More worrisome is political opportunism. There is a strong suspicion that the Zardari government exploited religion to offset the impact of its lost cases at the Supreme Court. For example, the blanket ban on YouTube – and not just the objectionable links – was an overblown step that came a day before an expected dismissal of Prime Minster Pervaiz Ashraf by the Supreme Court.

The national holiday asking people to come out on the streets was apparently part of a government strategy to create sympathy on the eve of a Supreme Court decision to disqualify key presidential aides, including interior minister Rehman Malik. It is telling that both the prime minister and interior minister pushed the idea of a day-off for protests against cabinet opposition.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the Sept 21 debacle was more than just a government idea gone bad. Shouldn’t such a government be made accountable for the mess it created? Shouldn’t the interior minister be questioned for his lack of judgment on the consequences of designating a day off for protest on an inflammatory issue in a country already suffering from political violence?

The violence on Sept 21 is not dissimilar to violence committed by political parties on different occasions. The organised raids on banks in Karachi had little to do with anti-film rallies and more to do with a culture of violence fostered by political parties over a period of time.

This culture has led to the creation of secret militant wings in most parties, and to raising a cadre of ‘party workers’ trained for agitation and street violence. Sadly, even a relatively clean party like the PTI succumbed to street violence thanks to the recent recruitment of ‘party workers’ with prior professional experience.

It is not enough to dismiss Sept 21 as an expression of hate. The event underlined a dangerous level of government incompetence. It also highlighted a culture of street violence common to all political parties, religious and nonreligious.

Instead of turning this into a question of extremism, the Zardari government should be made answerable to serious questions about governance. It is also a good opportunity to put the violent Pakistani political culture on trial.

Chief Justice refuses to receive UN intervening Gang

Print Friendly and PDF

ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Tuesday refused to meet the United Nations mission currently visiting Pakistan on the issue of missing persons. The Supreme Court office through a letter dated September 10 informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that “as the cases of missing persons are pending before this court, therefore, propriety demanded that the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan may not discuss the matter which is sub judice. Therefore, regrets were conveyed to the Ministry expressing the inability of the Chief Justice of Pakistan to receive the UN delegation.

”A three-member bench - headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar and comprising Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain - have been hearing the case of missing persons in Balochistan. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wrote two letters to the Supreme Court informing that the UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances was visiting Pakistan at the invitation of the government and would be in Islamabad on September 19 and 19. It further said during the visit to Pakistan, the UN team had suggested meeting with the chief justice and the ministry supported the desired meeting.Agencies add: Defence Minister Naveed Qamar has said that the government is trying to resolve the issue of missing persons in Balochistan.

Addressing the media in Islamabad on Tuesday, Naveed Qamar said that many countries are facing different issues of law and order but that does not mean that United Nations has a charter to intervene in any country’s internal matters. He said the report of cabinet committee over the issue of missing persons was ready on which a special session of the federal cabinet will be summoned soon. He said no one including United Nations can impose their solution on Pakistan.Qamar said the United States cannot resolve the issue of Afghanistan without the help of Pakistan. In response to a question, Naveed Qamar said that the investigation into Kamra attack will be completed in time.

Pakistan to Scan NATO Containers; Seize All Lethal Items

Print Friendly and PDF

All containers passing through Pakistan to supply NATO troops in Afghanistan are to be scanned to ensure they do not contain lethal supplies, customs officials said Friday. Islamabad reopened overland routes to NATO convoys earlier this week after closing them in protest at a USZ-led NATO air strike that helped Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan mercenaries to gain advantage against Pakistan Army, martyring 24 Pakistani soldiers at a border post in November.

A number of trucks have already crossed into Afghanistan, but the vast majority are still at the Arabian Sea port of Karachi, where they have languished for the past seven months. Ties between Washington and Islamabad, fractious allies in the "war on terror", plummeted following the air strike and blockade, which ended after US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said sorry for the deaths.

The two sides are still rebuilding trust and officials in Karachi, where thousands of trucks and containers languished during the blockade, said there would be thorough checks to ensure the convoys conformed to Pakistani parliamentary guidelines barring the transport of lethal supplies. "We scanned the containers randomly in the past, but now every container will be duly scanned," Karachi customs spokesman Qamar Thalho said.

