Pakistan took exception to a UN report that termed its law enforcement operation against terrorists in the Khyber Agency ‘armed conflict’, while pointing out that it fails to take due notice of the situations of foreign occupation.Speaking in a Security Council open debate on the protection of civilians in armed conflict, Ambassador Raza Bashir Tarar, Pakistan's Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN, said by no stretch of imagination could Pakistan’s law enforcement operation against terrorists be termed armed conflict.

"We are disappointed that the authors of this report have clearly violated the mandate by mentioning Pakistan in the report," he said. "This anomaly must be resolved."The report, which was issued in the name of Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, referred to the displacement of civilians from armed conflicts in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. In this context, the report also said some 200,000 people have been displaced in Pakistan since January by security operations in the Khyber Agency.

It also made references to denial of access in conflict areas to humanitarian workers in different parts of the world, including Pakistan. “The Secretary General’s report has unwarranted references to Pakistan, which we plainly reject," Ambassador Tarar told the 15-member Council. “Pakistan has suffered immensely from the menace of terrorism, with thousands of lives lost among the security and law enforcement bodies and civilians," he said. "Pakistan’s law enforcement operation against terrorists cannot be termed 'armed conflict’. “The Pakistani envoy said questions had been raised about the Security Council’s role and mandate and its ability to objectively deliver on such themes as “the protection of civilians in armed conflict”. The compelling need to protect civilians in armed conflict had led to a broad consensus that such protection be pursued objectively and without politicisation.

Regrettably, he said there had been a trend of out-of-context and selective reporting on those issues. The last two reports of the Secretary-General on protection of civilians, including the one under consideration, stretched to situations that could not be described as armed conflict and were thus outside the mandate of the report. “The challenge of protecting civilians in armed conflict is exacerbated by inequity in international response," Ambassador Tarar pointed out. The Security Council, he said, had failed to respond to the crisis and the unacceptable situation in Gaza where over a million people remain in a virtual incarceration and suffer from collective punishment. "Such unequal attention to various situations is also evident in the priorities and activities of some international humanitarian organisations and actors as is clear from today’s debate.

“Noting that Pakistan was a leading troop contributor to peacekeeping missions, the Pakistani envoy emphasised the need to respect host-country primacy in ensuring civilian protection and stressed the need for careful evaluation of all legal aspects of civilian protection in peacekeeping operations, given misplaced expectations under a recent mandate revision that asked peacekeepers to pre-empt a threat to a civilian population. It was important to resist the urge to use UN Secretariat reports to advance notions that had failed to gain any traction in intergovernmental processes.

He also pointed out that the annex of the Secretary-General report on ‘constraints on humanitarian access’ dealt with the issue of access in a partial manner, overlooked the possibility that there could be legitimate reasons for restricting access, and disregarded the fact that, regrettably, not all humanitarian actors performed in accordance with the humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence. In that context, he recalled General Assembly resolution 46/182, which required that humanitarian assistance be provided with full respect for the sovereignty, territorial integrity and national unity of States.

Imagine being a programmed multiple, and your handler doesn’t have to even be near you to relay complicated codes and instructions. He can use your implant. But again, how serious is electronic mind-control? Let me relate to you about a guided tour that a civilian friend of mine took through a NWO’s major beast computer center in Alaska back in the 1970’s. The engineer, who was in charge of building and getting the center operational, gave him a tour of the site’s capabilities.

At that point, the NWO had built a massive computer center in Alaska, one in So. Africa (believed to be located at the USZ embassy in Johannesburg), and one in Pine Gap, Australia. These three sites were very specific, because they formed a triangle on the globe, and couldn’t be located anywhere else, due to the naturally occuring lines of force of the planet. These Beast Computer Centers consist of aisles and aisles of big state of the art computers. They each have several dozen people to run them.

Even in the ’70’s, an operator could speak into the computer and it would answer. For instance, if you asked the computer about anyone on the planet, it could usually pull up all kinds of information about that person. If you asked the computer how could you get that person to kill someone? or how can I isolate this person? The computer would spill out a plan almost instantly, telling you all the people around that subject who could be manipulated and in what fashion those people need to be manipulated to cause the end result. This is the end result of years of "BLACK PSYCHIATRY--which means applying psychiatric techniques to manipulate people and nations.

