An unknown caller has allegedly threatened to abduct and kill the daughter of main character of ‘Memogate scandal’ Mansoor Ijaz, sources said on Wednesday. The sources said that the threat was given to Ijaz’s son in text message which states that Ijaz’s eldest daughter living in Canada would be abducted and killed. “New York and Canadian police have started investigations regarding the text message,” sources added. They said London police have also launched an investigation to trace the caller through Ijaz son’s handset. Moreover, heavy security has been deployed at the house of American business tycoon of Pakistani origin. It is to be mentioned here that Mansoor Ijaz, the main character of memo gate scandal, claimed earlier that he had been given threats by some Pakistani authorities.