"We can seize any item, anything that be, if it is not mentioned in the agreements between Pakistan and Afghanistan and Pakistan and NATO", an official speaking on condition of anonymity said.

"A strict scanning of the cargo is just one important measure not to give enough space to the opposition to exploit public sentiments," the official said. Up to 1,500 trucks packed with NATO supplies have been stranded in Karachi during the blockade, unable to unload and find other work. Rana Mohammad Aslam, vice president of the All Pakistan Goods Carrier Association, said 560,000 rupees ($6,000) compensation per vehicle would be paid to the truck owners by NATO subcontractors.

The land routes into Afghanistan are vital as the United States of Zionism and NATO withdraw troops and equipment built up since the 2001 invasion. The blockade had forced the United States of Zionism and its allies to rely on longer, more expensive routes through Central Asia, Russia and the Caucasus, costing the USZ military about $100 million a month, according to the Pentagon.

Arsalan Iftikhar case: Malik Riaz escaped from Pakistan

Print Friendly and PDF

Karachi: The ‘familygate’, which is also becoming ‘anchorgate’, is one of the most important cases in the judicial history of Pakistan. On June 6, Chief Justice Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took a suo moto notice against his son, Arsalan Iftikhar, and Bahria Town’s Malik Riaz, after reports littered news channels that Arsalan was given up to Rs.400 million.

There are reports that when on the one hand Supreme Court summoned Malik Riaz with proofs, on the other hand he was planning to escape from Pakistan.

When on June 6, Arsalan Iftikhar appeared in court, Riaz was missing. On being asked, his staff officer told Supreme Court that he was not being contacted. Riaz was actually leaving Pakistan in that very moment. The ruling PPP and bureaucracy , according to the reports, are behind his escape to Dubai. Malik Riaz is also wanted by NAB in a corruption case of Rs65 billion.

According to Civil aviation Authority record, at 1pm on that day, a plane landed on Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, which had taken off from Lahore, a CAA official told The News Tribe. The plane was owned by Riaz, with call sign ‘Bahria town 001’. The Beechcraft B-114 landed on the airport’s Bay number 64. TNT’s Karachi correspondent reported that before the plane landed, a Bilawal House official, along with two other men, was present in the airport’s apron area. Being a protocol officer, he was not a new face for intelligence agencies.

No one came out of the plane when it landed, and when FIA Immigration Sub Inspector reached the scene, he was told that the two persons would fly abroad without either an exit stamp or filling immigration card. At first, the sub inspector showed reluctance but finally toed the line. After the process was completed, the plane took off to Dubai at 1.50pm.

One of the two persons who were sent abroad in such an ambiguous manner was Malik Riaz, said an FIA official, who declined to be named. The correspondent added that on June 8, just after five minutes President Zardari’s plane landed in Karachi, the ‘secret’ plane also touched the airport’s runway, though there was nobody inside. Now the Supreme Court is told that Riaz was abroad for ‘health’ reasons. One of the top-notch property tycoons, Malik Riaz is said to have links with  eminent media personalities.

Wiser approach needed for Balochistan

Print Friendly and PDF

In 1948, while addressing Quetta Municipality, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said that, “you know, I take special interest in Balochistan because, this province is my special responsibility, therefore I want that it should play its role in Pakistan affairs like other provinces.”

Unfortunately, this great leader died in the same year and his vision could not be implemented. Area wise, it is half of Pakistan, but forming 5% of the total population. The leadership, following the Quaid, did not pay worthwhile attention towards the affairs of the province, thus there remained deterioration of the situation with each passing day. There have been grievances of the locals, turned into insurgencies and rebellions in the province, but use of force was considered the only option to quell all, rather addressing the causes.

The successive governments and their functionaries have been dealing with the Baloch issue without consulting the real stakeholders, the people and national acumen. Generally, governments have their own way of doing the things with vested political interests and priorities as per their conveniences’. On the issue of Balochistan, traditionally, there has been single handed and bureaucratic approach adopted by successive governments to resolve the issue without knowing its dynamics. Indeed, there have been no worthwhile efforts at national or provincial level to resolve this complicated issue.

It is very encouraging that the literate class of Pakistan has finally realized the significance of national issues and started organizing debate and conference to resolve them. In this connection, the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) organized a national conference on Balochistan on May 26, 2012. SCBA had invited the leadership from all political and religious parties in this national conference. In the conference, entitled, “Balochistan Issue and its Resolution,” the participants of the conference called for “taking on board all segments in the province over all policies and development projects, besides, redressing their genuine demands.”