These computers electronically connect to some of those people who are electronically controlled, so that the controllers can actually control the world from a computer. These computers also store vast amounts of personal information about people’s thought processes and thinking. It is possible that electronic surveillance is being done to read the thoughts of people and that the computers are actually able to store this information in some usable fashion. Because this is so secret, they can’t give any hints of their vast ability to monitor thoughts, as well as organize and store those thoughts. This sounds like science fiction, but from people who invent & work at state of the art technology, this is actually said to be old technology. They are limited in how they use this technology because they want it to remain secret. 6: SCIENCE NO. 6-THE USE OF ELECTRONICS & ELECTRICITY

This author’s friend, who toured the Alaskan computer center, was shown how a war could be created between any two nations. The operator merely asked the computer what it knew about a certain country and then ask it how could a war be created with a neighboring country. This is the end result of countless studies such as the USZ military reference book Basic Psychological Operations Study (BPS) which outlines country by country, specifying where each country is vulnerable for PSYOP operations (psychological warfare).

This kind of thing has a long history. For instance in W.W. II, the Office of War Information and the 0SS cooperated in psychological warfare projects. What this author’s friend saw was a network of Cray-type computers, perhaps similar to the EMASS system of Cray computers that E-Systems developed. Such a system can store 5 trillion pages of text and work with that data base with lightening speed. The reason this author’s friend was allowed to see this technology, was that he happened to be at the right place at the right time, and the Engineer operator of the Beast Computer said that this system was obsolete.

Which is true, today’s 9 Beast computers are much better at speech than the computers at these three control sites were in ’73. The Beast computers can (according to another eye witness who used it) hear human voices and determine what language is being spoken and then can listen and answer in that language. These computers link directly to thousands of mind-controlled slaves and can-- via various methods-- almost instantly control the behavior of numerous people. Bolivia recognizes Palestine as a state based on 1967 borders

Following in the footsteps of over 130 countries, Bolivian President Evo Morales has officially recognized Palestine as a state based on the 1967 borders. The Bolivian Foreign Affairs Ministry said that Morales made the announcement at a summit of the South American trade bloc Mercosur on Friday in Foz de Iguacu, Brazil. “Bolivia recognizes the Palestinian state along 1967 borders, together with Brazil and Argentina”, the Bolivian Foreign Affairs Ministry quoted Morales as saying. The Bolivian president spoke with Acting Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas three days prior to the announcement and promised to act accordingly.

Bolivia now joins the list of South American countries that have recognized a fully sovereign Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, the boundaries that existed before IsraHell captured East al-Quds (Jerusalem), the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip. In early December, Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay declared they recognize Palestine as a "free and independent" state based on the 1967 borders, The Jerusalem Post reported. In light of the announcements by the South American countries, Palestinian negotiators this week, for the first time, asked European countries to recognize Palestine as a state in the West Bank and Gaza Strip -- even without a deal with IsraHell.

In a vote of 435-0, the House of Representatives passed a resolution opposing a unilateral declaration of an independent Palestinian state and condemning international recognition of such a state. The USZ House resolution specifically calls on the USZ delegation to the UN Security Council (UNSC) to "veto any resolution by the UNSC to establish or recognize a Palestinian state outside of an agreement negotiated by the two parties." The House resolution is in stark contrast with the Obama administration's promise from day one to push for the creation of an independent Palestinian state as part of a two-state solution to the Palestinian-IsraHelli conflict.

"Zionists" have full control of USZ foreign policy and its other institutions, renowned American author and veteran journalist Helen Thomas said. Thomas, a former White House journalist, said IsraHell can never be criticized in the USZ because Zionists are in control of the American foreign policy as well as its main institutions. "I can call a president of the USZ anything in the book, but I can't touch Israel, which has Jewish-only roads in the West Bank", Thomas said.

The 90-year-old national columnist says the White House, Congress, Wall Street and Hollywood are all owned by the Zionists. Thomas also said that she stands by the comments she made about IsraHell earlier this year, which was condemned by the local Jewish community.

UK blames USZ for killing its aid worker

Reports say that Britain has confirmed that an American soldier was responsible for the death of a kidnapped British aid worker in war-ravaged Afghanistan. British Foreign Secretary William Hague has told the parliament that Linda Norgrove was killed by a grenade thrown by a USZ soldier during her rescue operation. Norgrove was taken hostage in Afghanistan in September. Her death was initially blamed on her captors. Hague added that Norgrove was killed by injuries to her head and chest.

Hague also said the soldiers initially covered up the use of a grenade on orders of their commanders. This, he noted, is a breach of the USZ military law. "The investigation team found that the failure to disclose information that a grenade was thrown breached USZ military law", he said. In a separate development, Afghan Puppet President Hamid Karzai has ordered an investigation into NATO's killing of a local Afghan official in the country's south.

