SC hears Karachi case - Journey to fierce cleanup begins

Supreme Court Karachi Registry
The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday continued hearing suo motu case on Karachi unrest. A five member bench of the apex court, comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Ghulam Rabbani, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Jsutice Nasirul Mulk was hearing the case in the Supreme Court Karachi registry.

Representing Sindh government, senior lawyer Abdul Hafeez Peerzada said that first ethnic clash between Pakthuns and Mohajirs occurred in Gen Ayub Khan’s period while first ever clash between the MQM took place in Gen Ziaul Haq’s regime. He said that the current situation emerged due to local government system in the city, adding that ethnic violence could erupt if the tension was not defused. The stooge government's lawyer did not let the respected court know the inside reality of target killers hired, equipped and trained in India who belonged to the elite ruling parties of the region. It should be noted that Chief Justice of Pakistan has already ordered Pakistan's elite intelligence agency, the ISI, and MI to present their version of reports on Karachi violence.

On the other hand, many analysts and experts are of the opinion that MQM's terrorist head Altaf Hussain is not ill and he is just playing a drama to escape the charges due to the inevitable possibility that Supreme Court could summon the self-exiled head of MQM on the charges conspiring to break Pakistan following USZ orders. With overwhelming evidence mounting against MQM, ANP and PPP, there are significant chances that a fierce overall cleanup is looming in the country. Reports also confirm that United States of Zionism and its pundits in the region are increasingly concerned due to the straight forwardness of Chief Justice of Pakistan and his sincerity as well as Pakistan Army's decisive stance against the enemy. Many believe that this is the beginning of fall of Capitalism in the Muslim world.