Indeed, there is a need for the national mobilization to understand and address the national issues of Pakistan in the best national interests of the state of Pakistan. Political parties have their own agendas and evaluate the issues from their own particular perspective. Generally, there is a point scoring and relegation of the other party’s viewpoint. There remains a clear difference between what is said in the meetings and conferences and how the implementation takes place. Therefore, there is requirement for the dedication, clarity of the objectives and over and above the sincerity to resolve the issues, leaving behind the personnel or political party agendas.

At the conclusion, the conference adopted a fifteen-point resolution, demanding an end to the deprivations of the Baloch people and asking for an end to the military operations from the province. Whereas, various leaders from political and religious parties gave their own viewpoints for the resolution of Balochistan, Dr Abdul Malik, President of the National Party stressed the need for granting rights to the Baloch people. He said that, “Balochistan is an integral part of Pakistan and we have to find out solution by dialogue with all the stakeholders. This indeed was the most important aspect of the Balochistan issue, highlighted by a nationalist Baloch.

Between the lines, Dr Abdul Malik, has stressed the need for understanding the Baloch issue realistically, rather making political statements. His wordings were loud and absolutely clear. It is a fact that, in the entire history of Pakistan, Baloch people have never been given their basic rights. They are just the Baloch and have been used as tools both by national and provincial leaders. They have been deprived of basic necessities of life. They are Baloch and they are Pakistani, so must be given what the constitution of Pakistan has authorized to grant them.

Indeed, as practised during the British era, in the tribal society of Balochistan, the sardars acted as agents of the British crown and kept the people under suppression and oppression. They did not allow the basic right to the locals. The locals became habitual of this pattern of living. They even continued these repressive policies after the decolonization and independence. Whenever, an attempt was made to curtail the powers of sardars, they would rebel and tried to violate against the federation of Pakistan by mobilizing the suppressed Baloch community.

The poor people of Balochistan would not know, as to why they have been asked to take arms for fighting, except that, it is the order of Sardars. It is generation after generation that such a practice is continuing in the Baloch dominated areas of Balochistan province. Today in the rural Balochistan, there are no basic civic facilities for the common Baloch. School and colleges are scant, resultantly; the youth of the province is deprived of the basic education, a necessity for an award society. There is a lack of hospitals and medical centers in the province; therefore, treatment of the people once they fell ill has been a real issue.

These deprivations are not accidental, but deliberate and planned. After all, all areas of the province have elected representatives, and in case of Baloch MPs, over 90% are ministers too. Then there are senators, MNAs, and Federal Ministers from the Balochistan, all have some responsibilities towards their people and areas. Generally, there has been no dearth of the funds, issued for the province, particularly in last two decades. Then, there was no reason that local development in Balochistan could have been compromised. It was bunch of same sky rocketing politicians, who were making hue and cry in the conference, without questioning, as who is responsible for this backwardness of the people of Balochistan.

Some of the participants of the conference targeted the law enforcement agencies and intelligence agencies. The most critical were; PML (N) leader, Main Nawaz Sharif and Asma Jehangir, the former President of SCBA. Both made provocative statements and Main Nawaz went ahead by saying that, Baloch has the right to rebel. He said, “The Baloch have a right to rebel why shouldn’t they, after all that they have been put through?” The statement indeed, depicts the originator as an obtuse personality, who can do anything for his cheap popularity.

Promoting and encouraging violence and rebellion is a felony in itself. Should a leader with national stature do it, is a big question mark? Accusing intelligence agencies and LEAs in Pakistan is the easiest thing. Even a common man on the streets would do it quite conveniently. It has become a fashion for people like Hamid Mir, Asma Jehangir and Mian Sahib to criticise the institutions. No one questions these people’s credibility of these accusations and their linkages elsewhere. After all BAL Thackeray, RAW and CIA has no love with Pakistan, who have linkages with people in Pakistan to promote their cause.

As a matter of fact, it has become rhetoric in Pakistan, that ‘agencies are doing this and that’. Nevertheless, no fact-finding body has been designated by the Governments; federal and provincial to know the real hands behind all these acts of killings and disappearances. After all someone should think, who is the real beneficiary of the Baloch killings and disappearances? What advantage intelligence agencies and FC or any other LEA would get from these acts. On the one hand, some leaders, so-called human rights activists and media persons, otherwise quite generously following the global format (script), should not know the global agenda.