According to Puppet Karzai's office, troops broke into the house of a former district governor in the province of Helmand earlier this week. They killed him and arrested six members of his family. Local officials say preliminary investigations have revealed that the man was innocent. They say NATO forces have not responded to inquiries about the killing. USZ-led forces have some 150-thousands soldiers deployed in Afghanistan. They are often accused of killing civilians during operations against the country's militants.

People of district Chitral have expressed deep concern over the freezing of funds for the construction of Lowari Tunnel project and set-up a protest camp on Wednesday.The protesters are led by Convener Tahaffuz Haqooq Chitral, former MNA Abdul Akbar Chitrali along with scores of inhabitants of Chitral. They displayed banners in the protest camp demanding of the government to resume construction work on tunnel project.

Lowari tunnel project was scheduled to complete by 31 December 2010, but the work was halted due to lack of funds. The project was carried out by a Korean construction company “Sambu”. The company also did not pay salaries to consultants for the last eight months due to stoppage of developmental funds to them. After the prevailing situation, the foreign consultants and engineers had quit work and left for their respective hometowns.The earlier estimated cost of the project was Rs 8 billion, but due to delays and freezing of funds, it will be finalized at amount of Rs 23 billion against stipulated period. The people of Chitral have held the incumbent coalition government responsible for delaying of the project. The present government of dacoits did not release the required funds to the construction company, because of which it compelled to halt development work on the project.

CIA head sued for $500 million by Drone Attack Victim

According to reports, a Pakistani journalist who has been based in North Waziristan Agency for quite sometime, has served legal notices, for the damages amounting to $500 million, on top three USZ officials for carrying out drone attacks in Pakistan’s bordering areas and killing his family members.

Kareem Khan, a journalist by profession, through his counsel has served legal notices on USZ Secretary of Defence, Robert Gates, Director Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Leon Panetta, and CIA Station Chief in Islamabad, Jonathan Banks through USZ embassy in Pakistan. The legal experts have considered the notices as the first ever legal notices that have been served on top USZ officials holding them responsible for carrying drone attacks in the territorial jurisdiction of Pakistan.

Kareem disclosed this in a jam-packed press conference along with his counsel, Mirza Shahzad Akbar at the National Press Club amid presence of national and international media. The journalist’s brother, Asif Iqbal, his son, Zaenullah Khan along with a mason were killed in a drone attack on 31st of December, 2009 in Village Machikhel, Tehsil Mir Ali of North Waziristan. Asif Iqbal, a schoolteacher by profession, had graduated in English Literature from National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad while Zaenullah Khan was employed as a helping staff in a local school. The horrible incident took place when missiles were fired by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) also known as ‘drone’ on the ‘Hujra’, situated within the four walls of the ancestral house of Khan.

Kareem, during the press conference, said that all the three persons killed in the drone attack were innocent and had nothing to do with the ‘so-called’ war on terror, saying it was an extra-judicial killing by all means. “My house was severely damaged and that Hujra converted into rubble”, he informed. He through his counsel alleged that CIA acted on faulty intelligence gathered from locals who were given money in return. The legal notice served on the USZ officials stated that CIA officials, being non-diplomat and non-armed forces members were operating drone attacks in Pakistan.

The notice stated that CIA Director, Leon Panetta admitted the command and control of drone attacks in Pakistan as he was reported in the media saying that ‘Drone attacks were precise and limited in terms of collateral damage’. “Our client’s case is a clear contradiction of what Panetta is proudly saying”, the legal notice added. Khan also challenged the precision of drone attacks especially questioned the precision of 31st of December 2009 attack wherein CIA took 3 innocent lives in a clandestine manner.

Kareem Khan through his counsel has said that no law, custom or authority gave CIA the permission to carry out killings in the sovereign territory of another country, saying it was the illegal act of CIA and USZ. He has termed the drone attack on his house a clear violation of UN’s Declaration of Human Rights, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the fundamental rights given to the citizens of Pakistan through the Constitution. The counsel for Khan has through the notice said, “Our client demands of you to immediately stop drone attacks in Pakistan saving any future loss of innocent lives and to pay to him the sum of USD 500 millions as compensation money for the loss caused to our client within 14 days from receipt of this notice”.