Being at the crossroads of the history, we must revisit the Quaid’s vision about the Province and reassess the issue through a nationalistic approach, leaving behind the personnel agendas. We must leave behind the politics of accusations and adopt a new approach’ the people centric approach to resolve the issue. The foremost requirement would be to know, who is doing this all to destabilize Pakistan. Then, there is an immediate need to provide basic facilities to the deprived people of the Balochistan. To start with, basic health and education facilities should get preference.

Thinking logically on Balochistan

Print Friendly and PDF

After six decades of independence, the debate should not focus on whether Balochistan or part(s) of this geographically largest province of Pakistan willingly joined the state of Pakistan at the time of its independence or there was a forced accession. Rather, the debate should focus on the ways and means of addressing the grievances of Baloch people by those, occupying the driving seats in the Federal capital, Islamabad as well as in the province of Balochistan. Historians, writers, scholars and above all, the media should play their part in bringing out the nation from these worthless debates and discussions. Since the none-issue was irrationally puffed-up by some feudal (Baloch sardars), over the years, mainly because of their personnel gains, therefore, the global players, exploited the situation to their best interests and against the state of Pakistan.

Owing to its strategic location, the conspiracies against Balochistan are dates back to pre-partition. Indeed, this landmass of Pakistan joins various regions of Asia, hence got the attention of international actors at all time. Apart from the covert conspiracies against Pakistan over Balochistan by some global spying networks, the US lawmaker Dana Rohrabacher has very recently assigned for himself the role of frontline runner to fight the Baloch case in the US. It is very surprising that, the research of Rohrabacher could found after sixty-five years of the independence of Pakistan, that, “the Baloch Khanate of Kalat was founded which functioned as an independent, sovereign country.” What he could not research that some US states also declared their independence, until reunited at the end of US civil war. We must say that he is a very scrupulous researcher, or else, a buffoon, latecomer, trying to catch the flight that has already took off.

To put the record straight, particularly for those readers who may have misconception that, how Balochistan became part of Pakistan, I do not find any logic in these unfounded demands and debates at this point of time. Nevertheless, the reality is that, the Khan of Kalat Mir Ahmed Yar Khan, who initially decided to keep the Khanate as independent state unconditionally acceded with Pakistan, on the request of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. However, the Instrument of Accession was signed on 27th March 1948. Earlier, other parts of the Balochistan decided to become part of Pakistan through a referendum held on June 3, 1947, under the British Government, as done elsewhere in the united India. The fifty-four members of the Shahi Jirga, and Quetta Municipality voted to join Pakistan.

While analyzing the Baloch history, one would learn that, under the sardari system, the people of Balochistan had no voice of their own, thus practically remained subservient class. Deliberately, these Baloch masses were kept economically backward and illiterate by these sardars. In the past, whenever, these sardars had differences with Federal Government, would use the remote and educationally backward masses against the state of Pakistan. On their part, the successive federal governments too did not play a part to change the status quo in the province. Owing to the typical nature of the tribal system, these governments allowed the sardars to continue exploiting the Baloch masses and federal governments too.

The current situation in the province indeed, is a sum total of the follies of the past rulers of the country. It is because of their deliberate overlooking of the socio-economic condition of masses that the situation has worsened to this level. Federation maintained a policy of pleasing the sardars and ignoring the masses, constituting the bulk of the province indeed. In the process, the sardars exploited both as per their convenience. Even today, those masses being used by sardars to challenge the writ of the government are unaware of the motives behind. They act as per the ordain of sardars. Mostly the insurgents are the paid murderers of the sardars and now international players too. Even after having known all the facts, those at the helm of affairs are keeping mum over the extraordinarily changing situation.

Indeed, neither someone in the Province or at the Federal level is ready to address the real cause, as if someone else will do it for them. There has developed an environment, where everyone shifts the blame to another. As disclosed by a minister of Balochistan, some of the ministers and MPs are involved in the abduction cases of the Baloch masses. The disclosure is an eye opener for everyone that, those whom masses elected as their representatives are involved in the heinous crimes of Baloch abduction and human smuggling.

No Government in the Federation or in the province has ever tried to seriously understand and resolve the socio-economic problems of the province. There have been announcements of packages for the socio-economic uplift of the province, but, practically those were only for the political consumptions. Aaghaaz-a-Haqooq Balochistan was a huge political stunt of the incumbent Government, whose implementation has not been felt in any part of the province as yet. This project remained on papers only and sufferance of the people is a matter of routine without a change. In the previous governments too, there have been such political gimmicks without practical manifestation. I am afraid that, if still sardars are paid the funds as an appeasing policy, that means we have not learnt anything from our past history.

Then there are the cases of the missing persons. It is very easy to blame Frontier Corps Balochistan, Pak Army, ISI and other law enforcement agencies as responsible for those, but very difficult to prove that. This indeed is a global format, followed by domestic media, some analysts and writers. Then, there have been discovery of mutilated and disfigured bodies of some Baloch missing persons. Even for those, sub-nationalists, media and some analysts are bashing these LEAs. Astonishingly, no one has ever bothered to think logically that, after all, who is the beneficiary of this entire game? What advantages these acts would bring for the security forces, except bringing bad name. Should an organization or agency would like to earn bad name for it. Surely, not. Should national and provincial LEAs create hatred for themselves? This is a big question mark.

Whereas those involved in various crimes must be dealt as per the law of the land, the issue of missing persons needs serious inquiry and investigations by an impartial body, rather involving into a blame game. After all, FC, Army and ISI are for the security of Pakistan and its people. How can they exceed the limits and involve themselves in extra-judicial killing of Baloch people. Let us think logically, find out the conspiracies behind, the beneficiaries of this entire campaign and above all, the motives behind. Failure to these, we will keep wandering in the darkness in search of invisible light across the tunnel.

Crucial message from Pakistan Cyber Force

Print Friendly and PDF

In the worsening situation with every passing day, people are reacting differently. The Baluchistan disintegration plan by the butchers of Humanity and the Zionist thugs of the New World Order has caused deep concerns for the Pakistanis who really love their homeland irrespective of any racial, sectarian, ethnic differences. The patriots feel concerned while the sheeple remain in slumber. We Pakistanis love our Baluch brethren. Although the foreign backed terrorist proxies funded, recruited and trained by the Indian RAW, American CIA and the Britain MI-6 are carrying massive operations to divide our Baluch brothers from their rest of the family but our Baluchi brethren love Pakistan too.

We not only have to make ourselves understand but also prepare for the worst of times now since the upcoming test is tough and requires a lot of sacrifices. The leadership remains beghairat and compromised, political parties keep looting the country; scratching it to the grass root level, the media remains treacherous and continue to serve its masters while the enemies are at the door, banging it with full force.

Men of Allah have been giving warnings for a long time now, trying to make the sleeping nation realize about the tests beforehand and to rectify their path but all seemed to go in vain as the nation remained in slumber. Now, the saints, Fuqra, Awlia and Darvaish convey Allah's serious Jalal and warn the nation again - perhaps the last time. Tough trials, sacrifices are to fall upon us in no time now. Don't fall for the media propaganda. Despite all odds, Pakistan Army is standing by the country, all alone with no other support. Don't start maligning your own defenders when the enemies are trying to break your door. Get prepared!

No need to panic or despair. All you need is to prepare yourselves as a Momin prepares himself when the forces of Kufr get unleashed over Haq. Time for a massive clean up has come. Dirt and filth will be separated now. Remember it is always darkest before the dawn! Stand firm, stay determined and steadfast as our leader is Syyedi Rasool Allah s.a.ww. Pakistan is under the direct Faizan of Rasool Allah s.a.ww. Pakistan has to lead the future United states of Islam and prepare the soldiers of Ghazwa-e-Hind for this is its divine destiny. Have faith, do your duty! Recite lots of Durud Shareef and seek for Allah's mercy in ample. Sabar, Shukar and Durud always. Remember, 'Pakistan ko kuch nahi hoga, Pakistani apni khair manaien'. Nasrum minAllahi wa fathun qareeb.

Pakistan Zindabad!