The notice said that Khan would be entitled to institute proceedings in the court of law for the recovery of the referred sum if the respondents failed to reply the notice within stated time period. Kareem Khan in the press conference said that drone attacks were carried out in the tribal areas by CIA from Langley, Virgina, USZ and CIA’s Islamabad Station Chief, Jonathan Banks coordinated such intelligence through the network of on ground spies. He also requested the Federal Government through the Ministry of Interior to put Jonathon Banks’s name on the exit control list (ECL) till the settlement of the issue after his legal claim. He maintained that Banks was not a USZ diplomat therefore he did not enjoy diplomatic immunity and his involvement in execution of his son and brother simply made him a murderer who was to be taken to task. He also requested Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry to take suo moto notice of the matter and order Pakistan’s Government to protect its citizens from the American aggression.

Mirza Shahzad Akbar, the counsel for Khan, during the press conference said that he would pursue the case in a civil court of Islamabad and such notices could also be served on Pakistani officials for their alleged involvement. He termed it the responsibility of the USZ to respect the Pakistan’s court once the proceedings were initiated.

The largest donors to Pakistani relief fund until now have been Turkey, China, and Saudi Arabia. The traitor government and its ministers always double count the U.S.Z. relief funds.

The U.S.Z. Subversion master and ambassador for Afghanistan / Pakistan Mr. Richard Holbrooke has been at the helm of U.S.Z. diplomacy in South Asia. Many claim that he has Kashmir as a hidden portfolio. When Pakistan was hit by the colossal floods, he repeatedly came out and announced millions of Dollars of aid to Pakistan. Holbrooke also mocked Pakistan by crassly saying in Punjabi burrki style “where are your Chinese and Arab friends”.

U.S.Z. Special Envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, Richard C. Holbrooke, has admitted that the Obama administration is seeking to use the continuous aid package for flood-stricken Pakistan to burnish its dismal image in the country.

“If we do the right thing, it will be good not only for the people whose lives we save, but for the U.S. image in Pakistan”,
 The New York Times quoted Holbrooke, as saying.
“The people of Pakistan will see that when the crisis hits, it’s not the Chinese. It’s not the Iranians. It’s not other countries. It’s not the E.U. It’s the U.S.Z. that always leads”, he added.

In reality, the Turks, the Arabs, Chinese, all came and helped Pakistan as best as they could. Saudi Arabia once again became the largest donor for the flood relief effort. Per Saudi tradition , and Islamic injunctions millions flowed from the kingdom as anonymous and unmarked funding too.
The deception guru Holbrooke had initially claimed that the “U.S.Z. has already pledged 76 million dollars as initial humanitarian assistance for the flood-affected country. Apart from the money, the U.S.Z. has so far sent hundreds of marines, 33 helicopters and 18 boats to support its rescue and relief efforts”.

 Now that initial number rose to $300 million.


Let's list down the statements full of lies in ascending order of dates:

1. August 15th: NEW YORK—The U.S.Z. has "increased" its aid commitment to flood-ravaged Pakistan to $150 million from $90 million, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday, as Richard Holbrooke, the U.S.Z. special envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan, called on China to do more.“I think the Chinese should step up to the plate”, Mr. Holbrooke told a small group of reporters after an event at the Asia Society in New York designed to draw attention to the devastating floods. “They always say that Pakistan is their closest ally, and vice versa.”
2.  On August 19, at a forum Hobrooke claimed that the United States is “focused solely on the emergency rescue and relief mission” in Pakistan. The United States of Zionism, he added, also is “very visibly leading the international effort” to assist Pakistan. It’s living up to the credo that Holbrooke said he, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and Shah share in driving the U.S.Z. “whole of government” response.
3. August 19, later that day in a special session of the U.N. General Assembly, he said that the U.S.Z. government has committed $90 million in relief aid to date, and Clinton is expected to pledge more.
4. September 16th: The U.S.Z. contribution to Pakistan flood relief efforts currently stands at $268 million, plus substantial in-kind support, such as helicopter operations. “The U.S.Z. intends to increase its contributions as time goes on”, Holbrooke added. The zionists Holbroke and Hillary Clinton

It now turns out that the U.S.Z. pronouncements were false. Holbrooke was lying about U.S.Z. relief funding in Pakistan. It was revealed this week in Washington that the U.S.Z. did not provide additional funding for the floods. In fact a portion of the notorious Kerry-Lugar aid package has simply been reclassified as flood relief aid.

This displays a high level of actuarial fraud, because in affect Mr. Holbrooke is double dipping and double counting the aid given to Pakistan. It is dishonest and just plain wrong. In affect the U.S.Z. has not given $300 million of flood relief aid.
The final clincher came when Secretary of State Clinton asked Pakistan to tax their rich for the floods. She was carrying out a politcal agenda from the forum of a Flood Relief podium at the Friends of Pakistan meeting. Undoubtedly Pakistan has started bothering the international powers beyond their wildest nightmares! The U.S.Z sanctions, threats, lectures, admonishments, and pontifications have done nothing to deter the Pakistanis from developing self-defense mechanisms to stay free. The Khushaab plant and the Civilian Nuclear deals with China to produce several GigaWatts of electricity should not come as a surprise to those who signed a Nuclear deal with India.

Pakistan has always maintained that it did not start the nuclear race in South Asia. It simply responded to provocation, aggression and intervention from India. Islamabad has not threatened anyone and and not used Nuclear weapons since it acquired them two decades ago. The United States of Zionism has learned from experience that a decade of sanctions on Pakistan were counterproductive, and that Pakistan will not abandon its right to stay free and independent from Indian domination. The Institute for Science and International Security, a Washington-based zionist nuclear watchdog, has obtained satellite images showing that a row of cooling towers at Pakistan’s secret Khushab-III reactor has been completed. This suggests the plant could begin operation within months, allowing Pakistan substantially to increase its stockpiles of weapons-grade plutonium.

Last year, the U.S.Z Globalist Puppet President Barack Obama called for “a new treaty that verifiably ends the production of fissile materials”. In response, the Conference on Disarmament, a 64-nation coalition that negotiated the 1992 Chemical Weapons convention and the 1996 Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, agreed to negotiate a Fissile Materials Cut-off Treaty, intended to cap production of weapons-grade enriched uranium and most forms of plutonium.

But Pakistan, which is deepening its nuclear ties to China, has blocked the Conference on Disarmament from starting discussions, saying a cut-off would hurt its national security interests. Ashley Tellis, a scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said:

“Pakistan thinks its going to be forced to cap its fissile material stocks and wants to make sure it has as much as it can get before then.”

The country’s position has frustrated many states. Rose Gottmeiler, the U.S.Z Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, recently warned that her country’s “patience is running out”.

Khushaab-III is the latest in a series of reactors built to feed Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program. Khushaab-II, located next to its new sister plant, became operational in February. The plutonium produced at the complex allows for the construction of small but lethal weapons: a single kilogram can produce an explosion equal to 20,000 tons of conventional explosives.

Pakistan rightly argues that its nuclear weapons programme is necessary to counter the superior conventional forces of India, its historic adversary. In a recent report published by the "prestigious" Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, Hans Kristensen and Robert Norris estimated it had assembled 70-90 nuclear warheads to India’s 60-80, and had produced enough fissile material to manufacture another 90 more. The Zionist Puppet Obama and his administration is also disturbed by Chinese plans to build two new nuclear reactors in Pakistan, bypassing Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) rules that bar sales of nuclear equipment to states that have not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). India, which along with Israel and Pakistan has refused to sign the NPT, recently obtained a waiver from the NSG allowing sales under international safeguards.

On a different note, China says it does not need NSG permission to sell reactors to Pakistan, arguing it had committed to the deal before it joined the NSG in 2004–a claim the United States disputes.

It must be noticed that across the political spectrum there is consensus among the political parties about Pakistan’s nuclear program. The first Pakistani Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had to face American threats for pursuance of Pakistan’s Nuclear Program. His successor and political opponent Zia Ul Haq continued with the program and also paid with his life for continuing the Nuclear program.
Pakistan has an acute shortage of electricity and faces an energy deficit. Its Nuclear program, and most specifically its Civilian Nuclear deal with China are programs that will help alleviate the energy crunch. It is pedagogical to note that the United States of Zionism has signed a Civilian Nuclear program with India, but it has dragged its feet on signing a similar deal with Pakistan.

Despite having signed nuclear deals with several countries, United States of Zionism, India, Russia, United Kingdom and other staunch supporters of Zionism have always been trying their best to keep Pakistan suppressed along with its Nuclear program. However miraculously, despite having puppet regimes operating in the government a number of times, Pakistan has always survived this international pressure and Alhamdulillah is rapidly increasing its nuclear strength both in the civil as well as the defense sector. Pakistan is not the only Muslim country that has been targeted at an international level by the globalist zionist regimes all over the world. Being a Muslim country, IRAN is also facing extreme pressure ever since it started its civil nuclear program. Iran has not made a very long range Nuclear Missile so far but the zionist forces are trying their level best to "disarm" Iran by calling it a "threat" to the world, completely ignoring ISRAHELL's nukes. And as far as being "threat" to the world is concerned, the whole world saw at the Freedom Flotilla incident that who is the real "threat" to the peace of world.