Constitution - Country's protection or destruction? (Intelligent analysis)

Print Friendly and PDF

If you can understand the following wisdom, no political snake or media anchor can ever fool you about law, constitution and wisdom of the law.
The Constitution is a man made document designed to facilitate governance. The objective of a written constitution is to protect the state not to destroy it. It gives a general guidelines to decide the rules of the government. But it is humanly impossible to write every threat, scenario and possibility which a dynamic country or nation faces during its civilizational life cycle. Britain does not have a written constitution but they follow tradition, needs of the time and requirements of national security to make new laws and do what is needed to protect their interest.

Nations which are born free always use their wise judgement to carve out new laws and policies from the established principles. In our deen also, we have "Ijtihad" and "Ijmaa" to find new responses to new challenges. The mullahs in deen always resist Ijtihad as they are close minded bigots. Similarly, the political "mullahs" always resist interpretation of Constitution which hurts their vested interests.

Today, Pakistan faces a similar crises. Constitution had never envisioned such a treacherous President and PM and political government, which have taken power illegally violating every constitutional clause and law.

Constitution says no one can come into the parliament if they violate article 62,63 of the constitution. But what to do if this regime has come gate crashing through the NRO? This entire government is illegitimate, illegal and immoral.

Constitution says the President must appoint the caretaker government. But the Constitution does not say how to appoint the caretaker if the President is the traitor writing Memo to foreign powers to destroy the country?

Constitution says caretakers must hold elections within 90 days. But the constitution does not says what to do if the country is under 4thGW and on the brink of NATO/US/Indian invasion. Elections will destroy the country but the constitution has no idea of the threats and wars imposed on the country.

Constitution says that Judiciary must decide cases of terrorism but the constitution is silent on what to do if the judiciary does not hang a single terrorist in the last 11 years despite the country being in the state of war. Chief justice does not allow the army to make military courts but himself is silent why his own constitutional courts are breaking the constitution by not doing their duty?

This is the crisis the country face today. We do not have to follow the constitution in letter in spirit if it does not have answers to the present challenges. We need Ijtihad in the constitution to respond to the present challenges. Supreme Court must not act as "constitutional Mullah" but should do a dynamic ijtihad and interpretations to respond to the threats Pakistan is facing. CJ and the SC are not defense and security analysts. They must take advice from army to interpret the Constitution in the light of threats we face today.

Army and Supreme court must restore order first before any elections, else following the constitution would destroy the country. President cannot be trusted to select caretakers. Army/Supreme court must do it else its anarchy!

To hell with demon-cracy if it brings such corrupt traitors. The whole system is illegal. We want security and defense of Pakistan and a strong patriotic government. The present Constitution does NOT have answers. In that case, SC and army must do what is right, not what is written in the man made law.

External and Internal threats to the guardians of Pakistan

Print Friendly and PDF

Pakistan Army at the moment is facing extreme opposition by the treacherous and corrupt regime in Islamabad at a time when the enemy is waging multiple wars, high and low intensity conflicts within the state itself while the Pak Army has been made to engage on multiple axes simultaneously. The decentralized asymmetric urban 4GW (4th Generation War), the Indian Cold Start and the American Af-Pak are the external existential threats to the country while the internal existential threat to the country lies within  the incompetent PPP regime, the political thugs and their political mafias, who are not only busy looting the country but also are exerting their full force to malign and resist the only defenders of Pakistan - the Pak Army and the ISI. Whether it be the fifth columnist, sold out media, or the corrupt political mafia or the DemonCrazy maniac parliamentarians.

Everyone is seen deteriorating and abusing the Pak Army, which started even exceedingly after the infamous Memo scandal, which has exposed completely how the traitor regime of PPP wants to eliminate the high rank officers of the Pak Army, following with sacking up the Army leadership and the establishment leadership as well with the support of the USZ. This leaves no ambiguity that what treacherous objectives does the compromised, traitor PPP gang have and to whom they are serving. I see no difference among the traitor regime of PPP thugs and the CIA/MOSSAD/RAW/TTP/MI-6/BLA  and other anti-Pakistan elements. This is the time to stand shoulder to shoulder with the guardians of Pakistan if you truly love Pakistan. Do NOT become a part of the mainstream propaganda and become a tool of the CIA and RAW. Support the Pakistan Army so that at least we could raise their morale in fighting against the enemy of Pakistan and Rasool Allah s.a.w.

This snap below gives a brief idea about the external and internal threats Pakistan Army faces today, ultimately raising threats for Pakistan itself:
